Beware!!! The manager and mechanics were extremely unprofessional and inexperienced. I took my car in for a damaged part(water pump) and came out with a burning car that will no longer start. They sent me to get unnecessary parts and failed to inform me just how bad the damage was. They were not able to effectively install or repair a simple water pump and it led to a bigger issue. I m now at the point where I have to buy a new car unfortunately. I strongly advise against this place and suggest Midas for any auto repairs instead.

Good price for an oil change. The people forgot to put the cap back on, resulting in all the oil spilling out. Went back, they replaced the cap and oil, and cleaned the oil off the engine. Everyone makes mistakes, they owned up to it and fixed it.

I absolutely love this place. They are friendly, efficient and they don't compete on price, they compete on customer care and integrity. Beyond impressed with them. Highly recommend! A+ in my book.

The guys that work the Front are always super helpful and friendly. I am normally in and out in about 15 minutes. The manager was great the service should have been monitored, my daughter car was totally destroyed the person that did the oil change and spark plug couldn't have been experienced. It just about have cost out life. We were told my daughter car was trip ready. So we trusted percisions Tune Auto Care.

I took it to recharge the air conditioning, they told me 17530 minutes later he told me something is wrong with the compressor it does not take charge. it cannot be chargedyou have to pay me for telling you that it's bad $175(cost of the recharge) scam!!!!He refused to give me my key if I didn't pay him.I Called the police so I can have my keys backDo not take your car there the manager is very rude lack of professionalismHow can you charge for something you didn't do itDON'T EVEN STOP IN THIS "BUSINESS "Service: Air conditioning

Nick is a great guy he seems honest .I do believe with your car there's always risk when it comes to mechanics, I mean after all it is a business.anywho I faithfully get my oil change here.they take your phone number which is how you are logged in their system.oil change varies I usually plan for $45-$60. Something else they always ask you if you want them to replace. The mechanic staff seems to often fluctuate I rarely see the same guy in the cars part just nick in the inside.Overall they get the job done for the most part.and after on your report sheet they tell you the suggestions with the prices that way you can budget accordingly.

I like that it's always the same people working. They are all super sweet and helpful. Always get in and out less than 30 min... Little to no wait. I trust them with my car for sure

They charged me $86 for a oil change and did not do anything that they said they offer with that oil change. They couldn t even rotate my tires because they only had one jack. Then they charged me for 7 quarts of oil and my husband checked the oil and I was a quart low . They seem to get a little annoyed when I told them I did not want to change my air cabin filter because my husband is a mechanic. And he wanted me to do a oil change and that s it. They was nice but when they advertise something they should actually do what they advertise.

I would give ZERO stars if I could.Precision Tune Auto Care - 51st Street, TulsaDo NOT go to this place.Not able to do regular oil change, left out tube that goes in filter and caused a $500+ problem that had to be fixed (we did not go back to them because how can we trust the work they do if they can t do an oil change).They are Now refusing to reimburse for problem or even refund oil chang by saying it s because we did not go back to them. They SAID they agree they did wrong but refuse to resolve. Despite insurance claim going out and saying they would pay.Dishonest business - this is my opinion and my experience.Service: Oil change

I like the new people working here much better. I haven't been here for a few years for that reason, plus oil leaked all over my garage floor after an oil change and I didn't come back until today and thought I'd give them another try. I got new brakes, a tire rotation and oil change with reassurance that I won't have any leaks. Much more professional people and the place is cleaner now too. Thank you!

I been using these guys for few years now. It has always started at $29.99. VERY first time was special at $19.99. I was informed now when i called for their hours and how busy they were that pricing now starts at $39.99. Lost a customer and will not refer. That starting price is for their brand of oil, not just any brand you choose. (Prefer quaker or pensoil)Other than jacking up the price at the same time everything else hurts the most vunerable (disabled, elderly and retired people on fixed income and unable to work)Just sad they got caught up in the price game that has already shut down so many business's bc their regular customers cannot pay increased prices.The guys there are pretty nice tho. My change oil light came on with 1000 miles left to meet the mileage they gave before next oil change.

When you want customer service that is not customer service, go to precision tune Auto Care at 51st and Mingo in Tulsa oklahoma. They have a fun little coupon scam that they like to run on people that come through their doors. In order to avoid this shady practice, make sure that you print your coupon before you bring it into the store or else they just won't accept it. Unlike most companies, precision tune Auto Care likes to waste paper and doesn't qualify its own coupon as proper if they are not printed on paper. So then I'll just try and sell you the more expensive one or send you out the door. I chose the door. I don't do business with shady companies.

Place told me I needed new wiper blades when I just replaced them a week earlier, air filter thing is another way to get you, the charge 30 bux for one that about 8 at Walmart. They are FIRED

I was told 45 minutes, at the 40 minute mark I asked when it would be done since my vehicle hasn t even been moved. I was informed we are not machines and do you want your keys back. I told him I was just asking, it was a reasonable question. He walked keys over to me and told me to leave.The manager from 19th Memorial called me and apologized. He invited back in to receive professional and excellent service. I took him up on his offer and was very please. Thank you for fixing the wrong experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went here to get the premium oil change. Then I was told that I had some oil leak in my fuel pump and that they'll fix it there and now for 800$. By the looks of this shop it only looks like these boys can only handle "oil change" and "toping" fluids. I went to another shop on 61st Garnett who look like the real deal and I got it done there for cheaper! Not only that but I was told my car oil wasn't even done. So you scammed me out of 70 bucks and called me less than 3 mins to tell me my vehicle was done and ready???? (I didn't even pull out and get to 46th st when I got the call.) Thought I could trust you guys because of the church you guys service.

I came for an oil change and ended up also changing wipers. I didnt know that was a service here. They were very fast And well priced!! I will be back. They also swapped my license plate for me since one bolt was way too tight for me.

Quick service and no push for extras that are not needed or wanted. They suggested an air filter while showing me my current filter, and seeing it needed a new filter, I was glad to opt for that service but didn't have to say no to a million other things (unlike other oil places I've been to). Will definitely go back.

These guys are ALWAYS professional & courteous. They fun-loving & I actually think they like being at work. I've been going to them for some months now. I've had brakes replaced but mostly oil changes. They're really great at what they do. Sometimes the lines/wait is long but it just shows you that people will wait for amazing service. Check them out... lol

They did a horrible job, they didn t change my oil and they replace the sticker on top of the windshield. Indicating, I should come back in two months. Also my check engine was on when they completed my car. I had to complain to them to reset it. Make sure you check your car before you leave their property.

Not good, promised on the phone to beat dealer oil change prices and it ended up being the same, and I left without replacing one of the filters because it was $5 more expensive, and the one that they changed $10 more expensive, the attendant made several mistakes with the charges, so I had to be demanding of him to correct them, super stressful and unnecessary struggle for a few bucks difference. I will never return and would never recommend.

The people at Precision Tune Auto Center are great. I have referred several friends and my father to them. The service level is outstanding. They are friendly, fast, and the waiting room is comfortable. They have gone out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the services I have received. With all that said you can not beat the price for an oil change. I will never go back to that nation wide chain store again for my auto service needs. Thanks Precision Tune, you have another loyal customer.
