I came by to get a nail removed from one of my tires. The staff were very friendly and professional. I only waited about 15-20 minutes and they were done. When I went to check out, to my surprise they told me it was free of charge. I couldn t believe it.While I waiting I did notice the pictures they had on their walls. It seems like their business has been around for a long time. I can see why they re still around after all this time. I like how they do business and they ve earned mine. I will definitely come here for all my tire needs going forward. Thank you!

The admiral location is heaven sent frfr. The prices are great and the workers are understanding any major issues with brakes,oil change ECT they have my families business! Great work Guys!!!

All i can say is WOW, I called around town trying to find a place to mount my custom off road set up. They were polite all the way through and process from the early morning phone call till the moment I left. Took my truck in got everything done in a professional and timely manner. They was straight up honest with integrity and pride in their work. My wheels was slightly damaged during the process and they did not hesitate to be upfront and honest. It wasn't that bad, they touched it up a bit and I wasn't mad or anything at all, but they compensated me with all they could and man did i leave happy! I will for sure recommend by word of mouth to all that i can to this place. I can only speak volume of how good and honest work still lives till this day. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I was in Tulsa visiting a friend when my car experienced tire pressure problems. I wanted a professional opinion to set my mind at ease for the 5+ hour drive home and a Google search led me to Robertson Tire at this location. I showed up just a little before opening and they were able to take a quick look and fix what turned out to be a sensor mismatch that didn t get addressed from the previous tire rotation. I was treated with courtesy and kindness in a moment where I was quite stressed at having a long drive in adverse weather ahead of me to get to an appointment on time. Big thank you to the team at Robertson Tire for being so professional! I think moments like that really speak to the quality of a business and this location deserves 5 stars!

Got me in and out in a timely manner. Staff was pleasant, waiting area is clean and comfortable, they carry a great variety of products, and I've had no issues with the work I've had done here. Definitely would recommend!

They tried to help me with a bearing issue on my 1950 Curtis compressor restore project. Didn't get my part fixed but worked very hard to try to help me. Sonic and friendly.

They are very helpful, patient, and friendly. When it comes to cars most things fly right over my head. I really appreciate how they are always patient with me when I have to ask the same questions repeatedly or questions I'm sure a person my age in OK should know by now.

These guys have done right by me multiple times I have come in. Once I had to get a tire replaced and they got me a new tire (more of a high end specialty one) within a few hours, had a guy drive across town to get it.Two other times I have come in for a simple patch, happy to pay the 20-25 whatever and some extra for a nitrogen fill. Each time they take it, get it fixed, don't try and upsell me and both times have refused payment for the patch.That's how you get a lifetime customer, they did something small but made a stressful moment a lot less stressful. Thanks guys, you have my business!!!

Great service!! I can't say enough about much I appreciate these guys. They got a 2006, 186,000 mile car running again at an extremely low cost. And we did everything (tow, repair and payment) by phone because I live in Maryland. All my family member had to do was catch an uber to the shop and pick up the car. I highly recommend this company.

Don't sweat it taking your car anywhere else, from oil change to any tire related issues, this is the place to go. They are knowledge, they do things right, service is excellent and have the best prices. I want to say it's been more than 5 years that we started coming to Robertson Tire for service and sure will keep coming back to them!!

I was involved in a minor fender-bender near this store, I was on a work trip from Missouri. They were able to quickly service my car, get it running again to my specifications, and they made great time. They were very upfront about what needed done, and very willing to work with me on price so that I was able to save money, and be on my way as soon as possible. Very highly recommend their services!

Nothing to say other than these guys are awesome. Came to town for a concert and picked up a nail on the day after Thanksgiving. Rolled in at 3:30 and by 4 they had me back on the road. Very reasonable price. I also wanted to make a comment about the care they took since my flat was on a brand new truck. They all made sure to keep it clean and wheels scratch free. Definitely will do business again if I am ever in town.

Very helpful and informed and surprisingly reasonable prices for mechanical work . They also took care of me in a very timely manner even though they were extremely busy we made every effort to get me in as soon as possible . And not only that but instead of having to wait for them to complete the work on my car they actually had a driver take me to my house so that I can wait there and then they came to pick me up when it was done .

Had a great customer service experience, very well and professional of handling difficult customers. tbh. Go easy on them! They where packed today on a sat. Key for customers is patience and kindness to the mechanics that doing everything to get all the customers done right, I waited yes, everyone wins at the end. Thank you for your business!!!

We were visiting from out of town and realized we had driven over a nail. The tire wasn t flat and we were glad we caught it early. We came in about 30 minutes before they closed and they plugged the tire for us and didn t charge a thing for it. It was so nice of them to do that for us. Saved us a nightmare journey back to Dallas. The whole staff was friendly and the waiting area was super clean and really nice. Highly recommended - fantastic service.

Had a great experience at Robertson Tire this morning! My tire pressure light had been on for a few days and I'm going out of town this weekend. Brought my car in, the immediately hoisted it up, found a slow leak, patched it and I was back on the road within 20 minutes! The staff was incredibly helpful and were more concerned about me being safe on the road this weekend, than they were about charging me! I'll definitely be back AND be telling everyone I know to do business here! Thank you Robertson Tire!

Excellent customer service and very friendly. We only had to wait for an hour considering they had to order a tire for our rental car and they were busy. We had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was hustling and working hard, but not so hard that they forgot to be sweet and kind to their customers. Wonderful people! Tulsa Oklahoma you rock! Especially, the young man with the silver long hair sitting at the front desk had me rolling about his friends going on their outing and their wives going shopping.

This location did not act like they wanted new business on more than one occasion. My grandmother has tried to get her car serviced here twice. The first time they took the car but lied about what days and times the car would be done. They play a lot of phone games, tell you one thing but say another in person !!! Also these were simple services such as oil changes, shocks ,brakes and tires(not all at once). They literally took 2 days to get to an oil change once smh. The final straw was they took the car and said it would be ready at closing time, we came to pick it up and they said it would be at the top of the list the next morning, they had not worked on it at all. They choose the most high priced jobs and give them priority that became apparent. Also beware this is male dominated location(most are) so if you are a woman you may want to do your research before choosing to get work done to make sure the prices are correct. Luckily I convinced my Grandma to choose a place with Better customer service.

Great all service tire shop with exceptional knowledge staff that offer great professional services to thier customer base. I have been a customer of this location for the past 5 years and they have always taken care of my vehicle needs. They are also in the processes of updating thier customer area/lobby.

Absolute best friendliest service in town I've gone there twice with flat tires and both times they repaired it and no charge. They have really earned my business my respect and appreciation. I did also check their prices and they're really not that bad for tires quite good value fast turnaround. I would highly recommend them if you need tires for your car or truck

Robertson is locally owned and one of those hard work success stories you admire. They have always serviced my vehicles and I have never had a complaint. Their staff is quick to resolve my automobile crisis so I can get back to work. Many locations around the metro makes it easy to get a vehicle to one of their shops no matter where I am. Price is always good too when I compare with other companies.

This was by far the easiest experience I ve ever had. Tony was so professional and nice. They were so quick and gave excellent service. I ve been a discount tire customer for the longest time but after today they gained a new customer!

Still horrible service. I wrote a review several years back and the owner responded accusing me of being dishonest about what transpired with my experience. I went back to this place one other time, in hopes of allowing to them to redeem themselves. Once again, they showed how how unprofessional they still are. It's unfortunate that rather than accepting constructive criticism, they instead choose to call the customer a liar, etc. I tried to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but their customer service continues to prove again and again how terrible it is. Thank goodness I am now an extremely satisfied customer with Discount Tires! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, extremely well priced, and extremely timely with their services.
