I went to Ron's cycle land today bought a tire for 158.55 had them put it on for 70 dollars labor in the process it was determined that brake pads were gone so I had them replaced at approximately 45 dollars a pair. There are two sets on a 09 Electra glide classic. They charged me 25 dollars per side so an additional charge of approximately 140 dollars. When they drove the axle out it was concluded that the axle split I watched the process and it was new not done prior. They charged me for a new axle and and labor to replace. I will not ever buy another product nor have them wrench on my bike. So my rating is a negative

Tony is the Pearson who helped me and Iv got to say he did an amazing job finding the prices for some specific bikes overall I think it's a great place to go to plenty of parts and just nice to explore

Best shop in town for bike parts (new and used) and repair. That said, it should be mentioned that this is a real bike shop. This is not a shiny sales showroom with a fancy repair shop in the back like a couple others around. It's nothing fancy at all. It doesn't have to be. These folks are honest, incredibly experienced, and their prices are more than fair. Got a question? Ask these guys! This is just a great place with great folks. If you ride and don't know these guys yet, you better fix that. I guarantee you'll be happy you did. Seriously. Go meet your new best bike shop friends and see why Ron's Cycle Land is Tulsa's best!

Great place to get new tires for your bike. I've made them my "go to" place for tires for all my bikes. Great prices, friendly service. They also have new and used parts.

Took my boys bike here. We were very impressed with the level of personal, knowledgeable service. Had a lot of time consuming maintenance and repairs to be done. I thought pricing was fair & honest. We will use them again.

Do NOT go here! I scheduled an appointment a week in advance and then show up and they have no clue what I m talking about. Then, I tell them I need the back turning signal fixed, a full service for 20,000 miles, and name a couple of other concerns I have. Then, I wait 2 hours for them to finish and come back and they said they don t have the tools to work on it. I asked why they didn t at least check the light and the guy with a Russian type accent just looked dumbfounded and shrugged. When I initially made the appt they said it would be around $375. Then he said when I got there he will do an oil change for $125. I said no, I know how to service my bike and do oil changes and small stuff, but I need a more thorough inspection done for a big trip to Miami coming up. Then, he said it feels like my fluids and shift lever need serviced as well but for some odd reason he didn t do it. I kept asking for an explanation on why nothing was done and was getting a strong vibe that something was up and they weren t being honest. Guess I ll see if something messes up soon. But do NOT take your bike here. They don t even have tools to take off a seat and check the cam chain or electrical? I call BS!

Very poor experience, cost me several labor hours in Tulsa waiting. I know everyone has a bad experience at some point and I've used these guys off and on for years, but this turned me off.Update called up some time later for mechanic support and they were back to being very nice and helpful. Everybody has an off spell, and they've been good to me since.

Great place ! Friendly people. Needed help on a ZR 50 carburetor. After talking with the mechanic and hearing other items to look at the carb isn t as much of the problem. Really happy I went to Ron s.

They treated me well servicing my antique Honda. The rate for a professional mechanic is $70 an hour which I figure is reasonable. They also had a used part in stock for a fair price that helped me out on a repair I did my self. They know their business and are kind enough to offer advice where to look if they can't help you. They even offered me a puppy someone abandoned on their doorstep. Who ever left them must have known they are good people you can trust.

Called to order a tire and was quoted a price but never received a call back. I called them and they had the tire in stock but at a higher price. This seems to be a theme because it also happened with a labor quote. I was quoted one price and then a higher price when I went to get the work done. Quality work but I hate the bait and switch tactics. RE: Response from owner. Why would you sell a tire that I ordered? And how can the price change so much over the weekend?

I took my R1 in a couple weeks back, I don t remember the name of the mechanic but with just listening to the bike he knew right away it was the start motor that was the issue. Rons ordered the part for me and once it arrived my bike was good as new in just a couple of hours. The work was great and affordable. I m pleased and will be happy to recommend them any time!

I work close by sometimes the workers seem friendly however I've never actually used their services but from what I understand there's a stack of tires around the back bay door that just anybody can come whenever and look through and take whatever they want I think that's pretty cool if you need some tires and they have some decent ones back there

If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my 2007 Kawasaki Ninja to them for repairs for an oil leak and an oil change, change of spark plugs and a replacement chain and was quoted $950.00 for everything. They had the bike for over a month (almost 2) and when I called I was told another 2 weeks because they were still waiting for parts to come in. Coincidently they called the next day and said it was ready and all the repairs had been done. I paid them the $950.00 and picked up my bike to find that the clutch went out and they did not replace the chain and it was lagging when I drove it. I took it back to them and they told me the chain was fine and didn t need replaced. They charged me another $350 to repair the clutch but the bike was still lagging after I picked it up the second time. I took my bike to Honda of Tulsa to be repaired and find out that they also did not change the spark plugs. I was out more money once again paying the other shop to fix what they had supposedly repaired. Ron s motorcycle did nothing to make this right and offered no discounts or refund. I am absolutely disappointed in this service and do not recommend this shop to anyone! I attached the pictures of the spark plugs Honda of Tulsa gave me that you can clearly see are old and damaged.

I ordered atv brake pads that never showed up. The US Postal service lost them. I contacted ronscycleland and they refunded my money the same day. Unfortunately they weren t able to send more brake pads but I am satisfied that they took care of the issue.

Ron and Gary and their team of guys up there are fantastic. Anytime I've ever needed help with anything they have always come through. Unlike most shops around Tulsa they still work on older models of bike and ATVs. If ever you need work done on your classic or vintage bike go see them. They are top notch guys and will get you back on the road in a jiffy!

Last time I was there, the people up front were rude. When I asked them if they had a part, they told me to just go into the back and look for myself instead of actually helping me find it. I m almost 50 years old and my muscles aren t as good as they used to be. When I stepped back there, I was completely lost. There was no pattern or any signs helping me find anything that I needed. I didn t want to spend my day looking for something they might not even have. Things were cluttered everywhere. As I made my way to the back, I was getting scratched left and right on my arms from random parts on the sorry excuse for shelves. I finally got to the back to find this young man organizing. I didn t know he worked there at first until he stopped what he was doing and greeted me. Seemed a lot nicer than anyone else there. He asked me if he could help me find something. He took me right to the part that I needed and even took the piece off for me. We chatted while he did it. He gave me the part and I tried walking up front and got lost. There was another young man who helped me find my way up front. The only reason I m giving this place 3 stars is because of those young guys there. They were helpful.
