I tried to buy a windshield wiper blade, but they couldn t find anything that s compatible to my car. The cashier told me that he will take care of the return but only the partial fund got back. Highly doubtful about their expertise in auto parts and customer service.

Great bunch of guys very helpful the assistant manager went out of his way to make sure I had the right part that I needed to fix my 04 Honda Accord I really appreciate these good group of people

Had a great opinion of this store til today. Joe started out rude and got ruder when he couldn't figure out how to process a tool return. Finally got help from another worker and they still had problems. Tried to return 5$ instead of the 74 I was owed for the tool return. Then tried to give me 70 instead of the 74. He's the most incompetent employee I've had to deal with there in decades of using them as my parts store. Go to any other store but this one and O'Reilly is great.

Let me start by saying that the customer service at this location is horrible. I approach the counter, no one is there to help. I then get approached by Jace, who does not even bother to greet or ask if I need any help. He begins to scan the items I wanted to purchase and I noticed one item came up with an incorrect sale amount. I asked for a price check and he replied the price was correct. I then proceeded to show him the label and he still argued that the price was correct, stating that the label was outdated and not been updated in two years. I then asked to have the advertised price honored and he began with giving me excuses that "he can't override prices"and that store policy would not allow for it". I then asked for a manager which he stated he was in the restroom. He then proceeded to talk over me and not provide any help. He further told me to go the the competitor and pointed toward Advanced Auto Parts. Another employee came over and helped me and finished the transaction by adjusting the price. This is unacceptable and the lack of professionalism and training is evident on how Jace handled the situation. Not to mention, he had an air pods in his ear the whole time which adds to the unprofessional look of the store.

Visited with a power steering issue and brake light needing replaced. Two different men helped me, both professional and courteous. Even put my new tail lights in for me. Will definitely visit again. I love O'Reilly's!

I had the best experience here. The customer service was amazing and Doyl was more than happy to help me. I needed a new battery and it was fairly hard to remove. He had it out in no time. 5 stars!

Stopped in today after having coffee accross the street to ask for help with my windshield wiper. It was put on by a friend and wasn't not staying on properly so I figured they could help me figure out how to get it put on correctly as I no longer had the adapter and assumed that was why it wasn't staying on properly. They really went above and beyond letting me wait outside and when Anthony came out the last time he snapped something on and told me I was good to go.I enjoy customer service and hospitality because I like giving those small things to others and I feel like it really needs to be appreciated when I get that from another person. . Thank you, guys, for being a spark of light today! Keep up the good work!

I needed to pick up a new thermostat for my car, and the gentleman at the desk was able to locate the correct part in a timely manner, as well as give friendly installation advice. It was a great experience.I also needed an engine mount. We were able to identify the part I needed, and though it was not available at this location, he set me up for a part pickup at a different one, and when I got there, all I had to do was show my receipt and off I went with what I needed.It was a great experience. Fast, friendly, convenient!

Great customer service team always is willing to helpwith a. Smile. I dont no flip about cars or what im talking about the 11 and lewis loction tean makes me feel welcome and everything is going to be ok they are alway willing to lend a hand.. keep up the good work and dont let anyone tell you different!!from a person that has a great experience everytime ...Thank you all!...

great store, i went in to change a headlight , and the smell was AMAZING!!! i expected to smell grease and oil, not that day, i walked into a dispensary!!! i would not recommend getting parts here but if you wanna get high and not receive any help from the manager, go here. very disappointed that this has become a norm them. they used to be great

Bought a voltage regulator for 55.00 was told I could return it if it didn't workThe next day the dude I bought it from was not to be found the Mgr says we don't refund on electronic parts and refused to call his employe that sold it so don't buy any relays, switches, ect you will get cheated out of your moneyAuto ZONE will exchange or refund

Called in to order 5 different cabin air filters which they had. I went to pick them up and the rep couldn't find them. But he will determine and located them. That's service. Thanks for your loyalty!

After being in the automotive trade professionally for over 38 years sometimes I can tell when I need a more experienced parts provider based on the conversation with the associate. Fortunately this O'Reilly's still has a couple of knowledgeable sales associates.

The two young gentleman who always seem to be working closing shift are perfect with customers. They never waste time, find and grab the parts fast, friendly but no BS, I've seen them handle a lot of volume fast enough where it felt like a Quik Trip for parts.

Discovered I had a headlight out while I was out after dark, so I stopped at O'Reillys. As it often is, they were busy but my clerk got to me quickly. We found the right bulb, and he came out and INSTALLED IT for me at no charge. The whole transaction took about 15 minutes!I don't have to come here often, but when I do, they go WAY above and the call of duty. Love 'em!

The staff was very professional, friendly, helpful, & understanding. They treated me with respect, found the battery I needed, installed it, & had me on my way within a few minutes! Highly recommend the 11th St location in Tulsa.

Well run store, lots of employees ready to help, fast service, helped me replace my headlight bulbs, friendly. Totally recommend the 11th street store. Many bilingual employees as well. Everyone was knowledgeable and friendly.

Went to get my tag light replaced, the younger gentlemen that attempted and struggled to change my light ended up knocking my tag light off, leaving it hanging, dangling by a few wires under my car. He then proceeded to tell us we could take it somewhere to pay someone to fix it. Never went to ask someone for help, just broke my stuff and cost me more money

My antifreeze was low and I needed to buy some before the below freezing weather week set in. I went to O'Reily's rather than just buying it off the shelf at Walmart this time. I'm so glad I did! The young man helping me asked what kind of car I have. I had no idea that different makes of cars use different antifreeze. He said he would open the antifreeze for me. But he went beyond that; he went out to my car and checked the antifreeze level. Then he went back inside and came out with a funnel to actually pour the antifreeze for me. That was so very appreciated by this "over fifty" lady!! And it was freezing outside. Give them a visit! I know I will be back.

I am usually able to get in and out of an O'Reilly but this one took forever. There were people in the back handling inventory that could have been helping customers which would have sped things up a bit. They might have been short handed that day so I will definitely be back but hopefully it won't tales as long.

Didn't have the car part we needed but said another store in Tulsa did so if needed they'd go pick it up and have it there for us in a few hours. Thanks for not trying to just send me over to the other store to get it myself!!!

Nice people. Tested my battery for free. But I got in my car as he walked away and it didn't start because he drained the last bit out to test it, the guy paused but never looked back. Then avoided my eye for the hour I sat here waiting on a jump or ride. Make sure you have a ride. I understand not wanting liability but, in my opinion, that's pretty rude. At least offer a phone or something.

Very rude. Ordered a few parts online so my wife could pick the parts up after she got off work. About 2 hours. All the guys were very rude amd they still didn't have my order ready after 2 hours! Would not recommend this location.

I love O'Reilly's auto parts. I own a mobile mechanic service and I only use parts sourced from O'Reilly's. It's nice to be able to walk into any store and have a knowledgeable sales associate assist me. They not only sell the best parts but they have went beyond by ensuring that their staff are up to date and friendly.

I went into O'Reilly's today to order shocks for my car as my brother-in-law said he would replace them. I had the worse customer service experience. While attempting to help me, the attendant, was constantly talking to his co-worker and having him do his "dirty work." I have no problem with training but the guy was so distracted he couldn't even remember what we were discussing. What really upset me is that I asked him the price difference between shocks and the assembly kit (as I have no real knowledge of cars) and he told me he couldn't really give me a price, but I could order them.....what?! Not going there again.
