One of the very few very honest and very fair mechanics I have had the honor of knowing. Randy tells it like it is, shows you exactly what is wrong, shows you exactly what he has fixed, and if the work is transmission or something outside of his professional realm, he recommends other people like himself. His office manager Denise is also incredible. Remembers their customers by name and phone number, and always gets right back to you with a smile and a pleasant demeanor. These are real people I HIGHLY recommend.

This guy repaired a wheel, found a replacement (used), rotor, etc all bc another mechanic failed to tighten lug nuts on my truck after a tire rotation.Randy did this is HOURS, I had my truck back the same day. Man, this is the first good experience with a mechanic I ve had in years. Thanks Randy, I wish I had you where I live.

My grandpa, dad, and sister have all taken their vehicles to Randy and recommended him. My car some brake issues and was running rough/noisy. I dropped off my car, received a phone call with a diagnostic/quote within an hour, and my car was ready by mid-afternoon. Friendly staff, prompt service, great work, and honest and fair pricing. The scoop: Vehicle alternator s lights turned on, as to my battery (towards the end of it s life). Randy s shop replaced all for 600ish. Same day fixed (drop&pickup). Felt welcome, the shop felt trusted (1st timer btw), (nice peeps) thanks to that.7 months later, still Gucci (good). Arigat .

This is the mechanic to go to in Tulsa. They are legit and super honest. I've recommended them to others several times and I won't take my car elsewhere (except one time when they referred me to an exhaust specialist--who were also great people!). Go here!

I m so let down with Randy he charged me 2,300 to rebuild my ac system in my 2002 Chevy suburban and 3.5 years later the ac compressor developed a leek he came up with every excuse to not warranty his work and I found out by Keystone Chevrolet that the job should have cost me no more than 1400 note that s a dealership so he ripped me off never never never take your car to him he doesn t warranty his work

Randy is a rarity nowadays. An honest, fair priced mechanic. Not only does his fix the issue quickly, he also provides advice and pointers to people like me that aren t vehicle experts. There s also no surprises with him. You won t be disappointed with him in any way. I won t take my car anywhere else.

Randy is absolutely amazing! I won t take my car anywhere else. He originally repaired my car in October and the problem occurred again and he immediately got me in, looked at my car, found a solution and fixed it. He went above and beyond to make sure it didn t happen again. Everyone there is kind, respectful, and they definitely don t take advantage of you. Car was running very rough. No check engine light on. Brought vehicle in for diagnosis and repair. Oil check monitor said, 40% before next oil change due. Described symptoms. Randy told his assistant to check the oil and it was at least a quart low. I learned the oil check monitor doesn't measure your oil level. It just keeps track of how many miles since your last oil change. I was expecting a huge repair bill. Randy said, it just needed an oil change which was $75. The vehicle runs great now. I have a feeling if I had taken it somewhere else it would have been a very different story. Randy and his team are the best!Service: Oil change

I took my truck to Randy with the hope his Google reviews were remotely accurate. I had a pretty big issue and needed it fixed quick. Randy went through my whole front end, and installed new shocks all the way around plus alignment for a very fair price, not to mention he had it done in a day. He also spent the time to address questions that I had. The man is knowledgeable, fair and honest; and Denise is nice as can be. These are quality people who know how to create loyal customers. My 2004 Silverado drives like new Thank you!

got run off the road Sunday , really curbed my CRV , Knocked the steering way off , tires squealing .Took it to Randy's Monday morning to get an estimate for repair .They checked it out , called me an hour later with a estimate and it was fixed by noon .They are really nice people to work with , did a great job !!I highly recommend them for all you automobile repairsService: Wheel alignment

My long time trusted mechanic recently retired and I was worried about trying to find someone I could trust. I co-worker of 20+ years always raved about Randy the same way I raved about my guy. I knew right away that's where I needed to go. I've been to Randy's twice now for issues and I know I am in good hands. I called them, got in that day, within 10 minutes he knew what was wrong and had an estimate of how much it was going to be. Went the next day to pick up my car and ended up paying less than the amount he thought (he gave the worst case scenario so we could be prepared) and now my car runs like a dream again! I found my new mechanic for sure and I ll be telling everyone about his amazing service.

I ve taken several cars to Randy s, and I just can t say enough great things about the service. Fast, friendly, and fair. Best of all, they always take the time to explain what they are doing and why and to discuss alternatives where appropriate. It s like having a best friend who is a top-notch mechanic. I went because I was having a engine misfire issue and according to the reviews, seemed like it would be a great place, so I dropped it off and when they called me back they told me the total would be 560$ to replace coils and some sparkplugs. I was a surprised but he ensured me that it was going to be great, so I trusted him and about a week and a half later I was having the same issues, even worst. Took it to another shop and they only charged me 85$ and it works good as new. Never going to Randy's again.In response to the response of my review. I'm not saying this happens to everyone, this is just my experience, so I'm justified to write this review. Then again why would I a customer who trusted the service bring it back, when I felt ripped off. Also how was I suppose to know their was a warranty when I wasn't even informed of that when I paid. All I was told was here are the parts we changed, this is the price, and handed me an illegible receipt. The second shop I brought it too quickly repaired it and they said it was a simple fix and i might not know too much about cars but I would put money that that was the issue all along. Also isn't it the shop's responsibility/job to know what to fix and not just choose the one that's going to make you the most money?

Only have good things to say about this mechanic. Have used them to repair brake pads and rotors in the past, almost a year into the change all is well.2nd visit recently, I brought my vehicle in after it began to make a noise under the hood. Randy spent a lot of time on the vehicle, even took it for a drive. Although we were not able to directly identify the issue due to the noise being inconsistent, he reiterated to me that if the vehicle continued to make the noise and I was in the area of the shop, I could swing by and he would stop what he was doing in order to open the hood and see where the noise was coming from.All throughout both services I was treated professionally, kept up to speed on what was going on, and was always consulted if there was ever any work to be done.Highly recommend Randy and his shop to anyone needing a mechanic. Will be returning when necessary.

This place is great. I was passing through late in the day and needed something fixed in my engine. Even though they were about to leave they still helped me out and fixed it for me. Very rare to find such an honest shop with good people. Highly recommend.

Very quick service. Got us in the day we called and told us it would be $550 at most for everything he had to do. Picked it up the next day and it was only $320. I appreciate the worst case scenario pricing. He seemed honest and experienced. One of the best mechanics I've used, if not the best.
