I received a free estimate and thorough inspection of my Hyundai Kona. Everything was explained in a manner that this grandma could understand! The estimate for the immediate work needed was CONSIDERABLY LESS than an estimate I had received at another business. Everyone was friendly and so pleasant and very professional. I also received information regarding future work that they felt was needed. I was also informed that there were financing arrangements that could be made if needed. I will definitely be returning for my future auto needs.

I went in to get a tire repaired about 6 months ago. They repaired my tire and I was in and out within 30 minutes. I was very impressed. I called about a week ago after my son had some mechanical trouble with his car and spoke with General Manager, Timothy Cunningham. He was very kind, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. He explained the process and kept in touch the entire time so I was award of the work needed as well as the pricing before they did repairs. He provided us with payment options that worked for us and had our car repaired the same day. Jimmy Childers, the technician that worked on our car also did an awesome job! Timothy and Jimmy both spoke with us and kept us informed throughout the process. Great place for car service! We are customers for life! Thanks guys!

Since 2013 of having all vehicle maintenance completed by a local Dealership on my then, - new Lincoln, (with 67 miles, now with just 59,000 miles); I realized their guarantees were long gone & prices were well above market standards. After checking around, including AAA, (which Same Day Auto Repair is officially endorsed/certified by): I tried Same Day for a normal/routine maintenance check. Staff and work was professional, courteous, efficient, customer oriented and cost-effective. While waiting I observed professional mechanics & front office staff actively providing customers with better deals & in one instance offering discounted services due to late delivery by another source to help a guy get on the road. It was refreshing to see a place where they actually appreciate your business and the notion that the customer is always right - still abides. I'm definitely taking all my business there going forward!

Cheapest in town for full synthetic oil! Quick and detailed service, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. 110% recommend and will 110% return for repeat business!

Cindy is amazing, she worked all morning to help me get my tire fixed at the best price possible. I called at 9 and was in by 9:15. These guys truly just want to help and are fantastic at their job, I will never use another auto repair company again

Not tire pros.Every time I went here just for tires- one unrelated issue comes up.When I tried to get a tire rotation after they replaced a tire- they couldn t because something was put in too tight. It broke something that needed fixed before a rotation. Anytime I follow up an unrelated issue (at the dealership) that Same Day brought up they said it was perfectly okay and even showed me.Don t come here unless you like your time wasted, or if you don t like wasting so much money for nothing to get done.

Called in and spoke with Chris, got me in same day, 2 new front tires due to 1 had a nail and both were wore down. In and out time was great and Chris went over everything, did a great job! I'll be back!

This was probably one of the best experiences I ve ever had with auto repair. The workers were prompt, professional, and very kind and the pricing was very fair. It s never a fun time when you re having car trouble but, with them, it turns out I was in good hands.

Super job! The auto dealership estimate was $700, so I took my repair to Justin. He said we should first see if a replacement is needed, maybe a simple repair will do the trick. Sure enough! He found a clogged line, cleaned it out and only charged me labor. Came in under $100.

Very friendly. Fixed exactly what we had requested. Supplied print out of other repairs that may be needed, but did not pressure to do those repairs on this visit- that was greatly appreciated!!

As the namesake states, in and out in the same day for front and rear brakes as well as an oil change! They took care of me and even provided me with a military discount, happy with the service and would recommend.

Mr. Chris took my wife car and looked it all over and told us what needed to be done and was very respectful and helpful did not change us for his time after finding the issues I recommend going to see his guy's and Mr. Chris he was wonderful. Thank guy's. Have a great Thanksgiving.

The process of scheduling an appointment, dropping my car off, and being communicated with regarding what the issue that my car was experiencing was super smooth and wonderful! Justin and Shiree helped me and my daughter with her car when her tire blew out on the highway. I'm so thankful that my daughter is okay. Had her car towed by AAA to Same Day Auto Repair Tire Pros. If could give 0 I would came today for an apt even took off work for it , dude upfront wit plugs swears he knows everything but didn t even receive the key out my hand or even c my vehicle at all n already tried charging $152 as soon as I got to the desk for diagnostics charge but can t even take a look n soHow would u diagnose something n not even kno what it is ? LMFAO other guy at other location doesn t do tht to me and will c me tmr wit no issue n then can charge me from there clearly u get intimated by me coming in there cuz has happened twice n has called my car a disposable vehicle too. Months back same dude recommended putting tires first even tho I had a bad axle when really I got the axle fixed and then got tires dude tried charging me first knowing could just damage tires even more lmaoooo boy sit tf down

Had a great experience, you get what you pay for and I was looking for dealership quality at a convenient time (waiting list was literally booked for weeks at dealership). They took care of everything for me to my satisfaction and even took the time to take a look at the car a day after and help me with some other issues while walking through the previous repairs with me. I felt good about how they took the time with me and kept everything professional, exactly the reason why i prefer shops like these or the dealerships themselves over the mobile mechanics and smaller shops that may do good work but lack that professional touch and have little or no customer service.
