Excellent standard and professional service. I am extremely satisfied with my 2020 F-150 limited. I dropped it off at RC Auto specialist with a list of things to do. For instance I want a front lift and a high performance wheels, ceramic coating and black out all the chrome and trim. One of the best in shop in all of the US. I highly recommend RC auto specialist and the garage for all your automotive needs.

These guys are the best. Been using them for probably 15 years. Always professional, understanding, and thorough. They ve helped me find impossible problems and resolve quickly and economically. Cleanest shop around too. I won t take my diesels anywhere else.

Professional and quick! Another mechanic hit a dead end on reprogramming my car, but they were able to diagnose it and get me back on the road the next day. They sent a very thorough report with pictures and explanations, which made it easy to see what the issues and the fixes were. I also like that they offered additional options for recommended services that could be accepted or declined from my phone. Very please with my experience.

Absolutely the best!! We took my suv and my husbands truck at 100k mikes for a nice tune up. They were beyond wonderful through the entire process. Estimated everything with photos through text and we re extremely helpful. We were amazed at the excellence and customer service. Thank you!

Chris and Jeff are easy to work with. Top notch service, fair pricing and expert technicians. They know their Fords and they also work on everything else new and old. The team at RC are now my go to for all of my mechanic needs.I have an f250 that went to multiple shops for an electrical issue that neither of the shops could resolve as their solve to the issue was trial and error.RC auto took their time to understand the issue and kept in touch through out the process and successfully resolved the issue honestly and a fair price. Extremely satisfied with the service work done on my 2010 Ford Edge. This is the 3rd time I've had my Edge in for service and each time I have been completely satisfied with the results. This time I worked with Chris regarding what I wanted done and asked numerous questions regarding the work when it was completed. Chris explained thoroughly why and how they determined what needed to be done. It was a radiator flush and renew antifreeze. I expected hoses needed changing and maybe even a thermostat. Chris assured me they did exactly what needed to be done and everything else checked out ok. No upselling, no replacing parts if not needed. Truly a professional place to do business with. I highly recommend RC Auto Specialists when talking to my friends and family regarding vehicle repairs.

Recently moved to the area and went to RC Auto Specialists on a recommendation. Everything about the place was great. The staff is both friendly and knowledgeable and had my Toyota Tacoma back on the road in a few days. The level of integrity was also amazing. As a non-mechanic, I had diagnosed my own vehicle with needing a significantly more costly repair than what was required. They informed me (politely) of my misdiagnosis and also shared the problem/solution and cost all up front so that I could make an informed decision. Highly recommend!

Best place in town. And now it's new and improved. Systems and location. But same great service. Trustworthy & fair business that is in it to keep a customer forever. They take care of your car and treat you well. First mechanic shop I felt I could trust blindly and they haven't let me down in 10 years. Added some photos of how nice the remodeled office looks.

I came to RC to diagnose issues with my work van that other shops couldn t seem to diagnose and repair properly. They were very knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough. Very clean and nice shop. Their commercials were an accurate reflection of my experience.

2004 F-250 XLT 199,600 mi 2wd, 5.4 V8These guys are top notch! Don t bother going anywhere else When the dealership told me the part (ECM) was obsolete they pretty much told me they can t help. (Guessing it s too old for them to even consider working on.) RC Auto were happy to help me. I did do some research on what was wrong with it and on RC Auto. (Which by the way, they have high ratings) They told me that I gave them a great place to start to look for the problem. Not only were they able to diagnose that it was what I had originally thought they said they know of someone who can repair my original ECM. Sooo that means I didn t have to buy a new aftermarket one AND have it programmed. What I paid to have it repaired was the cost of an aftermarket anyways. So they definitely help save money when they can. Gave me a worst case scenario and when they were done the PCM repair was 60$ cheaper. (Could have easily pocketed it, but didn t) So they are very honest on passing the savings if possible. Ralph was awesome!!! It was so easy to keep in touch with them and they get back to you quickly too. Answered all my questions. Everyone in the office was super nice and patient with me. Now if only they sold vehicles too it would be a complete package and we could all skip the stealership!!! Great job guys keep it up and I will definitely refer you to anyone I know.Service: Electrical repair

I have been looking for a good diesel mechanic. And I have found them here at RC. I was quoted a price came in paid $300 less truck runs and operates so much better. Customer service was amazing. Will bring my other vehicles here from now on. Great place and honest. Found them on YouTube and they do great work. Hard to find mechanics that will do good diagnostic work and show you the results. They can fix issues other shops can t.

My son s car broke down on the highway. It was a miracle to get it off the highway and even close to this garage. I ended up having to put it in neutral and push it into their parking lot. I left it there around 10:30 pm. I was SO glad to see a key drop off with an envelope and pen to fill out all my information. it was easy and put me at ease in a bad situation. The next morning I called. They were already working on my car like I wrote on the envelope.I received a full diagnosis report not too much later that morning with recommendations that were very easy to understand. I was able to make my decisions of what I prioritized to have done right away and what I would have to get done later. What was important for now and what could wait a little bit longer still.Chris was amazing to work with and was really informative and positive the whole time. These guys put zero pressure on me when making my choices and even after they were made. They were so willing to help me in my situation and made me feel like I was at the right place.I was taken care of so well and felt confident I was making good decisions. I would recommend this garage to anyone and everyone that needs repairs. Husband's truck needed an oil change, and based on reviews, this was the place to go. Pat on my back because I definitely made the right choice!! Ralph took care of explaining everything while Kodi worked on the truck. Husband is happy, and so am I!! Thank you so much for the excellent service, friendly faces, and super comfortable office. Ralph and the team at RC Auto took amazing care of my situation on my 2014 F-150. After getting the dreaded engine misfire on my 5.0L, and trying several different tests to try to figure out the issue, I resigned to having to get a shop involved.I originally scheduled my truck with a local Ford dealer to get the process started on diagnosing and repairing the issues at hand. Everyone was booked out pretty far and most of the news from the service folks at the different dealers did not sound good even before testing and diagnostic.I decided I'd try to find a small local shop that might be able to get me in, and be knowledgeable enough to know what solutions would be my best. After several calls around town, it basically came down to most shops ended up selling ding their newer gen Fords, and that I should reach out to them directly.Ralph listened to my concerns over the phone, and took the info to one of the techs to talk about what was going on. He only had to describe a couple quick items and the tech was able to fill in the blanks the rest of the way and knew every step I had taken to try to self diagnose the issue myself. While the news was the same as every other place (including the dealers), I felt more confident that the team at RC Auto could not only do the job, but do things the right way the first time.I dropped my truck off on a Monday, by Thursday they had diagnosed the issue and performed the tests necessary to identify the issues at hand, but had also gotten all of the pricing worked out for the two options I had before me. A quick phone call, and some additional information made the decision a bit easier on which repair to do, as well as an timeline on how quickly the truck would be done.Turn around a week later, and they were able to lock in a remanufactured 5.0L from Ford, and install it below the original quoted price.This group has 100% earned my business from here on out on both my truck and my wife's car. They operated with efficiency and honesty from beginning to end, and returned my truck to me in fantastic shape.If you are looking for an honest team of folks who care about the client, and want to do what's best for their people, these guys need to be your first and last call!
