I called another tire shop and they were struggling to provide me with a quote, especially when I asked for the out the door price, or to give me some different tire options. Called Robertson and he gave me 3 options and the out the door price for each. Tires installed, oil changed, and alignment complete before the other shop called me back with the pricing. Will call Joe at Robertson immediately next time.

Outstanding service every time. Upfront with service, costs, time and options. Whenever they can they ll save you money without you asking. I ve been to other places and end up regretting it. These folks are worth your time and money. You ll be thankful- and relieved.

I took my car in to verify that the battery was ready for replacement. They told me that it was marginal so I had them replace it. I was surprised that they had one in stock. The whole thing took less than an hour. They were fairly busy but got me right in without an appointment. I've been buying tires from them for years and they've always treated me well.

Took a car there with a screw in the tire and they fixed it. Two other shops said they could not fix it and I had to buy new tires (still a lot of life left in them). Super friendly people working there and, they didn t charge me to fix it! Highly recommend!

This place goes above and beyond every time. They are super kind, knowledgeable, and seem to be very honest. There's been several things I've brought them that they couldn't work on and did not end up charging me a diagnostic fee.UPDATE: THIS PLACE CONTINUES TO IMPRESS. I CAME IN THINKING I NEEDED TO SPEND A BUNCH OF MONEY AND WAS PREPARED TO DO SO. THEY LOOKED UNDER THE HOOD AND FOUND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS NOWHERE NEAR AS DIRE AS I HAD THOUGHT. THANK YOU ROBERTSON TIRE FOR BEING SO HONEST.

I went in for an oil change on a Saturday morning. Friendly, courteaous, professional, clean lobby, seemed knowledgable about my car's specific needs. They don't try to sell you extra stuff which was nice! It took less than an hour on a Saturday so I was pleased with that.

I had to get one of my tires looked at today and it needed to be patched up which they did for free!! It was a busy Saturday morning but they still had great customer service all around & I was in and out in less than an hour! I will definitely be back in the future.

2 Robertson tires in 1 day for 2 field technicians vans. This location took us in right at closing time for a next morning clutch repair. Both of us were setup as needed to run 4 state dispatching that weekend. Very grateful.

I recently nailed a curb with my front right tire and took it to Robertson. Even though I needed more work done than imagined, the process was seamless and professional. Joe, Rodney, and Debra are such a great team. I will definitely return to this location and would recommend to anyone! Thanks guys!

I love love love this tire shop. Did you know that they do patches for free. And because they are a reputable establishment they don't even do plugs on tires. Every time I go it's the best customer service, they always take care of me pretty quickly, and they make sure that if there's any other underlying issue it is noted and addressed. All good things to say about this place! I went in one day because I needed a plug and I stayed in the area, they made me aware that my two back tires were two different sizes, and gave me the opportunity to purchase the Right tires and a very good price!

Hands down the best customer service out of any shop I ve ever been to. I ve always been impressed with them.This week I had a unique car repair situation, and they went above and beyond to take care of me. They communicated clearly, honestly, and were very friendly & professional. They helped me make sure that I was getting the best bang for my buck , which can hard to find that kind of honestly and helpfulness.I cant recommend this place enough.

I love this location! I went to them in high school but then moved so I had to use another location. I went back today and they were just as consistent, timely, and professional/friendly. They re across Tulsa for me but it s worth the drive! I m certainly using them moving forward!!!

Let me just say that Robertson Tire is outstanding! I went in for an A/C issue and they had me in and out fast. They did not try to sell me something that I didn t need, which I appreciate immensely. I ve dealt with many different auto shops in my life and Robertson Tire is by far the most honest, professional and reasonably priced company I ve ever used. Do not fear, bring your car here, you will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything. You all are the best!!!!

I got new tires on Monday. They did a great job. They are a really nice group of people to deal with! They seem to have a really great team/crew over there! I HIGHLY recommend going to them!

Great experience! Needed 2 new tires, hubby & I went in on a Monday 2 tell them what we needed & that I'd be in the next day. The next morning I brought it in, they already had the work order prepared. I live across the street so I walked home. I received a call from them just to keep me updated on how the work was going. It only took 45 mins for them 2 put on 2 new tires, rotate them & bleed the brakes. Not once did they try & oversell me on anything. Fast service done correctly, great prices & very polite & honest people that work there. Will definitely go there again!!

Absolutely Outstanding Customer Service! From my initial phone call checking prices on a new set of tires for our Jeep Grand Cherokee, to the moment we walked out the door two days later with a new set of BF Goodrich s, everything was well handled. Everyone we worked with was courteous, and I knew that my service in the Air Force, and my status as a Disabled Veteran, were valued and respected by the folks at Robertson tire. Best experience I have ever had at a tire place. Fixed our tire for free because of a screw. Super friendly and Super clean. Would recommend them to anybody. My Dad use to own Goodyear Tire with Cale Yarborough in Timminsville, SC.. So believe me very nice.

I don't give out recommendations often, but my experience with Robertson's was exceptional. I requested an on line quote for my mother and received a very competitive price from Shane. To verify I they were the right tire I sent her to the Delaware location. They were patient with my 87 year old mother and treated her like she was theirs. She purchased they tires and was in and out within an hour. Thank you for the buying experience and treatment of my mom.

Wow!!! I was completely impressed with the outcome of today. I had a flat tire and they fixed it within 20 minutes. For free too!!! The staff was very friendly. You can tell they work well with each other. Not to mention the very handsome mechanic working in the shop, its always nice to have some eye candy while waiting in the front room. :) It was an in and out process and I think you guys deserve a 5 star. I will be back for any other issues I have!!

I've been using Robertson tire since I moved to the area. They are usually pretty quick with oil changes. This particular time I had a blown tire they were replacing and while they were doing that they checked my other tires as well ( yeah yeah I know you should check your own tires from time to time). They found out i had the same problem with my other tire( seems to be a thing with this particular brand of tire i have)and it wouldn't have made it very far. Chose a different brand of tire and they had to get it from the warehouse and with a little wait time they had me back on the road.

Have been taking our vehicles here for nearly 10 years. They know me by name! They do excellent work, have wonderful communication, and always stand by their work. The very few times that we've run into a faulty part, they have always made it right. Joe, Cliff, and everyone else who works there are very polite and personable. They're the best!

Been using Robertson for 5 years across 4 vehicles. Loyal customers & they have treated us well. Purchased car battery from them (on their advice) about 6 months ago. Just experienced a problem with it & took vehicle to them. They said the battery was defective (manufacturers issue). Charged me $60 in labor to replace (no charge for new battery). Expressed my dissatisfaction with the labor charge. Several people promptly got involved and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Thanks Robertson Tire.

I'm sad I have to write this. We've been customers at this location for almost 8 years & had well over 10k worth of repairs over the years within our 4-5 vehicles. They were excellent over the first few years but within the last 5 my trust in them has been questioned for a few suspicious reasons, one being we've had 2 vehicles have water pumps replaced & then within a week they both had issues within the gaskets or another major problem. Of course it could've been coincidence but it made us nervous. To make a long story short, one cars water pump was replaced a year ago & went out but this time it was under warranty- no cost to us for parts or labor. Which is great bc we really needed a break. Upon taking it in to replace it we're told we need a new serpentine belt & radiator flush. Things are really tight so we decided to only do the belt which was quoted for under $65. Over the last day & a half I spoke with that shop & confirmed that quote at least 4 times maybe more, not once did anyone say that's just for the part not including labor, even when it was dropped off this morning. Went to go pick it up & it's double what the quote was. The reason being 6 hours of labor... for the serpentine belt.... there's no way it should have taken 6 hours. The max is 3 hours... and that's maximum considering they have all the tools needed. The serpentine belt, the maximum you spend on one of those at an auto part store is $25. They overcharged us to make up for their warranty repair & purposely misled us about the quote. They've lost long time loyal customers.

Went in to get my tires rotated and aligned. They have me wait 45 minutes only to tell me they can't align my tires because I need my back suspension replaced and it would be $900+ dollars to do so. I declined their service and went to Lazar where they said I needed no such service. Don't go here they're super shady and will try to rip you off.

Went to get a flat repaired. Had two foreign objects in my tire. They got me in and out quickly. Staff was friendly and kept me and the other customers informed of the progress. Didn't see them trying to up sell or push other services either.I always call around for tires, and most of the times I end up at Robertsons, best value for the tire.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the service was quick, and overall a quality experience. They even taught me specific things about tire tread and rotation that I didn t know. Impressive!
