Tim and Susan are so friendly and honest! I have taken my cars to them since 2018 and won't go anywhere else. Tim gives great advice and doesn't pressure you into additional work. They definitely go above and beyond in the services that they provide, and I always leave feeling like I got true value for my time and money.

I would like to give a special thanks to the owner Tim Ladd. This man is very nice, kind, and honest. He did not try to snake me out of extra money out of the problem that I had with my car. Mechanics nowadays are not that honest and it makes you appreciate the ones who are. Always take your car to mobile Express if you want good service and honest people to deal with. I prefer mobile one oil, I think it's just a superior product. So you can imagine my delight when I realized getting my oil changed here was actually more than $10 cheaper than getting my oil changed at Valvoline, or quick lube in Claremore. And it even more important benefit is that Mobil 1 has an air conditioned office for you to sit in while they change your oil. It's still a very rapid oil change, but you don't have to sit in your car with it turned off while they're changing the oil. That is a major bonus when the temperature is well over 100� outside. I absolutely recommend this place and I will be recommending this place to both of my children who are recent drivers

Excellent..excellent family owned business! Not only do our vehicles get cleaned up, visiting with the owners is pure delight! Really impressed with these folks..they are fast, efficient and fun! We'll be back over and over again!

We are the 2nd generation to use Mobil 1 for our oil changes and other services. The couple who runs the shop is friendly, hard-working, and honest. They are very knowledgeable and will make recommendations but put no pressure on you to pay for something you don't want to. They go above and beyond with their service - they always vacuum and wash the windows even with a simple oil change!

Great customer service! Went in and they were working in just seconds. They went over everything with me and didn't push anything that wasn't needed like many oil change places do. Definitely the best experience I have had with an oil change

My tire pressure was low, so I stopped by on 2/11/2021 to get air in 1 tire. The lady told me that they would charge me $4 for air, since I m not a customer. $4 for air?!?! I left and went to QT 1/2 block away and got air for free. I definitely won t return for any services...obviously they overcharge for services!!

Mr. Ladd and the lady there are both friendly and never push me to have repairs done that are not necessary. They inform me of what is recommended and let me make the decision. I regularly get my oil changed there and minor repairs. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I have only given five stars a couple of times in the last several years and I reserve it for places that I really think are off the charts with their service. This is one of those places where they actually care about making their customers feel extremely satisfied.

There is no other place who does so much for the cost of an oil change. Mr. Ladd has given me free advice on how to resolve problems that I may be having that he does not do at his business. Honest, dependable and never pushy on recommended services.

The best Mom and Pop lube shop in Tulsa. They really take the extra step in time and detail to inspect and clean your car while you get service done. A++ honest prices too!

The best place I have ever been for an Oil Change . They check all your fluids and vacuumed your vehicle plus checked all your tires pressure cleaned your windshield and checked your battery . First off they don't take Mobil 1 Lube Express Coupons. Secondly the older man working there has absolutely NO customer service skills. I got hurt on their property by 1 of their chairs and his response was NOT kindness or apologetic or even concern. It was to ridicule and degrade me.

I had a bad experience with this place. It has been a couple of years ago but I would be very careful about letting this place do anything to your vehicle. One item that should be listed on their services is "Snake Oil!!!"
