The entire experience, from dropping off my car to picking it up, was excellent. Hallie was very helpful and informative while explaining everything through the whole process. The other employees I encountered were also very professional and helpful. I am very pleased with the work they did on my car as well. They sent a video walk-through of the entire inspection they performed of the vehicle. The video was a first for me, and I think it's a great tool they utilize to give a clear visual understanding on top of verbal communication. I then received a link to the quote, and you can select what fixes and recommendations you want them to perform right on your phone, and it made for a very convenient and quick process. I will consider having all services performed here in the future on my Mazda.

Took two hours for an oil change/tire rotation that I had an appointment for. When I got in my vehicle afterward, there were dirt marks all over my beige leather seats and smudges on the bottom panel of the car. I would expect that they could put something down on the seats to prevent that, especially when its a lighter color. Unfortunately I had somewhere to be and didn't have time or I would have addressed it. Had to clean my car myself when I got home. Bought my CX5 here one year ago and sales department was great but can't say the same about service. I was just getting my first free oil change but definitely won't be back.Edited to one star because after trying to clean the inside panel- there are actually scuff marks and some sort of red paint

Ignored my service history, recommended repairs and replacements as if I hadn't had the car serviced every 5000 miles at my home dealership and recommended replacing things my home dealer had just replaced 5000 miles ago (filters). They treated me as if it was the first time I had ever had my car serviced.Said they'd wash the car, as usual at any dealership doing routine service, but they did not clean a thing. I basically spent $100 for a basic oil change and simple tire rotation.Made me appreciate the service I get at my home dealership in Reno, NV.

Amazing customer service, and overall experience. but they didn t catch that one of my tires was leaking air so kinda disappointed about that. it deflated overnight..

Nelson Mazda was able to repair my Nissan 350Z when no one else could even look at it (On a Saturday). The service staff were polite and communicated every step of the way. Parts had to be ordered, but even with that I had my car back the next Friday. I will return to them if needed.
