Made appointment online. Was in and out in next to no time. Got 4 new tires and treated my car like I do. Took very good care of my car and me. Will definitely return to them again as the need arises.

John called prior to my appointment to confirm the time which was awesome. He and his team also got me in and out super fast that day which is great since I am absolutely not a daytime person. I appreciate all their hard work! Thanks y'all!EDIT as of 1/19/24: It wouldn't let me leave a whole new review, so I'll add on to this. Eric and Dave helped me navigate getting my coolant system pressure tested, and then the radiator replaced via my extended warranty and I'm extremely grateful and more than pleased with the service. Alex was the tech that worked on things and he verified the system was in good working order and there were no other issues. If you're looking for a good shop that does fine work and gets you on the road asap, this is the one! 20/10 honestly. I wish I could leave another review.

I made an appointment and I already purchased the tires I wanted on Pep boys site. You would think the installation would go quickly but it did not. After the first hour they asked me where the tire lock key is. Now it s been another hour and they still aren t done. I would not come here.

My car broke down just before I got to the airport and was towed here. In the most stressful time and at the least convenient time, Pepboys gave me top notch service and attention! Erich was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help me with my repairs, rescheduling my flight and transport to the airport, worked with me on prices, and making this unfortunate event less stressful and still ensured I left in a safe vehicle. It's not a great area of town, but they were so nice and made me feel safe as a young person traveling alone and needing to rely on the kindness of strangers. Thank you to Erich and the service team!

John and his boys took very good care of my car. I had a lot of bad experience dealing from the dealer Dodge dealership and also the Pep Boys are out on 67th Memorial. I had called Pep Boys on Admiral and spoke With John, whom by the way, has a great energy and attitude. I immediately told him that I loved his energy because I was having a bad day dealing with different places trying to get my car fixed. He reassured me that he would listen and get it taken care of which he did. That Monday I was bringing my car into him which he told me he would look at it Tuesday. I called on Tuesday to check the status on it which Eric had informed me that they did not get to the car yet which I had understood because there were multiple cars there before mine. Wednesday morning I received a call from John explaining to me and apologizing that he didn t get to get to the car, which I had understood due to him having a family emergency, and then he had told me he was going to start the process of looking at the car, and then he would also keep me informed on anything he finds out. He called and kept me informed on his findings and submitted a claim to my warranty place. By Wednesday evening my car was fixed and back rolling like new. They definitely have my business now and I will no longer be going to the dealership for my needs. Thank you so much Peo Boys on Admiral you guys are great!!

Just wanted to say they don't know what they are doing my car was clearly making an insane noise from the radiator motor but they tried telling me it wasn't it was a normal powerstearing noise the F IT WAS!!! Took it elsewhere and damn if I wasn't right they fixed it same day also!!

Eric great guy everyone staff friendly had my vehicle broke down In Tulsa Oklahoma City resident long story short repairs total out to 2400 dollars not only that my wife car was there for almost 3 weeks Eric work with me communicated when I needed them the most!keep up the great work guys oh yeah after picking my wife car up I paid 1800.74 thanks a million

Hello customers and or those thinking about using this location for vehicle services. You don't know me, but I know about many of you, as my ex-husband Rooster spoke many times about the customers he was able to help or make smile. Unfortunately, Rooster will no longer be the smiling face ready to serve your needs at the Admiral location. After witnessing many dishonest sales, upgrades, and even customers being charged for work the technician did not perform, Rooster decided to speak up while overhearing a conversation between the manager Erik and new CSA Gabe. Rooster had brought up such concerns with the DM previously to no avail, but he could not keep silent this Friday morning. While hearing Gabe mock, ridicule, and laugh at low income customers using inappropriate EBT puns Rooster spoke up on your communities behalf in disapproval. Ultimately it resulted in an argument and Rooster being threatened by the new CSA. Rooster had no choice but to leave the store and resign as he will not be a part of such dishonest business lacking integrity. You have a choice when spending your hard earned money and I hope God directs you accordingly to a shop with honest intentions of service. The admiral location is a sales center focused on sales profits rather than honest service. However, should you find yourself in a pinch, trying to find where to spend your hard earned money for needed repairs, look up Broken Things Automotive Services on FaceBook. You will find an honest man of God, integrity, and compassion waiting to serve your service needs, not someone looking to sale you todays profits. I am giving this location a 1 star review because there are 5 people still employed at this location, but only 1 man of integrity remains. Martin, the elderly GST will indeed treat your car with honest intentions of a job well done. God Bless you all. Hopefully this leaves you well informed about the Admiral location and their practices, beliefs, and ways of business.

The people at the shop were very friendly. I booked a reservation online for a specific service. They didn t carry the part for my vehicle. Little annoyed that I wasted time on something it said online they could do but it wasn t the people at the locations fault and they were very apologetic.

My husband ordered tires on and scheduled his appointment for July 31st at 130 pm. He took the afternoon off of work and arrived to the admiral location in Tulsa Oklahoma at 1:15 pm in which the doors were all closed and locked. He called the number twice and it rang until the call was dropped. He waited until 1:45 and drive to the other location off of memorial. At that location he was told they do not have tires he would need to get them from the admiral location and they d be more than happy to put them on. My husband informed them that nobody was at that location. The gentleman thought that was weird as the manager had been there sending them customers all morning.I ve called the customer service line twice since 2 pm when my husband left the second location. And still have not received a call back.We priced tires for weeks, and are beyond disappointed with the lack of professionalism demonstrated by Pep Boys. It would have taken a simple phone call. A manager staying on duty so my husband could pick up his tires t drive to the alternate location, or the ability to schedule at that location turned off due to lack of staffing. None of this is our problem or responsibility.My husband lost out on half a day of work. ($56) Wasted gas in this economy.($20) Drove 30 miles home on bad tires. And wasted an afternoon of his time.I sent an email to customer service to give them a chance to rectify this situation before we proceeded with either spending $700 at one of your locations or leaving a negative BBB, google, Facebook review. I just received an email back today from Pep Boys customer service telling me to reach out to the owner. Like the multiple calls on the 31st to that location weren t just? How about customer service reaches out to the owner as I have already tried. We will take our business elsewhere.

I've had the people in the back look up my windshied wiper size twice(for front and then back wipers) and they werre wrong both times. Had to go through the hassle of exchanging them to get the right ones. I'm glad I installed before I left the store so I didn't waste gas as well.Other than that minor issue, I have had mostly positive experiences at this location.

Incredible service! John gave me accurate information over the phone and helped me out when I was in a pinch. For someone who knows nothing about cars, it's the type of service I appreciate. I will definitely use them again!

I just went to get a quote on replacing a set of 4 tires I purchased here in 2018. The tires themselves seemed to have lasted ok, but the new place told me I had P225/55R17 tires installed on my vehicle. I said "no, I got them at Pep Boys and I checked my receipt this morning, I paid for P225/65R17 tires like my vehicle requires." Well the salesguy showed me on the tires where it says they are 55R17 instead of 65R17.So I paid for one thing (and my receipt shows it) and yet I got something else. Luckily the worst that comes out of this is the fact I have been driving slower then necessary (due to speedometer differences with different tires) and my odometer readings are probably a few hundred miles higher than actual mileage driven.Regardless, the negligence in doing this and then not even catching it in inventory and trying to follow up. Ridiculous. Don't think I'll ever trust a Pep Boys again.

Chance was efficient and personable. They got me a good deal and they're like the only place in tulsa that does an oil change on Sundays. I was in and out in less than an hour and they did a full vehicle inspection for free along with my oil change that they discounted. 6 stars.
