Great work, service, and people. Teresa at the front desk is very friendly, Jason, the manager, is very responsive and personal, and the owner even paid for an extended rental car and came out to personally make sure my Suburban was good to go when I picked it up. Great job!

Words can't explain how happy I am with Paintmaster and Jason. If i could give more than five stars, I would. The ladies that work in the front made the experience start out great! Not only were they nice to me when i came in, they would always offer snacks to my kids. Jason is absolutely amazing. I got my car back 11 days after i dropped it off, just days before Christmas. A month after I got my car back I kept hearing a noise that my SUV shouldn't have been making (come to find out it was the jack in my trunk rubbing on something else metal), Jason told me to bring it back in and went above and beyond to make sure that my SUV was running properly and not making the noise again.Hopefully, I don't need to return, but if I do, they will be the shop mine and my husband's vehicles go to!

My insurance recommended this place after my car was damaged from another vehicle. Took a couple months for it to be fixed with issues of parts and other Mx issues. Jeff the manage was very respectful and apologetic for the length of time it took to fix my car. I appreciate all the work Paintmaster put in to repair my vehicle!

When I picked up my cave initially it looked great but when it got dark, I noticed 1 headlight was dim and the other was bright. I called the shop back and the technician offered to replace it at no additional charge. When I returned the lady in the side office was very rude and needs to take lessons from everyone else that works there on improving her customer service skills. She ruined the entire experience because it was great until I encountered her. Will not be using this shop again.

I have nothing but great things to say. I ve used them twice now. Once for my Tahoe and once for my Camaro. Both times have been great. They keep me informed through the whole process and I couldn t be happier with the work they did on my vehicles. Both times I got them back looking better than new. I highly recommend them.

If I could give this place a 10, I would. Their communication was awesome, I received several calls and texts that kept me in the loop. My daughter wrecked her first car and they took great care of us from beginning to end. Tamera explained in great detail what I had to do and what to expect. (The car was cleaner picking it up than when I dropped it off.) When I took the car in on Oct. 23rd Penny explained the process and that it may take a month to complete the car. It took 12 to 13 days, I'm very pleased with how they work. Thank you Tamera, Penny, Gilbert, and most of all Jason. Jason, thank you for everything. Excellant service an a great job. Kept me advised step by step. Very curtious, professional. My car was finished before expected an was completely detailed when I arrived to pick it up. Jason mang. Was so nice going over finished product to my satisfaction. Hope not to be in a situation to need them again, but I would for sure if need be. I reccomend Paintmaster for any an all car body work...100%

Quality results. My vehichle was vandalized and this team made it like new again. We collected 3 bids and based on my estimator Gilbert's kind, positive attitude we decided this was the place. Penny and everyone else here went above and beyond. As an added bonus, it was beautifully detailed at pick up.

I was in an accident while visiting some family in Tulsa. My car was towed to Paintmasters while I was heading back home. Jason and the whole Paintmaster team kept me well informed and returned my car to me in impeccable condition!

They have the best customer service and they did an amazing job on my car. They got my car finished faster than any body shop I have ever been to. New owner and I couldnt recommend them enough. Definitely my go to for any needs. 10 stars if I could.

Came in person to schedule appointment for price estimation and your teller (black lady in front) refused to give me it, for reason you re very busy till next month. I found your website and figured out I can do it by online and schedule it for any day. Change your representative, I guess she doesn't want to work

Repairs were ok, but late, which is probably normal for body shops. My complain is that the detailer went APE with chemicals. My sinuses close up when I drive the car and the steering wheel and pedals are slippery. I didn't ask for this.

They are very professional and honest my Kia was a total mess, the repairs they done was exactly when I bought my car. I would definitely use them again. Penny and Jason is the best. I was absolutely ecstatic, with the detail and care they put into fixing my Ford Escape! I have to admit , I didn't have high hopes, for the repair. My vehicle was hit 2 months before, and it took over 2 months, with the insurance claim, for the driver's insurance company to get my vehicle into the shop. Needless to say, after Paintmaster, called me to say my vehicle was ready, I went to pick it up from them. When I pulled up, into their parking lot, I saw my Black Ford Escape, sitting in their parking lot, I couldn't believe my eyes! My vehicle looked like a completely new vehicle! They did such a fantastic job, fixing the front of the car! Not only that, they detailed the outside of the vehicle as well. I mean it shine so beautifully, in the sun! They shine the wheels, they completely detailed, the entire inside of the vehicle as well! They truly, went above and beyond! I couldn't have been more impressed with their amazing work! Hats off to all of you at Paintmaster's! If you need any kind of repairs, I would say don't even think about going some where else! Give them your business, you will not be disappointed! I must say this has been the BEST experience since I needed my car repaired. Paintmasters did an AWESOME job I recommend this place to everyone. You must check them out before anyone else. The entire process was a blast . They were very courteous ,professional, quality of work performed was nothing but Stellar, my car was even detailed and they finished earlier than expected!!! The good folks have always done a great job for my family the past 15 years and my recent experience was no exception. I dropped my 2018 Lexus that I was selling off to have a deep scratch repaired and painted for the buyer.Everyone there was courteous and attentive. Also Philip and his team do great work. In fact Philip actually gave me a ride to the car dealer to pickup my new vehicle after I dropped the Lexus off to be repaired. Great guy!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

So my wife had a collision and we were completely out of any options but to get it fixed due to it not getting totaled. Well I have done business through my work with Paintmaster for a long time. Pretty much since I have been working here. So I figured Phil and the guys there would do me good. Boy was I correct. The car literally looks brand new. Like nothing ever happened. They did everything necessary to make the car run like ti had never been hit. I am very proud to say that Phil and the gang at paintmaster will forever have my business and this is where you should take it if you ever have a collision. They did it right and did it well. There was never a doubt because i have seen their work before but this just cements it. Thank you Phil and all the paintmaster crew from the receptions all the way up the owner himself. We are so pleased with the excellent repair of a large dent on our van passenger-side sliding door. The moulding (trim) was also damaged but a new trim was not available. The guys did an excellent job to restore it to new condition and that we could not tell the difference of a new strip of trim and the repaired one. Also the paint color was perfect. Thanks from a happy customer.

One of our drivers had a fender bender in a company vehicle. Overall, the bumper and support for the bumper needed to be replaced.
