I had a great experience with Midtown Auto Repair. Made an appointment about 4 days in advance. Received text reminder the day before. On the day of appointment they promptly got my vehicle checked in. Verified the cost of repair and it was actually lower than what he suggested on the phone. The repair time was exactly what they estimated. Just as I arrived back to ship to get the vehicle they were about to pull it out of the bay. These guys are honest and good at their work. Highly recommend!recommend!

Wonderful experience!! Very knowledgeable, skilled, quick, affordable, all around great quality shop!! Have dealt with several mechanic shops in my life and these guys are by far the best around Tulsa!! Would highly recommend and do to everyone I know!!

The 5 star reviews must be from people who have no clue how their vehicle works Or how much parts cost .I've been to this shop a couple of times they did good work but I felt that it was really expensive. Two days ago, I took my f 150 in it Needed a new stirring shaft and rarely springs When I got the Estimate I was stunned they're asking over two grand . I told him to stop, don't do anything Then coming to get my truck. They had already acquired steering shaft. So I Bought that from $420. When I got home, I looked it up online and could have gotten it for less than half of that price. The estimate they gave me listed power steering fluid This truck doesn't use power sharing fluid it's an electrical boosted system. The previous times I took my truck. Here I dealt with a middle-aged gentleman.But handle things well. This time, it was a tattoo up Kid with his earlobes Sliced open that's stretched out with some shower curtain rings stuck it. I don't ever want to deal with anyone younger than 50 anymore. And still, I'm gonna remain suspicious. And I'm certainly never gonna go back to this alleged repair shop. This is an update to my previous review if you read the owners response you'll see that they are portraying me as a strange confused cranky old man . They got the cranky old man part right but I'm not confused at all about being charged over 100% markup on parts they justified this by saying they have a two year warranty I don't care. However they never did address the one issue that caused me to leave the comment in the first place which was a charge of about $ 7.50 for power steering fluid that might seem to be an insignificant amount but this truck has an electric boosted power steering system and does not use fluid . After seeing that it drew everything else on the estimate into question . I took my part with me to encinas automotive on Peoria in Brookside . They installed it in under an hour for $135 they will be getting my business from here on out .

I really enjoy working with midtown on both of my vehicles. They are very helpful in helping you understand whats required of the repair and keeping you in the loop. I would like for them to be more vocal about other issues not just my repair, so I can make the necessary adjustments to my budget to make sure my vehicle is in tip top condition.

I love these guys. They are polite and friendly. They get to the point with what needs to be done, and they get it done! My repairs were costly, (3 broken motor mounts replaced) but that was my fault from buying at South Pointe Chev, they are crooks. MARS is the best and I will always recommend them. Just hopefully, I don't need to go back except for normal maintenance. If 10 stars were an option they would qualify! Great job guys!

I've been contemplating if and how I was going to write this review, So, here goes. I scheduled an alignment on my car for the 8th of September. The customer service was friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant as well. Here, comes the issue, well the service mechanic came and politely informed me that he couldn't "FULLY" complete the alignment on my car "DUE TO HAVING PROBLEMS." He gave detailed mechanical terminology over the problem and quoted the price that included the labor and parts. The price was $350 - $400 which did not include taxes. Again, I was pleased with the customer service and knowledge of the mechanic. He also explained that they would have to get the part from the warehouse ( guessing theirs) and that it would not take much time for everything to be done. So I left with the printouts of the problem which they were kind to give. However, it just didn't sit right with me. So, I received a second opinion from a well-established facility ( no name mentioned) that has been around since 1898 and has done work on my family's cars for years. I was able to receive my alignment "FULLY" with this entablement. Needless to say, nothing was wrong with my car, which was explained to me as well on the paper that was given to me. Please, get a second opinion - PLEASE!

Not being a fan of the usual "chain" oil change shops, I had to scout for a new auto shop after I moved here. I'm glad I came across these guys. Justin was great to talk to and the guys in the shop were all so nice and were total pros too.

One of the best and most honest mechanic shops in Tulsa. I ve taken my car back here for anything and everything that has needed to be fixed. Sean and his team are great mechanics and very helpful. They want you to get the best value for your money.Great shop!! A++

I dropped off my 2016 Fiat 500x this morning to have a purge valve replaced. The valve was replaced and my car was ready to go before 1pm. Midtown Automotive Repair Specialists charged an extremely fair price and the service was great. Came in around noon to have a noise in the rear of my car diagnosed. Within 5 minutes of being there my car was pulled into the service area and the problem was found! I was quoted a very reasonable price, 100$ cheaper than other places, and it was done within 5 hours. The shop got me in immediately for diagnostic with me being in town only for the weekend the guys at the shop were SO awesome to get everything checked out and assure me the car would take me home to Colorado!would definitely Recommend.They even agreed to work with my after market warranty company.Didn't charge me for anything unnecessary! They put a new fuel pump in my 2001 dodge ram 1500 truck and was ready to pick up in a couple of days only because they had to order the new fuel pump. We have been using them for service on all of our vehicles for the last 2-3 year's and very satisfied with their work. They also warranty their work. Thank you mid-town and we'll see you again for other work on our vehicles.

Have not been, yet! However my warranty company has recommended them for service. So They'll be my 1st Mechanic(s) I'll put my trust in as a new resident to (Tulsa) Oklahoma. Its Hard to find good Mechanics (ethics, customer service, and integrity). These reviews have me convinced...they're the ones! Look forward to meeting the team at M.A.R.S.

Excellent experience! I have found my "go to" place for all my car repair needs. MY first time here and I have to say it exceeded all my expectations. Sean explained in detail all the repairs and cost..I so appreciated the customer service and definitely will come back.

Nothing like an owner taking care of business in person. I've had nothing but good experience so far. Prices, friendly, wait times...all way above average, and none of the "corporate" feel you get with the big chains. This place is A Gem in Tulsa! The dealership quoted me 3 times what it cost to get my car completely fixed with M.A.R.S . These guys did quite a bit of work, (fixed hybrid battery, fixed both sway bar links, alignment, new shock absorber, and struts) kept me up to date on every step, and had it done in 2 business days! From what I ve heard Hybrid batteries are costly and incredibly dangerous to work on, these guys took care of me at a very reasonable rate. They really know what they re doing. My power steering went out on the highway and they saved the day!I brought my vehicle in directly after my issues started and they saw to it right away. Brought my car in due to overheating. They were able to find the problem quickly. They replaced my water pump. Great communication every step of the way. Affordable and quick turnaround. I highly recommend this place.

Suspension repair on my Mercedes. I went to get a oil change and sway bar replaced on both sides and they charged me parts and labor for 2 and only replaced 1 and the one that was replaced wasn t tightened to specifications.

Shawn & Tristan did a great job every time I go in for oil change. They are prompt and get you in fast. Do a great job. Found problem on husband's check engine light and fixed it. Hasn't come back on since.
