They don't like to answer their phone or it takes them to long to answer it but if you go in store they are professional and helpful in finding the part you need, I went to AutoZone to get gaskets for my car and they kept telling me my car took one gasket and someone must of just put the second gasket on there for my thermostat so I left there and went to O'Reilly's and they pulled up both the gaskets that my car took in no time at all so kudos to the employees at O'Reilly's for their efficient service.

O'Reilly's is awesome and too often underrated. They (more often than not) have your part in stock. Cleaner, more knowledgeable and friendlier than their competition. Prove me wrong. Can't....huh? !

I went to look up warranty information for one part and an employee by the name of Rachell was yelling at me in an over the top level of voice, I asked her to keep her voice down all the customers were staring and she was yelling even more and her manager was there and He never did anything, I told him that this was not the way to treat Right now I'm with a client and I can't speak to a client and he told me that he couldn't do anything, he agreed with the employee and he even laughed at me when I told him I would do a review on Google. They were very rude and impolite, it is impossible to think that in an oreally store they would give me such bad treatment.

They will show you how to change your windshield wipers help if needed/asked, help you with putting your oil in. When it comes to finding something you need for your vehicle They WILL find it even if it's not at O'Reillys.Thank you guys and gals yall are so helpful.

I go here quite a bit and I bought a lot of parts I would say over $5,000 worth of parts I came here today and was treated like dirt and like the dude with the black hat big white dude and with a black shirt is very rude and it seems like he don't want to work at his job has attitude every time I go there I'll definitely never go here again I'd rather walk then get parts from this store and wish the store luck

This place is almost always busy. With that being said, when you get to the counter you are helped until you are done with your request. 5 star rating but store could be a little cleaner and stock/variety could be better. Parking is ample.

I suggest not going to O'Reilly's auto parts first of all they never have the part you need at store you go to so they bring the to the store you go to that would fine but in the last couple years they can't seem to train there counter help to get your correct part and can't seem to find invoice of any part that you if it has a life time grantee my suggestion go anywhere auto zone,Napa,

I went to get a transmission shift cable and even though they said they had them in stock they could not find them in the store so they sent me 10 miles down the road to another location that did have them in stock in the end I was able to fix my truck but the runaround I could have done without.

Two years ago, I bought a Gold Starter for my F-150, with a Lifetime Warranty. The starter died recently and I took it back. They tested it and said it was good, and refused to Honor the Warranty. I took it to 3 other starter shops and had it tested, and it failed each time. I took it back to O'Reilly's and they checked it again and said it was good. O'Reilly's again refused to Honor the Warranty and give me a new starter. In my opinion, O'Reilly's is Perpetrating a FRAUD! The Manager at the Pine and Harvard store is rude and obnoxious and should be fired! Both of his store employees are frauds too. Don't do business with O'Reilly's! I won't, ever again!

Number of stars really depends on who you get. Mark, the manager lady, or the tall young dude all know their stuff.They'll know what you're talking about, and probably grab you the right part (Unless you throw Mark off by needing some slim line spark plugs)A couple of the other employees, not so much.

Only one of their store seem to have it together i go right by one of them to go here and have. 10 yrs or better cant go 5 star swell their heads but allways have done me right and I should know been diesel truck mechanic for 35 yrs now retired.

Employees here are friendly with a smile on their face they will help you and if you don't understand they will explain it until you can understand it they're never in a hurry they will take their time with you as long as your understanding they greet you when you come in and they'll tell you to have a good day when you go out I love this place.

Was told by an associate that I could return any tool I bought as long as I had receipt and packaging. Store clerk tonight told me that she was "low key irritated" at the fact that I was trying to return a tool that I used one time just as her co worker had instructed me to do. She was being lazy because they were about to close. You'll find me at AutoZone from now on.

Today jun 6 2020 at around 2 pm i took my battery and it was a new battery only 2 months old to charger it cuz i left the lights on and they told me it was a bad battery that is not all before i took my car to a check engine check and they left my key in the car and they didnt so nothing that time i had to pay 45 dollar s to unlock it and it was the same manager i hope they do something about it cuz they are so dumb

Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. However, I have a problem with the sign where they list the mgr. type specials being only in Spanish. We do still live in America and English is the language that we speak, right?
