Stopped in to have a tire plugged that another shop tried to deny a plug and force me into FOUR new tires Robertson took care of me at NO charge and under 30 minutes! And they even bought some Girl Scout cookies from my daughter. Highly recommend this place- very honest, especially to women, high-end vehicles. No up selling here!

Time to get new tires on my wife's car. Ethan Cantler was really great. He ordered and providing me with the tires I needed on the spot. Also like to give a shout out to Anthony for the install and torquing my lug nut to spec as requested. Awesome customer service.

Hands down the best! Everyone is very friendly, very helpful and honest. They are transparent and affordable. This is coming from someone who is a skeptic after several sour experiences at other places. Robertson Tire has made me a lifetime customer. I won't go anywhere else!

So me and my husband took the car in on December 6th 2023 for a oil change tire rotation and new tires. The gentlemen who helped us was 100% awesome! But they had feces on the wall under the toilet paper holder the sink was gross and they had left feces all in the toilet. Also we were watching the TV waiting for the car to be done and one of the guys he was rude wearing a gray cap and he should have been in the back working on cars decided he was gonna come over and turn the TV down because he didn't wanna listen to the lady on the news. This same gentlemen told his boss when he told him to get tires from the warehouse that we could wait and that he didn't care that it was for a customer. You don't treat people that way this guy shouldn't even have a job you don't treat customers that way telling them they have to wait or turning the TV down when they should be working not worried about the TV. They need Professional cleaning in their womens bathroom probably both you don't leave feces on the wall that's nasty what if a child walked in there and stuck their hands in it and then in their mouth. The health department should be called something gross!!!!

Over the past 8 years I ve had 3 vehicles - all three have had work done regularly here . Remember growing up when your dad knew a guy who worked on cars and did work for a fair price and honestly - this place is staffed with only those kind of people

Yesterday I went into Robertson tire and patiently waited for my truck to be looked at and fixed. Everyone there was friendly and went above and beyond for me . They had to order the part and today they fixed it . Such friendly people there to go out of there way to make my day better and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great customer service . Will proudly be going back and they have my service from now on. !

My husband and I pulled in to Robertson Tire and didn t realize they closed at 2pm on a Saturday. Mike went above and beyond to help us fix a valve stem issue even though they were closed. Super friendly, kind, and very helpful! Wonderful customer service. We will give them our business from now on. Thank you so much Mike!

I went in to have a flat repaired and ask about a quote for new tires since I knew I would have to replace soon. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable on the tires. They didn't try to upsell me, but presented a good middle of the line tire and the prices of the tires seemed competitive for similar name brands elsewhere. Plus, no charge for the flat!

I love going to Robertson Tires. I can trust that they will properly diagnose the issue I am having and not overcharge, or capitalize off of my ignorance. I have gone to several different locations in Tulsa and the guys at all of them are awesome. They all are men of great integrity and kindness. I have self diagnosed some major problems and they simply tell me I am wrong and and fix the simple issue. They also have no problem referring out to other shops if I want a second opinion. The best way I can describe them vibe of Robertson is that they are the best big brother a girl could ask for. I am grateful a friend suggested them when I moved to Tulsa a few years ago.

I don t normally post reviews but the situation was very upsetting. I have been going to Robertsons since I was 16 years old and even followed a manager from the Peoria location over here to the one on Memorial. I have always trusted them with my car and anything I needed done to it however the past year and a half has been less than stellar, I took my car in initially because there was a rattling sound, and they told me that I need a new tires, though that was true the rattling sound did not stop when I left my horn no longer worked, and the rattle was worse than when I took it there .I then took my car back after having to drive it for a little bit as it is hard for me to find a spare vehicle and this is my main form of transportation. I took it back and explain to them that I felt like the situation was not fixed and that I felt the last time I was shrugged off after asking them multiple times probably being annoying to please look into my car with very good detail from front to back in case there was anything else wrong with it as my child rides in this vehicle I am willing to pay the price to make sure it is safe. I took it back the second time and they ve told me that multiple people had driven it but there was no rattling that it was loose change or my tools that were in my back underneath a door where my spare tire was .I have had this vehicle since I was 17 years old and never once have I heard loose change, or the tools in the back moving they are very secured( it s a 2016 Subaru , she s pretty solid)I then picked up my vehicle and took it to a different mechanic the same day the sound was rattling the whole time my husband drove it to the new mechanic having it for less than an hour they were able to find the piece that was rattling and was able to find that my swing arm needed to be replaced . After talking to the manger he said this shouldn t have been missed twice! Really was not given a resolution from him or a reason to come back or a reason to give them a chance to make this right . Just two days without a car , missed work time , stress of finding another vehicle to use to transport my son and and get to work ,my concerns ignored and a missed repair .

I came into the Memorial location with a utility trailer tire blown, and I figured that I would just leave it with them to fix and come back when it was done. I had pulled it into a parking spot and everything, but the inside guy said that I couldn't leave it because they didn't have a way to move it around. Seriously I move it around all the time by myself, but all they had to do was jack it up and pull off the tire, put the new tire on the rim and reattach the tire, call me and I would pick it up. I kinda had a little under my breath moment (feeling agitated), but he said to hook it back up to my vehicle and pull it in front of the bay and he would get someone right on it. I sat there maybe 15 minutes and they took the tire off and had another back on and I was on my way. The inside guy needs a little more personality with the customers but all-in-all was a great experiecnce

Friday after work I was driving down memorial and in all that construction and got a nail in my tire. By the time I made it through construction and stopped at Robertson they were about to close in two minutes. Brandon and Gary got me patched up anyways and got me on my way home to sand springs. Great group of guys and a huge thanks to what could have started my Memorial Day weekend off on the wrong foot. Thanks Robertson!

I have been bringing my cars to this location for years. 4 years ago I bought a used 2015 Lexus from the dealer that had new Pirelli tires on it. Later the tires got noisy and the car drove terrible. Couldn't wait to get rid of the tires. Set up an appointment with Cory to get a new set of Toyo Celsius tires put on the car. After the install Kyle did a 4 wheel alignment. The new tires are quiet and the car drives better now then when I got it 4 years ago.Thank you Kyle & Cory.

I got my oil changed there today & i got to use a $10 off coupon so that was nice. What I loved the most besides the friendly and fast service was that they didn't call me and tell me a thousand other things that I need to have done on my vehicle! They just changed my oil and fixed my tire ( for FREE) and that was it! I loved it because anytime I go anywhere else I always get a phone call trying to get me to do other things and spend more money. So I definitely recommend the guys at Robertson tire for sure and I will definitely be going back!!

I do all my oil changes, tires and alignments at Robertson. Their technicians are so knowledgeable and always keep my car in great shape. Ben is their manager and is so helpful at getting me a good price. He pays attention to details and I appreciate their speedy service!

I arrived at 8:45 at Robinson Tire on 93rd and Memorial, tires paid for receipt in had only getting 2 front tires I sat in there lobby for 2 plus hours no one said anything about how long the wait was , poor customer service at its finest. So I finally asked the guy do u know how much more longer he went back out saying let me go see , he goes comes back in and says 15 or 20 more minutes for 2 tires I sat for almost 3 hours but I watched 10 plus people come in and get out. Poor customer service and satisfaction. I won t be back I hope they enjoyed that little $260 something dollars.

I had a quote from a chain retailer when I needed tires. I was surprised that our locally owned tire shop could be $200 less for the same exact tire. The other store said I should get an alignment with new tires. Robinson said I didn't need one just because I have new tires. As a woman, I feel I can trust they guys to be honest with all my mechanical needs. I will be back!

I had my oil changed in my Miata. It took nearly two hours but they'd said it would be over an hour. They were slammed. They were, as always, polite, pleasant and professional. They apologized for the wait and kept fresh coffee going for all the customers.

These guys are incredible! I drive for a living and am constantly there for oil changes, routine maintenance etc. These guys are honest, easy to work with and walk me through the whole process. I won t go anywhere else!

I had bought a used Honda Accord and was told they installed new brakes. However, 4 months after I purchased the vehicle, I started hearing a grinding sound each time that I applied the brakes.I told my wife that I would be taking the car to Robertson and she expressed concerns because she thought that I would be overcharged. I was confident that they would take care of it, because I had read the Google reviews.Within 30 minutes after I dropped it off, I received a call that I simply needed new rear brake pads. It was going to cost me $100 less than I had budgeted and $200 less than what she expected I would be charged.I had the car back is less than two hours.I (and she) are very pleased with the service and we WILL be coming back!!!

These guys are the best. I buy all my tires at Discount Tires! Today I had a low tire pressure light. I whipped into their shop and they found a nail in my back tire. Fixed at no charge in 22 minutes. Can t say enough good things about this store!!!
