Guy working there helped me out big time with a dead battery!! From out of town and he stayed outside in 20 degrees to help me for about 45 minutes!! Even used his personal car to get my equipment jump started when all else failed!! Give that guy a promotion!! Dont find those kind of people every day!!

Tommy went out of his way this morning to help me in a bind! Walked in needing assistance & I didn t even finish my sentence before he jumped from behind the counter to find out what I needed and had me back on the road in NO time flat! He and the staff were SUPER friendly and helpful!!! A+++ customer service gentleman! Thank you so much!

Thanks to Faron & Spencer for working diligently to clean our corroded battery cables so that they could test it. We had to have a new one. While there we had our back window wiper replaced and new coolant. They were both extremely nice and professional! Glad they could help us!

The employees are really rude they sit there and stare at you the whole time you're in there no matter what. It's almost like they're suggesting that you stole a couple of car batteries or worse I mean the nerve of the people that work there is really outta line man hol' up.

It was slow traffic customers wise was able to get in and out only needed a few factory bolt studs for battery box support. Don't need battery to go sliding around underneath the hood that might not be a good idea. So stop in quick in and out with in 8 minutes. Tide with Napa auto

Thank you guys so much. Traveling from Michigan, we had an issue here and these guys ran to another store to pick up a part we needed instead of waiting for delivery the next day. You guys rock and allowed us to keep traveling. Thank you so much.

Meh, store was clean. Nit terrible customer service but pretty close. Lazy employees just there to collect hourly pay not really caring about the customers. I watched how they treated the other customers while I was there. Six year Olds could've done there jobs faster lol. Sloth like pace and true lack of interest for their jobs.

This place has some angry employees, I came in asking about hitches for my suv, the guy was aggravated with me from the beginning because I wasn t sure what exactly I needed, I asked him if maybe I just needed to replace the piece and if someone could possibly just look at the back of my suv to see if that is a option and he was rude & said yeah fine I ll go look at it but idk if I m going to be able to help you with k owing if you can replace it! I was like you know why just don t even worry about it man, you re obviously aggravated & don t want to help. And he replied okay and walked off. This is the only location I ever had a issue with, everyone else has always been very helpful and nice. This guy is the little heavy guy with red beard, very rude and short with me didn t want anything to do with trying to help me.

I went in to get my engine light checked. The only employee was helping another customer, with other employees in the back. Employees decides to have a long drawn out conversation about nothing regarding cars or parts. Can we hire more people or train our employees better? Thanks for wasting my time.

Possibly the best O'Reilly I've been to. Definitely the best in Tulsa.Every employee is helpful, and knowledgeable. And will let you know if they don't actually know the answer.Also willing to think outside of the box, helpful for non "parts swapping" projects.

This is the people with the white tahoe we came in for a simple battery exchange and it did not turn out how we expected but before we knew it we had 3 of your wonderful employees working on our truck trying to help us to get our truck running they went above and beyond to do everything that they knew how to do and we just want them to know just how much we appreciate them for taking there time to do so God bless all of you.

The first time I ever stopped here an employee named Chris greeted us outside and helped us get what we needed and everytime since it has been a great experience the employees there are nice and very helpful. To this day when either I or an employee opens the door I'm greeted right away.

Called for a reservoir for my car guy said he would have it by 0930 drove over to store on southwest Blvd on my lunch break still not there and he tells me the orders are always late just go eat and come back its 1230 still not here wasted two trips should have just went to NAPA were they keep parts on hand and don't waste your time

So glad they were close and open. We were out of town and they had the past we needed. They loaned us tools and my mechanic husband had us up and running in no time. Everyone was nice and helpful.

Make sure you get the top quality parts. All the parts stores have cheap parts of you want them. Get the good ones. Clean store, friendly staff. Many parts in stock. If you can wait you can get parts online elsewhere much cheaper.
