Seek out a more reputable tire shop than this one.*** It appears this shop buys their feedback, they offer a monetary perk for posting with a photo. It s posted all over the interior of their business. Do not trust every 5 star review. ***EDIT: they have stated that they ask customers to share pictures on Facebook, but they offer compensation with signs in store.I found them to be a highly immoral company that does not right their wrongs or stand by their word. Without exaggeration, the most blatantly bad experience I ve ever experienced with a tire shop or car shop in general.This shop has me out of pocket roughly $800 now through misinforming/not specifically stating an affected part on my car made it not safe to drive. My husband worked at a mechanic shop for years, and their policy was to have customers sign a waiver before driving off after being informed their car wasn t safe to drive. Maybe this place should try something like that. Because they now state I was informed when I certainly wasn t. I asked, and they could not provide me with a copy or even show me the alleged paperwork that says I was informed because it s for internal use only.After having my front wheel go 90� sideways on me at 60mph on the highway (within 2 minutes of leaving the shop), they then wouldn t replace the tire that was ruined in the incident. The tire they mounted maybe 30 minutes prior. They sold me a single tire for $173, with no warranty included (even if their customer service was awesome, that price is pretty high).I was made aware the part in question was not 100% perfect, yes, but I specifically asked and was assured by their mechanic that I would not be stranded on the side of the road, and that I could drive on it and simply to get the part fixed as soon as possible. I was wrong to trust them. They then denied their employee ever said this. I was told their cameras don t have audio. I used roadside assistance through my insurance to tow my car to RNR, and I also have AAA. I really would have had no problem with towing my car from their shop to another if they had expressed clearly that the vehicle wasn t safe. It would've been free to me, why would I drive my car and assume that risk to my vehicle or myself if I was specifically told it s NOT SAFE to do so? I m not very knowledgeable with all car parts, so I almost always do what my mechanics suggest. If he suggested not to drive it, I would ve listened.I feel like I was shown a very shady side of business, and I was put in extreme danger by choosing RNR.

I visited the Peoria location in TulsaEveryone so nice and explains everything to you!Corbin was great hands down !Cara was also very nice had paperwork down very quickly !No credit check either !I would highly recommend to anyonePayment plans available that are affordableGot rims plus new tiresIf your looking for tiresCheck out these guys!They are a good selectionThanks RNR TIRES

Been going back and forth for a little bit with Ben and Corbin here at RNR, they helped me get what I wanted and into some new wheels and tires, without a doubt answered all questions I kept having woth no issue. They really worked with me to make sure everyone is happy with the agreement being made. And that I understood the entire process as we went along. Definitely will be back

I called RNR and asked about getting new tires. Ben explained everything. No money needed, no credit check. When I arrived it went exactly like Ben had explained over the phone. I filled out some paper work gave my ID and within minutes they were putting a new set of tires on my car. I was so pleased with the timely manner in which the staff acted and the courtesy of the entire staff. Within 45 minutes of walking in to RNR I drove away with a brand new set of tires. I give RNR 5 STARS. If you need tires and you're running low on cash give them a call and walk away a happy customer.Thomas Mitchell

i would not recommend at all. they were charging us almost 2k for 4 tires on a little truck. they took all 4 of my tires, and all of my rims. i never bought the rims from them, therefore they took them without my permission, ive paid off over $900 of my balance and they are claiming nothing is paid not even a single tire. there is no need for a tire to be over $900. they have came multiple times after hours, in a van that is UNMARKED, trying to take my tires, even after they got their payment. the way they do is it so suspicious that people were calling the cops for suspicious activity. they refused to take my payment and said they were threatened because the cops got involved, even tho we did not call them, someone else did for suspicious activity. they ended up terminating my policy, and refuse to give me anything i paid for.0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I loved it. Tyler did an excellent job helping us and Korbin did excellent in assisting. Cara was very well versed in her job and informative. I loved the idea everyone had a sense of humor. Love this place.

Wanted to share my experience at r&r tire on Peoria in Tulsa Oklahoma I had an appointment for that afternoon these guys were good enough to get me in early before noon and it only took him about 30 minutes before tires and four rims on my car gave me a great deal outstanding down payment in the outstanding monthly payment these guys went above and beyond the call of duty and we're great knowledgeable very friendly I had to recommend a tire company to anybody it would be r&r tir

They were there when I needed them post and I have a lifetime of free services like alignments and rotating my tires and I even have road service while I'm paying them for the brand new tires I have all around my car for a change and they also checked my wheel bearings and one was bad that was good to know Why it would act like it did They are pretty much a life saver when they do that for you I plan on doing my truck as soon as my rear end axle is fixed. I count them as a blessing from God for being so caring and helpful to peoples safety and understanding. God bless them Always.

FYI references means numbers of family and friends for them to spam!!! They charge twice the price in interest, but to cheap to invest in Jack's to jack your car up while they take the tires back to the shop to work on!!!! Helped my daughter pay them off IMMEDIATELY so as not to give them the almost $800 in intrest!!! BTW Walmart takes payments also! Would NOT recommend this company!!! My poor daughter was mortified when some of her references were complaining about the spam they got. STOP worked for me apparently not for them!!!Wish NO star was an option!!!

Walked in needing tires so bad it's crazy. I was honestly expecting to be rejected, but they were able to make a deal that I could afford. Now I'm rolling around in new tires and feel so much safer. I would definitely recommend if you are having issues being approved for tire financing elsewhere. Tires can be pricey but now it doesn't have to stop you from rolling.

Wonderful experience. Nichole took great care of me and made me a great deal. You can tell she likes what she does. The whole staff was knowledgeable and worked together to do a great job getting my wheels on and out the door with total respect to my time.

Don't fall for it. If you think about it, Just going and buying tires from a tire shop is way cheaper than paying $2,000 in 18 months. I dont know what I was thinking! It's sounds good to make small payments each month but in the long run your paying triple the amount for the tires in the end! Think about it before you buy from RNR tire express, you'll get ripped off!!! It's the dumbest thing I have ever done, they repoed my tires and left my truck sitting on tire rims that wasn't even mine. They took my valve steam inserts to my tire sensors on my rims. I had to go back up there and get them plus they failed to give me my lug nuts when I went to go get my rims back, so I had to make two trips. Ya it sounds like a good idea, they make it sound like it's the right thing to do, but please don't make the same mistake I made. You will regret it trust me.
