I gave them a call. I was having issues with my battery and I was in the area. Maverick did an outstanding job installing my battery. He was a professional concise and meticulous during the entire. I can't thank him enough!

People there are really rude and I would not go there again poor communication has attitudes and will hang up told her what I wanted she tells me the price of something totally different had to tell her what car I had 3 time she must be high or something smh please do better

Went inside to check a part, did not have in stock, was told would check status and receive a call back with info on it, never got a call back, called back and no one knew what I was talking about, won't be going back

I came here because my battery light kept coming on & off. I knew from the past that they run tests free to the customer. Not only do they run the tests, they will answer your endless questions about what's wrong & what you need. They're expensive. They're great at what they do for the community & especially the customer!

My hubby works here. The people are great. Their parts are reasonable. We just had to get a battery cause ours died. I'm very glad to be part of the NAPA family

Quick Help, and knowledgeable. Glad I broke down nearest this shop and not some other one.Had an issue with my car. Knew what I needed, just not where it was located or which product was best and why. The guy jumped up as soon as I came in and greeted me. asked what I needed and showed me where it was. He then answered all of my questions about it and cashed me out moments later. He made sure I knew what I was doing and offered to help. I was good, but appreciated the effort.

When I buy a battery, I expect it to last forever. (It never does, I just expect for it to.) In a series of events that would rival a slap-stick comedy routine, (through no fault of the local crew), I made seven trips to the store to pick up my battery.When I went in several weeks ago to replace my battery under warranty, the young clerk was very helpful. He said they would need to get one from Kansas City and to come back in a few days. I went back, no battery. (There had been some icy roads and their truck didn't run.) Come back in two days, he said. I went back - no battery. Apparently the Kansas City branch couldn't find the battery they were supposed to have in stock and cancelled the order without notifying the local branch. The manager said he would order another one, come back in a few days. Finally, the battery came in. I went to get it and waited for the rain to stop to install it. Nothing!! No power whatsoever. The battery was totally dead. By now my frustration had overcome my patience. (Anyone who has had to ask a total stranger to help jump start their car several times a week will understand.) I took the new dead battery back and there are none available anywhere in their system.The manager did the right thing and exchanged a better quality battery for the new dead one. I don't buy much at NAPA any more, but they have been my primary go to place for over 25 years. Because the manager took care of me, I will continue to purchase from them.

Found parts my son needed at a great price. Nathan and Dale were very nice and helpful. Had to go back today because I forgot to bring the bolt I needed to see if they had them which they did.

The employees were very helpful. I had called earlier that day and had them order a part. They had it in and it was easily accessible. It was a very quick pleasant experience. I had very kind, helpful and pleasant service over the phone as well as in person. There was no wait. Highly recommend it.

Professional yet family feel, from both customer service folks to the patrons, great service, great place, I go out of my way and pass other relative businesses to get what I need, thanks guys, I wish I could remember the names of the folks who helped me because they sure are a great asset to that store and to you all, a Latino lady in her 30's and a tall gentleman with a beard, anyway thanks

I call and asked questions about getting a paint for my vehicle, there's a lady that pick the phone and told me that she's can't mix paint I told her that I have the paint code and everything, also I asked her why that's she can't mix it. She's didn't tell me why then she's hang up the phone. I recommend everyone's not to go at this location.

I was surprised last week when their prices beat out Advance Auto, which is where I originally switched to from Auto Zone because of better prices. Now I may need to switch again, idk we shall see... I need to price a cv axle today. Stay tuned to find out who wins!!

Fast, friendly service. When it comes to Auto parts & what it's intended to do, they were very knowledgeable. I knew what I was talking about but my description or name for the product needed, well, with patience & lots of questions, they were able to figure out the Right part. No 2nd trip was needed!

When I went the other day, there was an elderly man working! Omg really with all this that is happening he must of been 70+ shame on you for having him risk his health! He should be at home! I think yall should consider your employees health first than getting a buck.

Worst customer service ever do NOT ever deal with Angela extremely rude she wouldn't give us a new battery when ours had 7 months left on the warranty i wouldn't recommend napa at admiral and Sheridan to anyone good luck if you need anything from them they treat their customers like garbage. If i could give zero stars i would

They have hard parts and the quality to match. Prices are higher than I would expect especially when most are available on Internet. ...they have it now... trade off. Easy access from all directions. Please lock your car

Wrong parts twice. 3 trips total to get the right parts. Usually this location is spot on, but this new guy had no clue what he was doing. Also, his people skills were terrible, talked with a mumble, and he was rude.

They have been nothing but helpful everytime I've been in the store. A good place to stop for auto parts. If they don't have what you need, they're happy to order them for you. In-store or online.

They need to work on their customer service. I asked if they had a certain item instead of looking they said what is out here is what they got. There was no other customers so yeah won't be coming back.
