I needed new tires for my van. I wanted five so the spare was the same tread. The rack underneath the van malfunctioned as the technician was putting the spare up. I guess that happens when they don't get used often. Since it's a vintage vehicle I would guess those parts are hard to come by but they located one and installed it for me. Top notch and first class five star service.

I recently needed a new rim and tire for my vehicle. After shopping around with many different tire shops in Tulsa, Kevin and his team at the Robertson Tire near 43rd and Mingo not only had the best price but their service was amazing. They were able to get my rim in from another location and have my tire done same day. I will definitely be returning for all my wheel needs in the future!

I recently had a weird clunking noise with my car and took it in here and I had the best experience. It felt like they treated me like family. They took care of it and thoroughly explained everything. It was a fair price and called me to follow up and make sure everything was good after the repair. I will not go anywhere else!

I appreciate Robertson Tires on Mingo Rd.I had a flat tire close to their location. I stopped by. They fixed my tire, it took only 1 hour. And they didn t charge me anything. This is first place who didn t charge me to fix my flat tire.I appreciate you Robertson Tire!You made my day better!I wish you great clients and success to your business!My friend also is a client of your company and he is very happy with you!

I took my van this morning due to low tire light and no success with another business.I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in. They immediately took my van back to the service area and repaired the tire quickly and NO CHARGE! I'll be back and highly recommend!

I love, love, LOVE Robertson Tires! Every time my daughter or I have ever gone in, every employee is respectful, polite, and friendly. I have never felt talked down to as a female, either. Alan, Kevin, Zach, and the rest of the crew treat each customer with care and concern. Thanks for making every visit enjoyable!Editing to add: I'm always amazed at how CLEAN their lobby area is!

Had new tires put on my NV3500IT TAKES 50PSI FRONT AND 80 PSI IN BACK I had 48 FR 80 FL 50 BR 74 BL no valve stim caps any more and they did not even set tire sensors.They did not even know how to set them it takes 30 min to set on a Nissan V 3500I do wish I could find a place that knows how to do there job any more. And all they said when I got it was just driver for a bit and it will set it self. Lol what a joke

Absolutely great. We go there whenever we need help w our cars and they always take superb care of us. Today I needed my brake lights checked out and when it turned out to just be the bulbs, they just swapped 'em out and didn't even charge us for labor. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car, not after going to Robertson Tire. Friendly, fast, and trustworthy!

I cannot say enough good things about the guys here at this Robertson tire. Huge thanks to Alan Wolcott and Zach Nixon, I think there was a Kevin in there too. They were so patient with me and helpful. Totally stood behind some prior work that they had done and went above and beyond to make my car better that ever. I felt so well cared for and respected. Thanks you guys so very very much!!!

Saturday a.m. edit: Will NOT return after today's experience.Friday: The guys at 43rd and Mingo saved the day! They found a specialty tire for me, got it to the store quick, and fixed the one tire up speedy quick. Tomorrow they are going to change the other 3! Four brand new tires, unexpectedly, but we are safe and can still drive our car. So thankful we were put in touch with them! It was highly stressful having something like this happen 200 miles from home. Our sincerest thanks!Edit: Everything about yesterday still is true.However...When I was at the store yesterday, I found out they could get 3 more tires for us, so we could have a complete set. I asked when their first available appointment was today (Saturday). I was told 7:30. I asked for it. When asked about wait time, the man told me we would be first. That works. We are in town for a car show with LOTS of things happening. New tires usually take an hour, that allows my husband to be back and able to participate early.Arrival: Husband 7:25, 3 other customers at the door.My husband was told they do not set appointments, so it is first come and get in line. Strange, not what I was told yesterday.Husband walked around the parking lot between 7:30 and 8:00, no one working in the bays.The mechanic that worked on our tires came in at 8:30 and pulled our car in at 8:35. It was good timing. At 8:25 I was encouraging my husband to get the car and leave. We could get the rest of the tires back in our home town.Thankful for yesterday. Will NOT return after today.

If you have a tire problem I 100% recommend Robertson! A few months back I blew out a tire and nobody else had them told me it'd be a week or better and cost more money. Robertsons didn't have it but they found it and had it on my car in a couple hours. I was back there today problem with a different tire losing a couple pounds of air last few days and figured I'd better get it checked since I'm going out of state in a couple days. They got it in quickly as they was very busy today, found a nail fixed her up and wouldn't even let me pay. Made my day! Just excellent service all the way around sand exactly why I'll be a Robertsons customer for life!

Called and they were able to locate the tire I needed within an hour when other places were saying days/ week to get. They also returned my lug key and put away my spare tire and didn't just fling it into the back of my vehicle like other places had done in the past. Very refreshing, highly recommend and will return for future tire needs.

I've bought tires here for around 15 years, for my cars, kids cars, grandkids cars. I have fairly new tires (60,000 miles remaining) and took one in Monday to fix a flat. No problem. Got up today and the tire they fixed was flat again. I called and a very disinterested man said that's too bad. I could bring it back and they'd fix it again. I'm almost 70, female, and this took a major effort. No apology or even bare civility. I shop for service, not price. I'm done here. There are probably 100 other shops selling the same thing. All I wanted was some semblance of concern.

Wonderful customer service and helped me take care of a problem that multiple tire shops didn t address. Appreciated their hard work and smart thinking. They helped me solve a frustrating, reoccurring problem. This will be our preferred location from now on. Again thank you everyone for helping a negative Nancy, y all stay hydrated.

I went in to the Robertson's tire last Friday and had my tires rotated. I thought I was getting a good deal because I had a coupon from their website for 6 bucks a tire. But, when I went to check out the guy told me it was on the house. I don't know why. Maybe it's because I have been going there for years. He did suggest that I leave a review, which I wouldn't have done just for the freebee. But, they have always been great. I have bought tires there, had tires fixed, had them rotated and so on. They have always done great work, and usually pretty quick too.

They had every right to charge me...and they didn't!My family moved to the area and just recently started taking my family's cars to Robertson for our assorted automotive needs. They provided incredibly reasonably priced repairs for wheel bearings and alignment issues for one car. That same car started overheating intermittenly several weeks later along with leaking oil (it's over 22 years old), so I took it back to them for diagnosis. They took the time to discover that the car had blown a head gasket. They gave me a fairly standard estimate on a used engine swap out, though I didn't even realize they could do an entire engine swap. When I went with a shop that specialized in such swaps, I went to ask how much I owed for their diagnosis. "Nothing from us." They totally could charged me for the time they spent with the car and they didn't. I'll be back, Robertson!

I do like Robertson Tire, so I didn't mind waiting over a hour when I bought my tires from them, but telling me I have to wait over a hour to honor the road hazard warranty that I purchased to fix a flat, that's bad customer service after the sale. I went somewhere else that was just as busy and 15 minutes later my tire was fixed.

Dropped my truck off to the 43rd and Mingo location at 0745 for tire rotation and alignment. Salesperson told me it would be done by 1730. Tires were rotated at 0800. But when I came by at 1700 to pay for and wait, I was informed they never got to the alignment. Not even a hint of apology when I told them I would need to take it. To have a vehicle all day for a 30 minute task, not get it done is horrible. Never useThanks for the response. However, when I dropped my truck off at 0745, I asked if it would be "done today", and the response from the staff was, "It will be done by 5:30." Sounds as close to a guarantee as you can get without using the actual word.In addition, the rotation was started while I waited for my ride to arrive, which was before 0800. I was also informed there was only one other alignment ahead of me.

New Review 7/28/22: I have an older car (2004) that was in a collision and needed a new taillight. It was proving difficult to find one, so I ended up buying one on ebay. I brought it to Robertson on Mingo, fully ready to pay the normal labor charge to have it installed. They had it done in 10 minutes and didn't charge me a penny. This is just one reason why I keep coming back to these guys. They're the best, and they're honest!Earlier review from a few years ago:I brought my car in today because of a vibrating noise. They took the car in and spent some time on it, probably 30-45 minutes. It turned out to be just the air filter housing vibrating. They said it wasn't anything wrong that needed to be fixed, just an annoyance. Then they told me "no charge" for today. Who else does that??? I also had a broken piece of heat shield hanging down in the front, and one of the managers laid down on the ground and removed it for me. I've brought my car here for years and will continue to do so. I trust them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I stopped in here today, I had never been to a Robertson Tire but it is was close to my husbands work. And we have a tire that has had a slow leak that was getting worse. Had a few min to stop and have it looked at. Not only were they able to repair it in a very timely manner but they did not charge me for the repair. I definitely recommend and will be returning here in the future! Thank you guys i appreciate it.
