I want to thank the entire Meineke team for the professional and timely service. I came in for an oil change, but they also performed a comprehensive vehicle inspection and identified critical issues that needed attention. Honestly, I can't remember the last time I had such a positive experience when getting my car serviced. Chris was amazing from the time I called with my questions and scheduled my service through the moment I left the shop. I appreciate feeling like a valued customer and not feeling like I was being hustled. I will definitely be making this location my new servicing center.

I had a great experience at this location. They changed my oil and thoroughly inspected my car, which I really appreciate. Moa took care of me and was very professional and made me feel like a valued customer. I'll definitely be back.

Had some problems during an alignment and Moa really took care of me. They went the extra mile to troubleshoot and get my truck back to running smooth again. Very.good communication and pricing. I will be back and bringing our other cars to this place

We have not had a good experience with this place. The staff seems attentive and willing to help but at the end of the day we had to have the car towed their twice and in 3 times total for work. They replaced the alternator, the power steering pump and a belt. Assured us that everything should be good. Here we are a month later with a dead battery for another $190 and then being told the alternator is bad and not putting out proper voltage to keep the battery charged which is why we had to replace the battery today. So almost $1000 later and we are making a 4th trip in. So frustrating. Was told they have very experienced mechanics on our first visit in and now I am doubting this true. I just want my husbands car fixed and dependable with working parts, sick of being stranded on the side of the road having to tow it places ..

Had a noise under the hood. Got a diagnostic and needed a weld which they couldn't do. They referred me to another Meineke where they were able to do the weld. I was ready to pay for the diagnostic but he said no charge. They were very helpful and polite not to mention efficient at diagnosing the problem. I can recommend this Meineke for your auto repairs.

Update: The regional manager contacted me and this was taken care of. I'll visit Meineke again in the future.Original review: This was my first and last time using Meineke. I had an issue with my car over heating so I first stop by the meineke on 21st and they found it needed more coolant. A day after, it started over heating again so I take it to the location on memorial and it turns out it was leaking. They said getting the thermostat housing replaced would fix the issue. They charged me over $900 to get that taken care of. I go in the next day and get it done. A day after that, my check engine light turns on (first time since I bought this car 3 years ago) so I stop at the meineke on 21st again because I was closer to it and they noticed the coolant was leaking again.They also stated whoever installed the housing didn't do a good job and there was a hole in the heater hose. They put a temporary fix on it and ask me to take it back to the location on memorial on Monday. I wait until Monday and after looking at the car they said the housing was defective and needed to be replaced again. I was scheduled to go back that Thursday morning but when I arrive their manager asked me to just leave the car and to let him drop me off at home. I told him I will wait. Then he tells me they don't even have the replacement part and to come back another day. Why even ask to drop me off? It was obvious how incompetent they were so I decided to take my car to a dealership that I have visited before and got it fixed there. They had to replace the coolant thermostat and coolant temp sensor w/ coolant. No issues now. I have never had any problems with my engine until I took my car to Meineke. I was just trying a new place but I don't see myself visiting meineke again.

They found and repaired the issue with my car quickly. They found other things that could be improved and they explained what was needing immediate attention and what wasn t necessary to maintain immediately.

I have a hard time trusting people when it comes to working on my car. That being said, these guys did a great job fixing my issues and communicating everything with me. I'll go back.

I told them what was wrong with With my truck they said they will take a look at it. They quote me a whole bunch of stuffthats wasn't even nothing wrong with before I came in to them I keep good care of my truck and already done a lot to it They tried to say I had a oil and transmission leak which I'm no I don't have, it look like they just sprayed oil on it and took a picture, All to gather they was trying to charge me over $5k for thing I no was good and what I originally came in for Was a wheelbaring in trying to charge me over a $1000 for, I told them hell naw you can get that done for way cheaper at any different mechanicAnd then I got my truck back and then still charge me a $130 for doing nothing I was pissed, all together they are some scammers and the price is way too high they are super overrated Had a very bad experience wouldn't recommend them to no one If I could give 0 stars I would

Moa (spelling?) Was very kind and helpful as well as the other gentleman working the office. Friendly advisement on what work could and sbould be done. Got me in as a walk in. The chairs are so comfy my daughter fell asleep and snored through her slumber!

The staff were friendly and appeared knowledgeable; but for a job that was estimated to take approx. 2 hours after I was given an estimate took over 6.5 hours! Some of the problem was Meineke's and some of it not (later delivered parts), but I would certainly have returned home if it was even suspected that the shop's time estimate was this way off. But, a good job appears to have been done (brakes) - and i said the staff was especially friendly - if not very good at estimating.

Went in for an oil change and had to buy an oil cap due to negligence of the service guy. My car wasn't leaking oil, but was told if we didn't replace the cap it would definitely lose oil. My fianc� asked for the cap that was originally on my vehicle back, and as we thought this was broken buy Meineke! Free oil changes from the car lot I purchased my vehicle from couldn't get me to come back.

While in Tulsa I was in a minor fender (muffler) bender. My car was okay except the muffler was rubbing on the wheel. The local Honda dealership recommended this shop. Indeed, the service was quick and friendly. They put my car on the rack and checked everything thoroughly and had me on my way in a flash without any pushy sales pitches. I would definitely do business with them again.Service: Exhaust

Just seems like I've never gotten any good service from the one further at memorial and from this one. I ended up having it towed back to the dealership from both locations for pretty much the same thing. Would not recommend if you're trying to spend a small amount of money.

I bought a Groupon to have the oil changed in my Mercedes. But they wouldn't honor it and wanted to chargee full amount for a Euro car. Which I understand that but with the Groupon they could have charged me more for the oil and filter which they said cost alot more when in fact I bought a 1 gallon of the 5 w 30 at Walmart for 18.09 and a 5 filter at advance. So my opinion they didn't want to work with me . I even told them they didn't need to rotate my tires. Waiste of my time. Period.

Very knowledgeable and friendly workers. Been to Meineke numerous times with our different vehicles and they always do a great job. Have to say that Gabriel Ellis is an asset to the company. Update as of 03/07/2024Changed from 1 star to 5 star!!!!!!!Chris was AMAZING! The whole team there was honest and trustworthy. The store on 21st told us we needed shocks and struts. Chris and his team inspected and called us to let us know, we indeed did NOT need them replaced! As long as this crew is here, we will make them our main store again! We appreciate you Chris and team!!!Updated as of 09/20/2023The only place we go for our car's maintenance! We've had oil changes to the water pump replaced to brand new tires. They are our car doc!New review as of 9/20/23I do not recommend. My last visit on 8/24/23 I did a full synthetic oil change. They recommend I need rear brakes and rotors resurfaced and polished for 385. I was going to do it. Then they tell me I need need rotors and the need charge is 651$! Like how? I was just there less than 4 weeks ago and now I need new rotors too. The trust I had with them are gone. Called a couple other places and got quotes for less than 400$ for brakes and rotors. They are a scam. They are taking advantage of people. The manager holds zero accountability. He said, "It wasn't me, so don't blame me." Sir you're part of a team. You seriously shouldn't be running someone's business like that! Y'all deserve 0 stars! And lost our business and I will make sure to let any and everyone I know, not to use yall. Then the regional manager calls and tells me at one point, if you don't stop screaming this conversation is over. So that's a man who feels dominant over women. That's a man who gets off on having power. The fact he couldn't hear me out, is absolutely the WORST management. You all have made this experience a nightmare. And truly lost our business. Jeff needs to come back to this location for me to ever think about using this service again. They really think people are stupid and gullible. When I got my oil change, they didn't even top off my washer fluid, instead they said I had something wrong with it. I have proof it works and the email with them saying it needs to be inspected. What a joke. Yall really play people here. This while location needs to be fired.

The staff was pleasant & attentive, they Gave appropriate updates and continously followed through. They were affordable and knowledgeable & helped me with my AC repairs. They even Uber'd me home free of charge while I waited for the completion of repairs. 51st & Memorial they have no integrity and will tell you anything to get your money. Truly UNBELIEVABLE. Don't send your daughters or your mother. They will be taken advantage of.

Great service! Good prices. They are my new go to for both my vehicles. They even gave me a ride home while my car was being serviced and picked me up from home to get my car once it was done.
