I thought, the only time I had the muffler replaced on my old truck was at this location. It is an old 24 years old truck, n I was out of the country for 18 years.They do not have my name, number nor my truck in the system! They did pull up my truck and show me what is wrong and what needed to be work on.I pulled the stuffs and junks out of the glove compartment to search for receipt. I did not find anything!I drove off and forgot the papers from glove compartment at the chair of the reception.The manager did call and told me I forgot my papers!Much appreciated!They also recommended that I take the truck to a muffler shop!Thanks!

I have Taken several cars there, and I can say that they are an excellent shop to take your vehicles for service and repairs. The Staff is Friendly and very Very good at what they do. Israel has helped me a few Times and he has been very Professional and polite. Maria has helped me a few times as well and she is very professional and Polite too. I Highly recommend them to any body who needs their cars to be fixed.

Great service. Very efficient I was in and out. I had my oil changed with all the bells and whistles. The reception is exceptional, I have been going to meinike for years. Maria the receptionist knows me by name. I like that so personable, it's nice. Very friendly. The shops waiting area is clean and comfortable. Great place for good service.

Staff was pretty nice. Oil change was decently quick. Would be better if I didn't have so much wrong with my car, though. (They showed me. It's not like they're just saying there's something wrong to get more money out of people. They will actually show you the problems.)

Update:Took my car there to get my heater and AC looked at and they figured out the issue quick. Friendly service also. I recommend them.The guys at this location are great. The location on memorial and 51st, not so much. Avoid that one.

Had my car towed into this location and as life is sometimes things were not going well and I was very frustrated and angry but the very next morning I received a call from the manager and they fixed my car and went above and beyond to make sure that I was a satisfied customer! In this day and time with life's bumps and challenges. Its nice to know that old school customer service is alive and well. They turned a rough situation completely around and I will be back. Thank you Meineke!

I received a certificate to receive several services from Meineke recently. I m super impressed with having the inspection certificate with pictures available on my phone; made it super easy to share info with my dad like I needed to! I ll be back soon to have additional needed work done for sure.

I went to meineke for a oil change and when I got my car back I had a leak in my water pump never had a issue with my water pump prior to the oil change so thanks to this company I need a water pump and trimming belt very unhappy with the service I gotten looking in to sueing this company

Man they are liers. They damaged stuff and it was supposed to be a simple oil change. Have to get a new water pump and a chiming belt. They suuuuuck. Never again.

Rep that initially serviced me was nice. After services advised me of issues with my tires. Gave me my options moving forward and gave me some time to think about the direction I wanted to go. Came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change was done in 30 minutes. Decided not to rotate given the situation and options given. They were informative and quick! I was out in hour given everything on the table. I would recommend to any looking for a quality and quick shop. Thank you for the service!Services: Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change

I called to get a price on having a diagnostic ran on my car , he says well it's $140 but you might want to bring about $250 because it may take longer to do it. I'm not paying $250+ to get a diagnostic test.

Took our company suv here to have a front end alignment done. was told over the phone that the vehicle would be left inside over night if towed. The tow guy showed up while they where closing so they said they couldn t put the vehicle inside over night an that it would have to stay out overnight. They also informed me that they have had problems with windows being smashed out when vehicles are left outside. I was only told this after I had made arrangements to have it towed to this shop so I didn t have a choice but to leave it there. The next morning received a call that my window was busted out and some stuff was taken from the suv. They also told me it s was nothing they could do to help replace my window. They never called the police to report the break in or nothing. They know they have a problem but isn t taking any steps to fix the problem. I don t recommend doing business with this place.

Overpriced and trying to rip people off, front desk girl rude, short tech said I must of YouTube my diagnosis and instead I was actually right. Try to take advantage of women. If I didn't have the knowledge and education I do it would have been hundreds more until I called them out . Please question these guys before just agreeing to pay they will take your money. Do your research!!!

Everyone was very nice & knowledgable. Had to leave it overnight but was fixed fast by the next morning. Will definitely go back when needed. Lost my old mechanics. Hard to find a trustworthy one. These will be my new car guys!

The people who helped me were fantastic. The place was new and comfortable to wait while I was having my oil changed. Gave me a price on tires went back today to get tires put on. clean, fast and friendly I had a great experience getting my alternator replaced. Steven and mike are so nice and helpful I give them a 10/10 and I highly recommend meineke on 11th for all your auto problems they fixed my car the same day. Thanks guys I m so happy to be back on the road.

One of their employees hit my parked car while moving another customer's car and denied fault. When the police arrived they claimed their security cameras don't work. This is a nightmare. They have unskilled drivers (non-mechanics) moving customers' cars and a manager willing to lie to the police to cover for them.Edit: The "response from the owner" on this comment is from a Meineke Corporate email address. I responded to that account and never heard back from them. I had to pay hundreds of dollars to repair the car they damaged.

All of the employees were very knowledgeable and very kind! I took my company vehicle in to get serviced and was our first time there. They sent me a link which provided every detail that needed attention to and what didn t. Great info to know! I highly recommend. My company has been looking to have all of our vehicles serviced for present and future. We finally found the one we ve been looking for! The shop was extremely clean and waiting was comfortable. The two gentleman up front ( Steve & Pat) kept me informed all the way and made sure I didn t need anything. Expenses were explained prior to any work so there wouldn t be any surprises at the end of the job. The young man that worked on the truck ( Brenyn) explained everything in detail when he completed the multitude of tasks to my satisfaction.
