This is a really great Robertson Tire with professional polite helpful staff. We were having work done on one of our two cars, tires and alignment, our one remaining care, we ran over a nail, and we had time problems because we had to go to work. Robertson was able to squeeze in an emergency tire repair, and we are really grateful. I know they are super busy and we thank you for your flexibility.

Had a flat in my company car, and was told by My really good friend that Robertson Tire did tire repair for free.I took it to them and they were extremely nice, and welcoming. they asked for name my companymy license plate # and that was it, I went into a very well maintained lounge/waiting area and had a cup of coffee, and some snacks from their vending machine.Fixed my flat brought it back to me my tires are working and rolling like�a peach,Thank you very much for your services Robertson Tire!

In and out in less than a half hour, they found the problem with the tire, fixed it fast and didn't charge anything. I'm definitely coming back here for my future tire needs.

I went to this location today for new tires. I had previously bought a tire at a different Robertson tire location and had a great experience there, so I decided to try this location since it is much nearer where I live. I am glad I did! I called first and Michael said they could get the tires there in 30 minutes. They were pretty busy but it wasn t a long wait. I m happy with the new tires and Michael and Manny were awesome! Very friendly and helpful. I plan to start taking my car there for oil changes too. I highly recommend Robertson Tire!

New update: I just wanted to add an update since my last review is so old but I seriously love these guys. I'm so glad they are near my house. They have helped me so many times. This most recent time I had a piece of metal in my tire. They told me it would be two hours. I told them I'd need to figure something out then because I had to be at work in 2hrs. Then because it just needed a patch they were able to quickly patch it and send me on my way. A++Old review: These guys have always been wonderful every time I've come in. They have helped me with patching multiple tires and a couple other repairs. They never try to sell me things I don't need. They are always friendly and conscious of my time and money.

Michael and the mechanics here are FANTASTIC!!AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!I came in after buying new tires to get an alignment and they found that the budget tire company had DESTROYED my lug nuts during the tire install and advised me how many were damaged. After paying for my visit, I saw their sign promoting oil changes and Michael was quick to say they'd pull me right back in to get me taken care of.If I lived here this would be my first choice for car maintenance and repair!

When I called the 21st and 145th location, Michael answered and was very professional and helpful. When I arrived about 30 minutes later, I could tell they were busy because the bays were full and the parking lot was at around 50-60% capacity. Michael worked me in almost immediately and was able to address/resolve the issue I was having with my tire pressure monitoring system very quickly. I would definitely recommend the 21st and 145th location for fast, knowledgeable, professional service. Thanks again Michael!

They have always done a great job with tire replacement. I decided to try and have my brakes bled in my 2004 Chevy Classic. I had partial brakes and knew they had a machine to do a better brake bleed. The car doesn t have ABS brakes. It has a master cylinder and a brake booster. Basic system. Was called to come get my car because they couldn t do it. Said the ABS system wasn t compatible with their machine. I imagine it was because The car never had an ABS system. It came from the factory without an ABS system. One had never been installed on it. Loved how the mechanic tried to make me feel stupid. I was stupid. I took the car there. Will not repeat that error in my judgment.

Consistent, awesome service! I go to this location every time I'm in Tulsa, and they always provide great service! They are quick, professional, and kind about walking me through any issues. I always have a great experience, but my last visit was just over the top amazing! I was having a leak in a tire and took in my vehicle. They found out I had a nail in the tire, and patched it for FREE! I was so impressed and thankful that I have people I can trust to take my car to. Thank you!!

So I show up at 5 till 5 they don't close till 5:30 it says so on the door two guys inside on their cellphones right inside the office I've got four brand new tires in my car that need mounted balanced that's it they said they said they can't get to me today I would have to wait till Monday it's 35 minutes till close. Must be nice to have all that extra money to pay folks to go sit around and do nothing I'm a mobile mechanic on call 24/7 I got to have my car I got to get these tires on my car. You know who's small business your big business won't be getting mine thas who and everybody I talk to. I came over here to Dean's used tires they take care of me cuz they stay open till 6 like a real shop.

The sales men are super helpful and respectful! The mechanics are thorough in their work. I have no complaints about the work they do there. Even when busy they are prompt to address me as well as help the customers on the phone. I like that as I m asking questions Freddie is already 2 steps ahead in looking up prices as we speak. He s gives me honest wait times, which is helpful in planning the rest of my day.

I stopped by here when another place was to busy and they got me right in. I needed a Front End Alignment and Oil Change, Diagnosis on Battery problem. I was happy with the Price and good job on alignment. Will definitely come back here again.

I had a tire go flat on me while I was driving. Raced down the road a couple miles pulled into Robertson at 21st & 14th in Tulsa. They were so kind. The young man fixed it for me very quickly and there was no charge!

I had to drop off my mustang this morning to get a couple new tires installed as well a oil change. They had to go to their warehouse to pick up the tires and still had me in and out in less than an Hour. Very competitive pricing as well on both the oil change and tires! My grandfather always done his tire related business with Robertson's Tire and if they keep up the same customer service they showed me today I will bring them both my vehicles and have them service them. Great job to the Technician, Sales associate, and of course the management! Definitely worth the 5 star rating!

I got 4 new tires mounted and balanced. They installed the longer stems like I asked for at no extra charge. I purchased Kuhmo tires and they had them in there warehouse. Best tires, best balance, best service I've ever had at a tire shop. My minivan drives great no vibration at all. Freddie Robinson is the manager and he listened to what I wanted and got it all do very well. Great great place. Robertson Tire 21st and 145th street. If you need tires or device on your car, go there.

Chivalry is not dead! Driving down the highway and tire sensor went off -dropping psi fast! Pulled over to a QT to inspect...picked up a nail. Aired it up to see if it would get me to the nearest tire repair. Called a shop 2 doors down and they wanted to charge $40+ to patch a hole! No thank you. I've purchased tires from Robertson in the past, and they were 2 miles away, so went slowly down the back roads to them and they got me in fast, were kind and professional, and didn't charge me...it was FREE! I asked why, and the gentleman replied that it was a community service they like to do. I am impressed. I am also going to check them out when I need to replace my tires this winter. Thank you Robertson Tire - Eastland/21st!

The gentleman at the front desk was courteous, and knowledgeable. The customer service person who I emailed with about car questions before even bringing in my car was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. This whole time not one person tried to pressure me to buy anything, or get anything I didn't need. Never once treated me like I was stupid, just because I am a woman, like everywhere else I used to go. A must at least try once place!

Very nice service. It was my first visit and I needed two tires checked out for slow leaks. My fiance has an account here and I was added to his without issue. My tires were promptly taken care of.

These guys are amazing! I brought my vehicle for an oil change and was so pleased with service and convenience that my son and husband are now Bri Hong their cars for service, we drive older cars so things so wrong and they have been able to assist us with them all. Although the service is amazing, the thing I remember must is whenever I walk in Tyler call me by name. Thus let s me know that they not only care about your car but also care about you as a person. Thanks for all you guys do to keep our cars running !

I took my car here for a low tire. They fixed my tire and they also checked all of my tires and made sure I had the right amount of air pressure in them. When it was time for me to pay, they never charged me a penny!! Thank you Robertson Tire!!! You guys are the best!! I highly recommend these guys for all of your car needs!! Thanks again guys!!

Tyler is a great Manager and has a Excellent crew who far surpass the rest. These guys work so well together and Tyler has a way with everyone who comes through his door. Made me feel at ease from the first time i spoke to him and his guys really know what they are doing. You will not be disappointed. I bring all my vehicles here and never had any problems...i always feel that ive gotten great quality work from these guys. I wouldnt trust anyone else ....Give these guys a raise.

I had an oil leak that was fixed they say I took my car to the dealership for some work the dealership fixed everything that was wrong except the oil leak in reference to what was previously fixed my Robertson I called spoke to a Supervisor he told Me bring it in and let his guys look at it. And of course I was the car wasn't leaking oil. Wish was false because it is leaking oil from the area that I paid to be fixed by Robertson. Very disappointing.
