I rolled into this shop breaking down, throwing codes. Mathew Allen at the service desk was very professional and informative. I was under a load. They had a secure lot in back to drop our trailer. I was very concerned because they do not work nights and do not work Sundays; however, I think they have maybe 50 truck bays. Mathew kept me informed of the progress and they were able to get me running on Saturday where I did not have to wait until Monday. So thankful for such great service. I would stop here again.

This might be the best Freightliner I've ever dealt with. The staff was kind and courtesy. I was going through a financial hardship at the time and could only afford to purchase the part for my truck and try to put it on myself to avoid labor charges. I got the part on but didn't have the proper tools to tighten the nuts and bolt. I called and explained my situation and Mr Eric told me they would tighten it up for me. It might not seem like that big of deal to many but it meant the world to me. 5 stars to their entire team and special thanks to Mr Eric and service tech Mr Kyle.

Customer friendly, detailed information from the service guys and the Parts people very nice and very fast. If u call in the parts before, they will be ready when u get there for pick up. Great people to work with.

Have a great mechanic he knows stuff. He's not a tech with a computer that can't fix anything. I'll keep going back when I have an issue with my truck. It's almost impossible to find a real mechanic nowadays. Great job Juby thanks. Keep the shiny side up on the Jeep.

My ISX was at 4 other dealerships before visiting these guys. It's been a year and it's still fixed. Thank GOD!!The staff is awesome, from the top down. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!

Great group of people. They did exactly what I asked and expected. They were helpful with questions I had after the inspection. The only negative was that I would like to have had proactive communication but everytime I called they were helpful.

I've dealt with Jon Vent in Sales and Erick Luna in Service.. Both of these guys are top notch. Great attitudes, super helpful. Service got my truck in and out in the time they had promised and did a great job. Recently we had a DEF sensor issue that was diagnosed and repaired in one day and well under the cost that I had anticipated. Premier has definitely earned our future business.

Ashle is my go-to for all my part needs. I frequently ask for her help locating part information, part ETA's and pricing and she is always super quick and helpful with the information I need. Highly recommend asking for her when you call!

After paying $3300 for a radiator and some new hoses that wasn t even installed.. at a FREIGHTLINER DEALERSHIP.. let me send this to corporate cause obviously The Tulsa operations are not educated on how to install a radiator.. and they lied about everything checked Eld truck never moved for test drive and hoses were never changed .. ran up a fake labor bill it s insane.

Staff (especially techs) is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Pretty good at diagnosis and will work with you to make things right. I definitely suggest a visit.

Don't go to this place!!!On Saturday, August 19th, I brought the truck in because it was building air slower than it should. They informed me that they couldn't inspect the truck until Monday morning because it needed to be completely cold for the inspection. On Monday at 8:26 AM, they began inspecting the truck. By 11:19 AM, they provided a quote for the repair, which amounted to $7,911.59. However, they lacked some necessary parts for the repair. Despite that, I agreed to a diagnostic charge of $398.00 upon arrival. Upon leaving, they billed me $926.58. When I questioned the high amount, they mentioned extended diagnostics were necessary. In essence, they charged me double for diagnosing the truck. The truck spent less than 3 hours in the shop, during which no repairs were carried out and no parts were used. Despite the brief duration, I was required to pay $926.58. I ultimately opted not to proceed with the repair since they didn't have all the necessary parts. I m also going to attach the paperwork so you all can see what they did and what they charged me for.Have a wonderful day to all the drivers and hopefully this helps someone to make a decision.

Don't even take your bicycle to them. My truck has been sitting in their shop for 1 year. The worst customer and technical service I have ever seen.They spend all their time on lunches, so be ready to be told that the mechanic is at lunch. It takes about 3 hours for them to eat their lunch.They will be saying that they will call you in couple hours or in couple days but they never will.They will be ordering wrong parts for you and wasting your time.They will state that your truck is ready for a pick up but when you get there your truck won't even start.Only suggested if you are looking to park your truck and forget about it.

Its very expensive, slow process, you expect ed atleast wait 3-4 days for NOX sensor, they should hire more technicians, but they doing good job when they finish truck smooth is worthy couple days sitting shop

The guy I dealt with today definitely does not want to work. I know their is soot built up. I know them not fastening the hood prevented me from regen(although my fault for not spotting), But he has some rude lil hmm after everything I told him. I don t think he wants to work. I know damn well their is a loss of horsepower. I ve driven it for 7 months straight now and 100k miles. Not the mention the warning message. He said it need an oil change. I just had it changed 2 weeks ago. I don t care for him at all. The bald guy with short man complex, does not wanna work whatsoever. Way too much money for this ridiculous service. Not to mention the 4 people at the desk during check in, but still have to wait 10 minutes to get waited on. These people are way too comfortable for what they put us through. This trip has cost me over 3 thousand dollars just to get treated like total garbage.

l don't recommend it at all.They want 4,000 dollars for a 1-hour def pump replacement.Do not go here for Truck Repair.

Omg this is absolutely THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL FREIGHTLINER SHOP IN AMERICA...SAT since 7am for a bad sensor that they charged 1400$ for...Asked for a chasy greasing cause my 5th wheel needed greased and they wouldn't just do that, and I need a part of a ground affect they put on REMOVED..No problem they said ..7 hrs later .. mind you it was just replacing a sensor and they did no greasing or removed that ground affect as they assured me they would ... ..
