After many failed trips to other mechanic shops I finally found one that I can trust and know I'm not getting the short end of the stick. Everyone I've worked with was respectful, friendly, and honest of the work and cost that I would most likely see. I got a quote for my job and it ended up being very close to their price given ahead of time. I'm thankful for their time and efforts working on my truck.

Danny, was friendly, super helpful, and knowledgeable. I was able to get my car serviced the same day. Overall, I was pleased with the price and the outcome for my car! I would recommended for repairs.

Joey always helps make the process of fixing our car EASY. He takes care of his customers and employees so well we followed him when he moved to Midas.. WILL HAVE OUR LOYALTY FOREVER! Great human that hires and trains great humans! Thank u for being trustworthy and confident for people that know very little about cars!

I've been bringing my 96' Volvo there for almost a year now, I'd say. My main guys have been Danny and Chris, and they are so helpful. They are timely with getting in parts and squeezing me into their schedule and, most importantly, getting my car back to me, up and running way better than it was before. Considering my car is a project car and is damn near impossible to find parts for, they have helped me fix my minor to major problems with no issues or anger. Definitely a place with good management and service, and I can't recommend them enough.

Have been going to this location for over a decade now, and have never been steered wrong, treated badly, or taken advantage of. Chris and all his mechanics are amazing men and have taken care of me and all of my cars (three total) over the last 12+ years. I recommend this place to everyone that says they need somewhere/someone to take their car to. Always.

Professional service. I will add I had received a quote with another company who immediately said I needed the whole nine yards to fix my brake problem. Danny and his team assessed my car and was honest and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost (fraction to the competitors quote) without offering to do so with a lot of extras not needed like the competitor insisted was the necessity. Well it s fixed! I will refer them to everyone! And will be a lifetime customer!

I had my breaks and rotor worked on 12/6/23. I go in today 1/3/24 to inform them the breaks are having the same issue. I m informed of the 1 year warranty. My feeling is if they had if they had of fixed it correctly in the first place I wouldn t have to come back within 13 months. Danny at the front desk was no help.

Today was my first time going to Midas. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. It was a very nice and clean environment and Danny was super nice and helpful. I will definitely be using them now.

Had work done here a couple months ago before a big road trip, Shoutout the the guys, very honest guys and even showed me the problems before the fix! I d recommend this Midas 100% Cars been perfect ever since!

Will be using Midas from now on. They diagnosed and fixed my car within a very reasonable time. On top of that, Danny was beyond helpful. 10/10! I definitely recommend.

****Edited Review Read Closely****Our experience was amazing. The turnaround was fast, and our mechanic was able to help us identify the most important repairs we needed at the time. Highly recommended ( this review was given to take the 2k worth of repairs down by 100 bucks)Edit: I took this from 5 stars down to 1 star.First of all, it was given as 5 stars as a bribe from the company.But alsoTurns out our 20+ year mechanic fixed over 2 thousand dollars worth of stuff, and then we found out from one of the younger guys that it was 200 dollar repair. The store manager (Chris), who was very nice before this, was all of a sudden very non customer focused. Literally, on the way out the door, I was saying to my fianc� that I bet a lot of those 5 star reviews get changed once the customers actually get to experience this place. Chris heard me talking to her and made the comment to me, "If you have something to say, how about you come in here and say it to my face. . . At this point, it's flat out challenging me to come in and have an altercation with him.I escalated this incident to a regional manager type person who basically said I should go to a different Midas. . Effectively saying that removing me, the customer from the equation was the answer, after I had spent over 2 grand on repairs that the car didn't need to address the issue we took it in for.So in the end the repaired what needed to be repaired but after I spent 2000 on repairs my car didn't really need yet.

We have been using this particular Midas location for years now. No one wants to have to have their car repaired, but when you do, it's nice to have a place you can rely on. They have always been friendly and honest with us, and they are thorough with their work. I highly recommend this location.

I would like to say that my experience at this Midas Muffler location was far beyond my expectations due to the professional courtesy of Cris the store manager was an absolute pleasure.He was forthright explaining everything to me that needed to be done on my vehicle and done in a timeframe that worked for me especially on a workday!They fixed my vehicle correctly and treated me with respect and talked to me with dignity!I would highly recommend Midas muffler, especially the store at 46th and Memorial in Tulsa, Oklahoma and their manager Chris Sincerely, with gratitude. They have done a variety of work on my cars and it's consistently been a 5 star experience. They provide excellent communication about the problem my car is having and offer very reasonable prices. Most importantly, they always do quality work!

After another shop told me only the dealer could do it, Midas had it done in 5 hours. When additional work was needed, they explained thoroughly. Tevin and Chris were great to work with and answered all my questions, got me in and out quickly.

This is the only place in town my mom and I trust with our vehicles. They don t take advantage of my lack of knowledge on the subject, are always time efficient and so kind. I highly recommend this place for all your vehicle needs!

Jiffy Lube, and 5min change cost 128.00 for my Jetta and I would have been in and out in less than 15-20min. My appt time at 7:30am and it s 9:30am 2 hrs? And it was 105.00? If you are that busy you might need to look into expanding the operation? Also, when I came back from a long breakfast was told oh you waiting on it now like I was putting him out!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Day: Saturday. Appointment time: 8AM. I arrived bright and early at 7:45AM for a tire rotation. They greeted me and had me pulled up in the computer already. I swear I was paying and then out the door with keys in hand before 8:30AM (I can't remember the exact time because I was so SHOCKED). Clean shop. Very friendly and HELPFUL staff. Prices are less expensive than the competition. My tire rotation was $25 flat.

I do not recommend any one to come here too so there breaks . I went 3 different times to do my breaks right. And I m still dealing with the same noise and vibrating. Horrible customer service. Like I was told people make mistakes buttt going back 3 different for the same thing. Not cool I felt like I was being lied too so they can get more service. Cuz 3 different times with the same problem in the last months is crazy. When it could be fixed .. Breaks.. is that a hard job to do?Services: Auto brake repair, Oil change

I have experienced the worst customer service at this location; They intentionally failed to inform me of the process in which they perform business but they also did not perform the services I requested and simply stole $100 from me I feel like I was robbed. On top of that, they returned my vehicle with my gear shift completely uninstalled With the wires exposed. I feel like they are also prejudice. I payed money for services I never received, I called the complaint department and never received a call back. I would advise t never do business with them unless you want to be robbed as well.
