I needed new windshield wipers and the guy behind the counter helped me pick them out, and had them installed within 5 minutes. He even explained how to tell a good wiper and didn t try to sell me anything outrageous. Super pleased!

Really appreciated Josh today with his help. Not only did he find the perfect replacement part for my car, he installed it. I will keep coming back thanks to get employees like Josh.

Went to get check engine light checked. No greeting, not 1 word when I requested it. He just walked back to get the reader. No one in the lot but me. Very uncomfortable.

Convenient and helpful. It was raining and we realized we needed to get new windshield wipers. They found the right ones and even put them on for us. Great service.

I have tried going to a closer store of another brand but they can't match the availability of parts that O'Reilly has. Recyle old car batteries do $10 gift card an ask about their military discount. This is also a great place to find hot wheels that are exclusive to O'Reilly.

I've been here more than once and it is your regular big box parts store. The staff is friendly and helpful. People on here complaining about wrong parts, the employees aren't working on your shitbox projects, you want quality parts that are correct, get the Vin and part number and go to your dealership and pay their price.

Today while in O'Reilly's at 8214 East 91st Street in Tulsa Oklahoma ,I overheard the manager offer to give a lady a veterans discount to save her some money. She stated I'm not a veteran however I do appreciate the savings. As I checked out I asked for my veterans discount which I didn't even know was offered, I had to show my VA card to prove that I am a veteran an then I was informed I couldn't have the discount till the manager finished flirting in the parking lot and came in to approve it. After a brief wait I paid full price and went on my way. The three buck savings is no big deal, I just felt it was incredibly disrespectful !!! Invoice # 233-483450

Every time I go to this location I have a pleasant experience. The staff is always so kind and very helpful when I ask questions or require assistance finding items in their store. I live in B.A. but go out of my way to go to this location because they are just super courteous and professional. Thank you!

I'm new to Tulsa and randomly chose this auto store. It was the tight choice. Sales Person Maddie helped me not only find the steering fluid I needed for my SUV, but put it in my vehicle for me. I've never had to add steering fluid so it was such a relief!! I also asked about brighter front lights and she told me she would help install them. Definitely coming back here.

Went here this morning since I had a headlight out! Friendly, courteous staff! Don t think that just because there are females working at the counter that they can t help you they are very knowledgeable and helpful! The older gentleman working took out my old burnt out bulb and replaced it with the new one I purchased at no charge! In, replaced, and out on my way in less than 15 minutes! Praises to you!

Yes my husband and i do doordash dash and the young lady that helped him he said was extremely helpful. She was polite, she even looked up and helped him get a estmate on how much it will coast us to change our transmission fluid also. Were just doing the oil now. This store is my husband's favorite out of the 3 he goes to.

This O'Reilly has knowledgeable and helpful staff. They have the standard stock of auto parts and maintenance tools at competitive prices. Can't go wrong here if you have car trouble and you're nearby.

I understand busy, but I was not greeted altho I was asked what I was looking for, Techron, "Velcro?" No Techron " on the far wall all the way down." This was a middle aged woman with shoulder length hair and glasses, she got snarky with the gentleman associate on the phone with a customer. I get to the far wall, not knowing what Im looking for I ask the color if the bottle, the gentleman tells me "black." I started all the way down to work my way towards the front. She comes over and says "it's right here." I replied, there's a lot of all the way downs, she tells me "it's right here like I said." Still unsure of what to get I leave no, can I help you, no thank you for coming in . I won't be back.

Not very friendly staff. I went to them because the battery of my car died. I walked into the store with work clothes on (nicely dressed) and asked if I could borrow their jumper cables to start my car and bring it to them. I got a really nasty and extremely rude response by the tall white guy that might have been the manager on duty that evening. I think he thought I was going to steal his $10 jumper cables. After I told him that I would leave him my Wallet, my ID or my apple watch, he finally realized that I really needed help that night. Left him my ID and borrowed the jumper cables. I brought my car over and the same guy with the same nasty attitude said "No, it looks too difficult to change your battery and I'm not going to sit here for 3 hours trying to change your battery" and he added "There is no way we are changing your battery tonight, you can go somewhere else or change it yourself" I was respectful, thanked them for his little help (jumper cables) and made my way to AutoZone. There, a guy named Fernando was able to change my battery in less than 5 minutes and I went home with a huge relief. I felt extremely disappointed at O'Reilleys for their lack of costumer service and lack of courtesy. But happy that Autozone was able to help me with much courtesy and in a timely fashion.

Incredibly helpful, friendly employees. I needed help to find why the engine light on my dash came on, and they helped me to get the answer. (lateral accelerator sensor was off)(I have no idea what that actually means.)

Horrible customer service. Go to autozone or a local parts store. They sell parts at over price anyways, hire people who want to help. The assistant manager, Jesse basically laughed at the condition of my car. Him knowing that I wasn't much of a car person didn't warn of taking off a radiator cap, nearly burnt my hand off. Then just left me outside to take care of my problem, didn't care.

Pretty Sad to be ignored , walked in to get an item to fix a car seat, multiple people around the counter , two kept going to the back talking and BSing around , and one helping a couple . No one would give me the time or help . I would advise go on down the road to a better shop that cares about their customers.

Blaine John and Michael do a great job. Never get a wrong part from them! I know sometimes it's damn near impossible to match the correct part over the phone, but they make it easy!

Is there a way to give negative stars? We were just cut off by a driver from this location that was apparently delivering parts to the Nelson Mazda at 99th and Memorial as he cut across 2 lanes of traffic and if it would not have been for my husband slamming on the breaks we would have smashed into the back of him when he came into our lane, all without any turn signals or notice at all. Then we call this location and talk to the store manager who introduced himself as "Danny"...needless to say he seemed very uninterested with the issue and when my husband told him that he didn't seem like he really cared, after explaining that our 4 little boys all under the age of 7 were in the vehicle when this happened...Danny's response was "then why are you calling me?"...news flash Danny, we didn't know you were a horrible Manager until we called! Now we get to talk to the corporate office about two of their employees. #nocustomerservice # dangerousdrivers
