This may be a chain, but this feels like a locally owned business. The GM Alicia was SO kind, helpful, prompt and knowledgeable. It can be intimidating coming into have my car serviced, but the whole process from scheduling to service was handled with the best care. Will be coming back to THIS specific location and recommending everyone I know to come here. Thank you for a great experience!

Went in for an oil change a few days before Christmas this past year, was told I had a cracked head gasket and was quoted over $4,500 for repair. This obviously canceled my travel plans with the vehicle, and caused quite a headache and a lot of money figuring out how to get out of state to see family for the holiday.I recently had a mechanic look at the vehicle and run diagnostics and it was found that there was no issue whatsoever with the head gasket following an engine block test. I also got two estimates from a dealership as well as a private mechanic that were less than half the cost Midas had quoted me. Do not go here, do not get any repairs done here. Go to Atlas Automotive, right down the street.I gave them 2 stars because they did change the oil, although it was overfilled a bit. Low rating is mainly due to what is either ignorance or dishonesty.I happened to speak with someone who had previously worked at this location as well and before even knowing my experience with them, told me to avoid the location.To summarize, I went in for a routine oil change and left with what I was told was a nonfunctioning vehicle with extremely costly repairs needed. Ultimately, I ended up paying $101 dollars at a legitimate mechanic to be told there was nothing wrong with the car. Time and money wasted.

We have been taking our car to Midas for 5 years for anything from routine oil changes to major engine trouble. They are honest, reasonable, and accommodating! Refreshing to see a business with some good 'ol fashioned exemplary customer service!

Midas is a shop that has friendly, knowledgeable people that can help with car and tire problems. I was helped by Elijah, Chris and Alisha. I stopped in with a flat and was waited on right away. Thank goodness help was close by. Appreciate the great service.

The manager at the store was polite from start to finish, she was Excellent in speaking and a great at multitasking. The maintaince crew, were busy, but when given the opportunity was very kind as well. I felt very much at ease while receiving service related questions answered. The experience was very professional. I appreciate service of this standard. Awesomeness

I came in with a flat tire and they had it fixed under 20 minutes! Staff is very friendly and work quick to get the job done! Thank you so much for the quick reaction on helping me out and being so nice!

I use this place quite a bit because it is so close to my house. I have had mostly good experiences here. The counter staff is always polite and professional. That's the good. I bought 4 tires from them, no problems, decent price. I had some front end trouble and needed to replace the front 2. They couldn't get the same tire, no problem just turn the white lettering to the inside to match the the other 2, they didn't. After a month or two I hit something destroying one of the newest tires. I went back, can you match the tire? Yes, great! except they decided to reverse this one so I have one raised white and on reversed black. Also putting the spare back where it belongs is difficult so they skipped that as is putting the hub cap on so they skipped that too. Apparently, filling the new tire with the appropriate psi is difficult as is putting a cap on the valve stem so they also skipped those. I also had my oil changed, I'm afraid to check that. I have other bad encounters with this place. Don't just drive off when your vehicle is ready, check their work. I have had other problems and they were always quickly remedied.

Came in today to receive oil change & as always they have taken the best care of my car they always make sure everything is in good condition and inform me if anything needs changed what I love the most is they never forget to reset my dash oil settings & make sure to fill my windshield fluid plus I was out & now all better I will definitely come back & highly recommend!!!!! they are truly the best ONE EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER

Chris and Lorenzo were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had a pretty big job on my car and they took good care of it. The communication from all employees every time I called (or they called me) was above and beyond what I m used to from other places. My experience here was wonderful!

My partner and I have dropped our cars off at this location multiple times for various repairs and we always have a pleasant experience. Alicia and Pierce up front are always very helpful and do everything they possibly can to help you. I definitely recommend bringing your car here.

After having my oil changed, they informed me that my rear brake pads were completely worn out. I took the car home and checked them myself, and they were just fine. Don t know if I would trust them again.

I got an oil change at this location and worked with Alicia and Pierce. My little car needs some repairs, and they were so kind and patient with me in explaining what needs to happen. This location takes customer service to a different level, and I would recommend them to anyone needing service on their car!

I booked my apy over the phone and the lady was amazing she told me I had time to make it tonthe shop. When i got rhere the sercixe was prompt and efficient. Great people working here and the lady on the feont desk was amazing. I definetly will be coming back to this place.5 star service all the way

I have only had dealings with the 11th street location in Tulsa. I would give them a six start rating if I could. The staff is very knowledgeable and customer friendly. Highly recommend.

ALISHA!!!! Is the best! She made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle through the whole process. Everyone at the shop was very pleasant and informative! I WILL NOT go to another shop for anything again! Midas on 11th is the best I highly recommend them to anyone!

Oscar was incredibly helpful and they got my 57 Fairlane back up and running. I ve used them many times and will continue to do so. Highly recommend. I always know my car is in good hands with them.

Chris & Alesha and their team at Midas on 11th St. are terrific! I have brought my car in twice for various reasons the last three weeks and each time, they both have been so wonderful! Not only are they courteous and knowledgeable , my services are done on time! Great customer service. I love these guys!! Five !!

This is one of the only shops I've been to that has people working there who are trustworthy, honest, and highly skilled. My car had an issue that no other shop could fix...not only did they fix it quickly, they didn't hit me with a laundry list of other things they told me I had to fix. This is my go-to shop from now on!

These guys saved my bacon in the middle of a thunderstorm, I cannot say enough good things about them. While moving from Denver to Memphis, my tire was destroyed about 80 miles out from Tulsa at 1am. I finally made it into town and started calling around tire shops at 7am Monday morning, and after 4 failed attempts at other places, Aaron said he could take me in pretty much right away and get me helped. Had a valvetrain issue, and Chris was great throughout the whole process. It took longer than expected, but he made sure his team did the job right, was very respectful, confident, and understanding. Midas on 11th street is definitely the best in town, I have been coming here for 7 to 10ish years and never ever had an issue. They are fast reliable and all around great guys. Go see Aaron he will take very good care of you! Also quick shout out to Lloyd he is one of the mechanics who jumps on the projects I bring in great guy!
