Got rock lights added to my car today. Orlando hooked it up. Looks great! Very professional, clean install, he got it all the work done in 1 day! Very excited!!! So fun! Thank YOU Orlando and On Point Custom Auto!!! Our daughter brought her car in and they removed old tint and installed new window tint and it turn out clean! Very fast, great price, and professional work! Thanks again!!!

Where can I begin to start, Orlando and his team are a shop that is all about helping customers and being honest with them. He worked on a Porsche Macon for me where it was over heating, he was able to find the problem and repair it less then a 3 days! He had also done some body work for me on the car and repaired and fixed it like it was never in an accident. If you re looking for a mechanic or custom shop this is the place to call! FIVE STARS!

Orlando Is the man! My car ac/heat hasn t worked in 2 years and found out about him and he got it going in little time! Genuinely if I could give more than 5 stars i would! This is the place to be at!!! I ll be returning for sure with any other car problems with no hesitation.

After attempting to call multiple places about having a new headliner installed, Orlando was the only one that responded. He was so kind and patient, ensured all my questions were answered and provided a clear price upfront. The project was completed in a timely manner, and he even stored my car inside overnight. I would not hesitate to return for additional services!

I had the worst experience here. He kept my car for over 2 week. Every time I call to ask him what's going on my car he would be like it's of right now getting service but I would pass by my phone will be parked outside He put those cheap lights on there, and I know that they're cheap. The app never works he unhook my speakers to put my lights which was fine but he didn't put everything back like it was, and he probably didn't think I was gonna figure out because I'm a woman, but I know would not recommend to him his loss not mine.

Biggest regret or my life!!!!! I'm out thousands!!!! Had these clowns install airlift suspension. Leaking air somewhere!!!!! Didn't tighten down my wheels my wheels flew off then trying blaming it on alignment!!!! Self tapping screws everywhere!!!!! Couldn't even solder wires together they opted for electrical tape!!!!! Airline dangling next to exhaust muffler!!!! These dudes are clowns!!!

Orlando and his guys went above and beyond to take care of me! I brought in outside LED light kit to have installed and after having electronic issues with the outside part after the installation, they still took time out of their schedule to bring my truck back in to replace the faulty part. I could not be more impressed at the customer service and the job that was done! Best price in town! Five star all the way around! Will definitely be back for future business!

I went there on a weekday hoping I could get some easy work done on my lights. All they had to do was put in 6 load resistors so that my truck lights would stop hyper blinking. They said they couldn't do it today...have to wait until Saturday...no problem. Set up an appointment and ask approximately how much it would cost. Was told it was 75 an hour and would take three hours. I called someone else and they did it that day and only charged 75. I'll take my business somewhere else. They may be good but they seem to be expensive.

I came to onpoint customs to get my 2012 Jaguar XJ tinted. They matched the tint in the back and it came out great. I had my last car tinted at a competitor and wasn t very happy. I m 100x more satisfied with this work. I ll be back for more work and will be sure to recommend this place to my friendsEdit- updating my review due to more recent experience. Took my 2021 forte in for HID upgrade and it was a hassle, not so much with Orlando just the situation. The color I wanted wasn t stocked, not a big deal just wish I would have known. Brought back the next week to have it finished and the company sent the wrong product, not their fault but still frustrating. Left my car and he said he would call when the new parts came in (said they were overnighted). Looked online and it said they close at 6pm But I haven t heard from them all day so I got an Uber and the parts still weren t there. I know he can t make them ship faster but if my car was going to be there another night, or after closing it would have been nice to know. Orlando did attempt to make it right but I was just frustrated at the situation and lack of communication.

No lie you want any work on your vehicles come to on point auto customs they will get you right and satisfied. Brought my r/t charger and they perfectly installed my grill headlights and fogs lights and definitely will be coming back for installs , price wise it s worth every penny when you see the before and after and great customer service always respectful

I own a 2013 camaro ss. I ve had loads of work done on it. Orlando at On Point Custom Auto installed new bulbs in the fog lamps and head lights...plus Oracle Halos. Threw in a free detail and they even tinted my taillights and side markers FOR FREE!!Orlando knows how to take care of his customers! If you need custom lighting, audio work, wraps, wheels, etc, call this shop!

I'm sharing this for my mom & dad since they didn't know how but had to send a Shout Out of Thanks to Orlando & The Crew!!!!Today ON POINT CUSTOM AUTO did for them what they had been trying to get done for 3 weeks. They were able to unlock their car trunk without any damage in a few minutes which 3 locksmiths couldn't do. Guess what, All at no charge!!!God is Good All The Time..Please Stop & See what great people you'll meet. & great work they do atON POINT CUSTOM AUTO... THANKS!!!

Shout out to Orlando and the whole On Point Custom Auto team. They took care of me and my car. They installed a rgb underglow and a headliner starlight kit in a week. Throughout the whole process Orlando kept me up to date with pictures and videos of the whole process. Great work you ve got a customer for life!

Orlando who owns on point, installed a new radio for my Monte Carlo, well, the XM radio didn t work &i needed a tuner. He took it upon himself, bought the tuner for the XM radio i bought from him and installed it at no cost! He s all about customer service & honesty! I plan to go back and have more work done for my Monte Carlo SS! Great place i can trust, so can you!

Let me start by saying that not only is he the best electrical/lighting guy in town, HE'S ALSO A GOOD PERSON, and that's not easy to find! I first brought my 2009 45th anniversary edition Mustang to him because my headlights kept going on and off intermittently and I ended up running off the road when it happened. I took it to 3 mechanics, one of which was supposed to specialize in electrical problems, but none of them could find out why. I took it to Orlando, and not only did he find and fix the problem, HE DID IT FOR FREE because I didn't require parts and it only took him about 20 minutes to fix. A couple days later I decided to have him do an HID conversion for my headlights, and he did it for $60 less than anyone else who gave me an estimate! I'm going to see him tomorrow to convert my turn signals to LEDs. I don't even have to go around town getting estimates.... no need because he's the best in the business in quality and price!!

So I purchased headlights and fog lights online for my 2012 dodge charger, I massage Orlando on Facebook and he told me yes he will install them for me for about $160! I received the parts took the vehicle to his shop in the morning picked it up in the evening! The HID light didn't work properly so I took that car next day and he said the parts I have is cheap and he replaced it with better part! Had to pay other $80 then I asked if he can do my fog lights red LED and he said sure.. I wait for the parts then I took the car and he installed them for $40 with life time warranty! A week after the installation the light start flashing then went out?? I called Orlando he said he have to order them agin! I waited 6 weeks and every time I call him there is samething going and he said will call me back and never did!! I WILL NOT RCOMNED DO BUSINESS AT THE ON POINT AUTO!!

****BUYER BEWARE****I'd give a 0 star if I could.Purchased LED bulbs, did not like the brightness and attempted to return.The owner's stance: "if you plugged them in, then they are used, and cannot be returned". NOWHERE on the receipt does it say anything like this.What if a bulb was defective, and didnt work at all when plugged in?Then you're just outta luck....Terrible company policies, and the owner was extremely rude!DO NOT ASSOCIATE with this company!

Wow! I went in today to get some badges swapped out. It took them no time at all and they did a fantastic job and it cost me next to nothing!!! I will definitely be back to get some mood lighting put in.Keep up the good work fella s!!
