Took my car in for standard oil change. The office guy said it would take about 20 or 30 minutes. No big deal. About 15 minutes in, 3 other people came in for oil changes. After 20 minutes, we notice all other cars have been brought into the bay, but ours. I go to speak with service guys to let them know we have been waiting the longest. Another 20 minutes go by and our car finally gets brought into the bay. After awhile they ask us if we would like the air filter changed out. We said okay, lets just get this done. By this time, all the people who came after us was done and gone. I go back to the front to ask what is taking so long for my 2018 Honda. Apparently, they didn't have my filter and just ordered it and waited for delivery without asking us if we were okay with another additional wait time. It took almost 2 hours for an easy oil change and they didn't even offer a discount. Will not be returning.

Went to precision a week ago got a quote for all breaks and rotors front and back $1200. Went back after the holiday weekend because the front couldn't wait. All of a sudden the front by itself became $1000.also ask them to put air in my back tire because it was low.When the manager brought my key back. He said I had a whole in my tire . Thank God I had a portable charger and compressor in my trunk. There was no whole.Long story short don't go there. Go up the street to B&S breaks and mufflers much cheaper and honest ppl.

Not pleased with the service. Took My Infiniti to get a simple tune up and oil change ($502) I started the truck to leave the place and it was rattling. The excuse was that the mechanic forgot to screw something back on. I paid for a simple service and My truck is not the same since Precision worked on it. Will never return. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! BEWARE!!!

My niece went here and probably got the one guy who doesn't want to be there we asked for a diagnostic because her car was throwing codes and he said we don't do that and left it at that

I don't recommend going here.They forgot to put the oil cap on, they don't know what they're doing.

The Gentlemen were very Professional and Pleasant. I had 2 separate issues after work had been performed. I returned for them to address both issues. They did without question or extra charge, and my vehicle has been running in superb condition ever since.

Bait and switch $29 oilchange sign waver outside, $39 semi synthetic inside, $59synthetic with 5qt limit. Couldn't tell me if my truck took more and then charged for 2 more quarts for 6.2quart fill. Trying to run air filter hustle also No wonder there was nobody there waiting. Bad for business. Just be upfront from the get go.

I come here all the time to get my oil changed but this time my experience was the worst I ever had I came in to get my brakes bleed and was told that other things need to be fixed before I could get that done I could not afford to get to get it done with them because of the price so I had it fixed outside of them once I got those things fixed I came back to get the brakes bleed I was told the price went up. I believe that they did not like the fact I got the other things fixed some where else so they raised the price. I will not be coming back here. Which probably won't make a difference

I am very Capable of doing the work myself. But, I have trusted Precision Tune Auto Care, for over 10 years with multiple vehicles.Love the professionalism.

I don't recommend going here. Overpriced and didn't fix the problem I went in for. Recommended services that need to be done. I specifically asked them what needed to be done today to fix my problem and my problem is still not fixed. Do not let this place touch your vehicle. Took my ford truck to these goons for a tune up, gave it back with the fuel pressure cap half unscrewed LEAkING GAS ON MANIFOLD!? TO ADD TO THAT THEY PUT MY PLUG WIRES IN THE WRONG ORDER ON THE COIL. THESE ARE FAR FROM PROFESSIONAL MECHANICS. TOOK ME A COUPLE YEARS BUT LETTING THE PUBLIC KNOW THIS PLACE WILL MESS UP YOUR NICE VEHICLE FROM STUPIDITY.Service: Auto engine tuning

Great place. Usually fast.. this last time the guy didn't clean his hands so I had oil or whatever they use on everything he touched.. luckily I wasn't wearing white lol but that's the 1st time that's happened in the 15 yrs I've been going. Will continue to go eventhough they raised their prices a little lol

Great service and very helpful staff! They really do their jobs and do it well and one thing I was very impressed with was the timely fashion in which they performed the task at hand. Their staff jumped into jobs one after another. Even though they are busy they don't waste time! As customers our time is important and they seem to understand this concept very well! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone give them a chance I know I did and anytime I need work done this is where ill be going in and out for an oil change in 40 min!! Thank you guys at Precision Tune Auto Care you guys are wonderful! Even ask me if I needed a cold drink while I wait as well!! Great service all the way around!

My family has been going to this place for years and we love it! They always greet you with a smile and the prices are very reasonable for your oil changes. They ALWAYS do a great job on all of our vehicles. Staff is so knowledgeable and explains very well about any free recommendations! Great place!!! Will continue to recommend to all my friend's & family!!

All have Great customer service but my man Brandon made u feel like u was definitely at the right place for the accommodation. Very professional n straight forward of the best option. They serviced my church's van(Chevy Express 3500) as if it was their own. Thanks Brandon n Precision Tune my oil change service spot.

Changing oil has never been easier! Thank you to the staff of Precision Tune Auto Care!It just so happened that all their oil changes were $3.00 off, I got the premium, less than $30.00, great deal !!The waiting area was clean, had today's newspaper, friendly , the guy outside, walking up & down the sidewalk was dancing and singing, entertaining traffic. I definitely will use this place again.

Can't complain on time knowing how understaffed they are but they didn't even check tire pressure during an oil change and my washer fluid is still low so I guess if you want the oil changed and that's it for the price other shops do it right! Then this is your place

They were efficient, experienced and absolutely worked above and beyond more than expected. I have been there many times for vehicle maintenance, but today showed me that I will definitely return several more times for the same high quality service.

Ive been taking my cars there for 15 years plus. I had oil link had the do a diagnosis on it a couple of weeks ago. Took it back a couple of weeks later to get it fix. When I dropped it off cause I knew it was going to take at least 4or5 hours. The guy behind the counter GW was so rude. I told him had already had a ticket made on what needed to be done. He pulls up my name and says "What all do you need done? " very rudely I says whatever the ticket says. He says I didn't make the ticket so I do know. Very rude. I don't know if I'll be doing business with them anymore.

I have never had anything negative about precision, as I have always gone to 51st location. Today I decided to give the 21st location a try with my bug. Nope. Never again. The "mechanic" didn't have a specific certain tool to do my oil change and suggested to take to a VW dealership, ok, no biggie. Probably inexperienced, not enough tools. We're all human. But he made more mistakes than I thought.I went back to 51st, everything went smoothly. I actually spent less time there waiting for my oil change vs waiting for 21st to get to my car &tell me he couldn't do it.As well, upon picking up, I found out that the "mechanic" didn't put my oil cap back on after NOT doing my oil change and made a mess under the hood. I'll never make that mistake again going to 21st and memorial.Save your time, my best suggestion is to go to a better location. Go to 51st.Service: Oil change

I gave four stars because we all can improve. The Memorial store does the best to make sure your needs are met. I had a anti-freeze leak that they found for me. I did the repair. It was a hard to find leak that I couldn't locate nor a friend of mine who owns a shop. Turned out to be a broken water jacket. It cost me 45.00$ for them to locate the problem. I always go there for my oil changes. They are good people that do good business. You can never make every customer happy. I know I am in business myself. If you need good work go see them. If they fail to fix the problem it will be because the problem is tough for any shop.

The new manager puts the customer first, I liked that the mechanic came into the lobby, showed me a part explaining what was wrong and needed to be done! Gave me a quote but the mechanic also explained what needed to be fixed in order of importance..... because he knew I was on a budget. The new team at that location has definitely earned my business back! I stopped going because the service got bad with the previous manager.

Dishonest, misleading, and unprofessional to say the least is what you can expect at this location. After informing the tech that our vehicle was only cooling when driven, and that an inspection had previously been performed and concluded the freon was low, a price was provided for a freon recharge and oil change. However, after the oil change we were advised the A/C was not disengaging, which was preventing cooling. If you possess a mechanical background in automotive repair, you would know that this is false. Additionally, the tech was rude and dismissive when we inquired about repair. It was obvious they were attempting to charge more for work that was not required. As a word of caution, stay away from this place.Service: Air conditioning

$19 to mess your car up. Perfect before I took it in. Got home and noticed a level 1 leak. Not happening before I took it in. A few days later, power steering fluid all over the ground and below minimum line. They will NEVER see my business again. I will go where my vehicle has never been messed with. Take your VEHICLE here and you will have problems.

Trustworthy auto service providers!! Just went in for an oil change but they took care of me and got me in my way. I'll be back!
