I stopped in to get parts on 07/03/23 at 7:12 pm and discovered the shutters were down but lights were on when I pulled in there were people banging on the glass and everybody could see through the glass that was not shuttered that there were employees inside including the store manager. This store closes at 9 pm and was already closed. So I went down to auto zone so I could get my needed parts before traveling and decided to snap these photos on the way back by.

I like this place. Friendly staff, clean store, willing to take time to help. ALL the staff that I've interacted with is fun but they get the job done. I could go on but I won't. This is definitely my favorite auto parts store.

Most of the time I always get a good service from AutoZone guys today I replace my coil boots for $6 it was a good deal and it was a good day thanks guys for your good service

The power was out following the 6/17/2023 100mph winds that ripped thru Tulsa, but I was able to do a cash sale of floor items, like oil.

Very good at selling auto parts? Give them all a raise to $20 an hour because they deserve it? While our manufacturing sector struggles to keep talented machinists and cant figure out that mcdonalds is now starting at $14 an hour so they need to be paying $25 an hour to start for qualified technicians/machinists. Not machine operators though. They just push a button

I absolutely love this place. The employees are spectacular, they always are very knowledgeable and very prompt. Thank you guys for being so incredibly awesome. I recommend this place to everyone of all ages, all makes, and all models!!!

I came to get refund by warranty on my brakes.. Dominic was the store manager who was very short in responses no greeting by the way... didn't have my card so had to run back to my vehicle to get my card to process refund.. 2-3mins if that come back into store asked an associate for him to let him know I'm back inside my card was in jeep. He was headed back there I seen manager and he told associate going to bank. Associate told me to come back..I came back he left for the day.. Customer Service Sucked and it's too dang hot outside to be coming in this heat like this... There should always be someone on duty to process a return/warranty/refund such an inconvenience to a customer...No stars I had to put 1 star too post

They checked a engine light on my wife's car cause I was too lazy at 8 A.M to crawl under the hood and discovered the issue, and gave me great references for a mechanic

O'Reilly's in store is incomparable. The staffs knowledge ability to find whats needed and work with me as I learn some after market vs factory options on my vehicle that allows me to only pay for parts that will fit my vehicle properly is worthy of 5stars but there's more to O'Reilly's than I'll go into right now.I'm only adding to this review but most of it refers to their on-line only and doesn't reflect on maps criteria but does contain pertinent info that might be very helpful. Previous review:You don't need to be a mechanic to understand what is wrong here. Site says a hub/rotor fits a 5x5.5 or 5x127 lug pattern. 5.5 inches is 139.7 mm. 127mm=5in. On my Chevy 5x5 or 5x127. 5.5 or139.7 is more Ford Lincoln Mercury type vehicles. Entering VIN pulled basic oem info with nothing about Differnt package info ordered from manufacturer. But that's a different story. (The inside diameter of hub was for standard and not HD therefore too small to fit on spindle)

Ordered a part yesterday was told it would be in by 3:55pm went to pick it up around 4:00, they said the part didn t come in but would have it at 7:30am tomorrow(the didn't even open until 9:00). Here we are 11:30 and they still don t have the part. If they don t have it in stock don t rely on them ordering it in.

Called three times in the guy hangs up on each time so I think I'm going to go back to AutoZone when I get them a city ready to but I'd rather be treated like a thief and hung up on you trying to see if I had to order a part instead of having to walk up there to see about it

Don't shop at o'reilly auto parts on north peoria it doesn't matter how bad you need parts the manager is rude he doesn't care if you were being helped if it's closing time and you had to go out to your car or truck for anything he will not let you back in the store he will tell you to go to AutoZone they stay open later than we do by a few hours but we are closing !

It's just this particular location that's.... Iffy. Seems like when i have a question, a car related question, (since it's a car part store) I'm always waiting on an employee to finish up a chat with some person about phone problems, someone being confused, or how the party last night was. Oh well, maybe they figure it out soon. Until then i just go to other locations more focused on car parts.

When I say this guy had my battery in and out In no time ... the first dude didn't have a clue about my head light I had to go to the tire shop down the street to get a head light put in ... that's how I found out I needed a new battery eventually it died waiting on this man ... so when I say I am please ... I am and ikn which two guys to go to .... Thanks

The workers up at Pine and Harvard they need to have more education how to choose the right part for a person's car that computer is not up-to-date different engines going to different vehicles I wish that these guys know that a 4-cylinder Nissan need eight plugs

They okay we went and got some breaks today and the guy that gave us the brakes was very rude he gave us the wrong brakes but other than that for the most part they're good
