If I could give this company minus stars I would. The police had this Company pick my vehicle up after another car had caught my car on fire.Now the back of my truck was burned, but that was itheoretically.I could have gotten in the truck and drove it away if the police had let me.But this company Wanted to charge me $6400 for towing my truck to their fish facilities. There was only a little bit of broken glass from my truck. Nothing else was literally wrong with it. But the company said because of remediation. And other words clean up. They were charging me $6400. This company is a rip-off. They rob people at the worst time in their lives. They are absolutely the worst company I've ever had to deal with. Don't ever use them. I've included a pic so you can see there was literally nothing for them to clean up they took full advantage of the situation. Again worst company ever!!!

Damaged my wife s car while they tried a key recovery and even after proof they still tried denying it. Bent the drivers side window jam out and gouged the paint in several places.

One of the slowest company s I ve used I requested a tow truck at 1:30am am wasn t dispatched one until multiple calls after that. Tow truck didn t show up until 4AM I had take off of work because of how slow your business and drivers are which cost me money. I would honestly like a refund for my tow

If you re going to pull the inner axles out of my truck and throw them on the floor boards, at least try to keep the oil from getting everywhere and ruining my floor mats. Inconsiderate.

If I can give negative stars I would, very Rude and inappropriate gestures to my wife. They should be shut down for how inappropriately they are!!!!
