Pat and Joseph are probably the two most honest mechanics I ve ever met. They re extremely kind and humble very quick to finish the job. I ve never had any unexpected charges. I always know what I m going to pay before I spend it. Thank you guys so much again for your awesome service.

Care was returned dirty and Check Coolant message on dashboard, do they not check fluid levels. The tow bar for my car was weirdly placed in the back seat. I not sure why they had taken the tow bar out of its spot by the spare tire. After $1500 I would have expected more. Also, 2 full weeks without my car. They seem overwhelmed and unorganized. Extremely poor experience...

I ended up not fixing my car, as the repairs cost more than it s worth, but the guys at PAW took the time to diagnose and quote me and when I said I wouldn t be doing the repair they didn t even charge for the diagnostic. Very friendly and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

The worst place to go. It took over a month to get my vehicle completely ready. Paid over $3,000 to get it fixed. The people their will give you the run around saying it will be ready and hardly call you back to give you an update. Takes days to hear back. This place is not recommended.

I didn't even take my car in to get it worked, but I still wanted to write a review. I had a problem with my power steering pump, and the guy on the phone was able help me fix the issue myself. Instead of taking advantage of my ignorance and charging me to get the whole thing replaced, he gave me really helpful advice free of charge. I brought my new Infiniti here to make sure everything was okay, I had 7 days to make a return if I needed to. I called and they got me in same-day! Did a thorough look through of my car and found several things that my warranty should cover. They were quick and very nice! PAW Automotive, my Mini, and I, have been on quite the adventure together! What started as a warranty covered replacement has turned into as lifelong appreciation and friendship with the owners. They went above and beyond in every way, and made so many compromises in their personal lives with helping me out. I cannot ever truly express enough in words how grateful I am to their spirit and professionalism. I regret moving out of state only because I no longer access to their business and expertise. It will be difficult to find a shop as goodhearted as you all. Thank you! The guys at PAW Automotive are honest, friendly folks. The mechanics are skilled and knowledgeable. Prices are very competitive. I have used them multiple times and referred others to them with no regret. Trustworthy and dependable.

Fantastic! Got us in 2 days after calling and took care of our problem with the ABS in a matter of minutes, when no one else we had called in the last month and half even had an idea of how to bleed the brakes through the ABS on our 98 Airstream motorhome.

We traveled from Wisconsin to Tulsa, Oklahoma with our 2 dogs on one of the hottest weekends in Tulsa, our A/C decided to go out on us on our way there, which was terrible!! We probably called about 8-10 other repair shops to checkout our A/C to see if they could fix it right away and we had no luck. I am pretty sure every auto repair shop we called before calling P.A.W. Said Good Luck after hanging up the phone but all those good lucks came in handy because we found P.A.W. they were so kind and took a look at our car right away and fixed it. I don t know how we could have survived in that heat during the drive back home without A/C. Many thanks to P.A.W. Automotive. You re a life saver!!Service: Air conditioning

Picked up my car today. Paid $700. My car wasn t starting before when I turned the key. I drove it home, but now it s still not starting when I turn the key- the main issue I took it in for.Not really sure what the hell they even did????They also broke my car s power steering pump right before I went to pick it up!!!!Don t take your car here!!!!!!!!!

I ve taken many cars to P.A.W Automotive for quite some time and man they are one of the best mechanic shops around. They are very good with their prices and very good on fixing what needs to be fixed. My family and I are so very thankful for you. In our time of need and 4 hours from home. You took the time to make us welcome and comfortable after we searched Tulsa Oklahoma for over 2 hours. I have utilized P.A.W. automotive more than once. I had conversations with the owner and he seems to be a very nice person. My experiences with receiving repairs have accumulated to a disappointment. I paid for a repair two days ago which lasted less than twelve hours. This is the 2nd time for me to have paid for the same repair. I did not receive a breakdown of services paid for on the initial repairs. I believe I have paid for a radiator replacement and a hose replacement, paying for each as if they were separate repairs needing separate radiator fills paid for. I drove away with no coolant level indicator light dinging. The next time I started the car is when the coolant level light dinged on. The owner indicated having replaced the sensor. I talked to the owner who suggested I reset each time. My car arrived to the shop without this particular problem. My car was out of the shop less than 36 hrs before overheating and needing an additional hose. I picked up my car paying for the 3rd hose and sensor repair. My coolant level indicator did not ding on for less than 24 hrs. I called the owner saying it is dinging on asking what had been done hoping to understand what the problem originated from. He explained without offering to make good on the repair. I have been in my garage assessing and attempting to correct the sensor light indicator this morning. I'm not seeing indications of a new sensor and the female connector is poorly wrapped with tape. I replicated what the owner said corrected the problem with it not correcting the problem. I'm not sure how the mechanic was able to get it to not ding off twice when leaving the shop. I'm now in a situation not trusting the problem will be corrected and not willing to spend more money at P.A.W.. I have had other experiences with less dissatisfaction at P.A.W..

Excellent service. They fixed my AC compressor with no problem. I did not have to worry about calling my insurance company, because they handled it for me. Very sweet people. Highly Recommended!!

Not only did they go above and beyond for me, they were so welcoming and treated us like family! I have used PAW in the past and been satisfied with the end results. The last time I used PAW,I spent over 600 dollars having another shop redo what PAW messed up. I did contact the owner of PAW about the issues with his mechanic's work but received no response. In addition, I was way overcharged for the price of parts.
