Back in January I had a run in with an F-150 driven by a younger driver who backed into me just past sundown. He clearly did not see me and proceeded backing up and sat his truck bed on the front of my Subaru Outback. It being dark I got horrible photos, and the damage was minimal. Still it resulted in a busted headlight casing, moved hood, and crack to the grill with a few small dents and paint scratches. I called the Subaru dealership and they referred me to Mastercraft Collision in Tulsa. They were quick to give an estimate of the work needed and did phenomenal on the repair! I love the glitter paint finishes and was concerned if they d be able to match it, and am pleased with the outcome. They were also able to work me in to their busy schedule and had the repair done in three days. Highly recommend them, and will use them again in the future if needed.

Master Craft did a phenomenal job at repairing my bumper. My paint code is very hard to match, but they knocked it out of the park. Their care and lifetime warranty make them a no-brainer if you're in the greater Tulsa area.

We choose Mastercraft for the repair of my Kia K5 after hitting a deer on the turnpike. They did an excellent job of making it look brand new again!! They stayed true to the estimated shop time and dealt with our insurance to work out the details!! I had gotten into a fender bender quite literally. I went to Mastercraft collision and their quote was by far the most fair price to repair ratio I have ever gotten. Bill and his team went above and beyond on my car and I'm greatly appreciative for them! My car looks good as new. I HIGHLY recommend Mastercraft collision for any repair needs. They even cleaned my floor mats it appears.

I just picked up my Camry just now. It was completed a day early! The invoice matched the quote EXACTLY, and the car now looks brand new like my fender-bender never even happened. A large pick-up backed into the front end of my Civic in April. I called the Honda dealership who referred me to Master Craft Collision Repair. After the initial visit with them, I knew I would select them for my repairs. It was very important to me that the car would be returned to pre-collision state and they delivered.It took a bit of time to get a onto their schedule, about 3 months, but it was worth the wait. The body panel gaps created by the wreck are gone. The paint is blended perfectly. The hood opens and closes like nothing ever happened. The rubber seals, headlights and grill components are all flawless. It's like the car was never hit.I can safely say that I will never take my cars anywhere else. And I'll be seeing them again soon because someone just rear-ended the other car that I own.

Great place to get your collision repairs done!! Bill the owner is very knowledgeable, he always does you right. They always try to use OEM parts when they can. They are certified thru Honda/Acura so they recognize their work and are still covered by the warranty. (Pictures are before and after)

I chose MasterCraft over two other body shops, even though their bid was roughly 50% more than the other bids. It was very important to me that the repair would restore the car to it's pre-collision appearance. MasterCraft assured me they could blend the colors well. Well, as you can see from the first photo, the color matching was not good. The repair is quickly evident from a great distance because the color does not match the front quarter panel. The other glaring error is in the seam between the front bumper (what was replaced) and the quarter panel. In the second photo, you can see an obvious lip. For what they charge, I was hoping for much better work!Service: Body & Trim

I can't say enough about Master Craft. I am super OCD when it comes to my car. Unfortunately things happen - then "things" have to be fixed. A friend of mine had their car done here (twice) and when I saw his review I called him. He said talk to Billy, he will do you right. I had gotten 3 other estimates ranging from $1600 to $2700, utilizing used parts. Not an option for Rose (the car). He landed at $1700 'ish with NEW parts. I gave a big heck yeah, let's do it. I asked what he wanted me to put down and he replied NOTHING. If you choose not to have your vehicle done here, I can send them back. (!WHAT?) Yeah, this guy is down to earth, good ol' boy and a handshake does business. I can't say enough good things. She went in as scheduled. And was returned in new condition, sparkling! Mike, Fernando, and the guys at Master Craft did a PERFECT job repairing and matching the dent in my Subaru WRX's roof! They are definitely my go-to body shop now. They offered me a fair price and had my vehicle back to me within a couple of days and were even able to push up my appointment to a earlier date! HIGHLY recommend!!

They are really nice and helpful here. I ve taken one vehicle for collision repair and they worked through an odd issue with the car, coordinating with me and the dealer to get it repaired. They also took a quick look at another oops on my other car one day and were extremely helpful with that.

Unfortunatly my new Honda has been here twice this year! Flying debris from unsecured tree limbs sent me this time. Wow, I was sitting in a cool comfortable lobby while these guys called and found the part I needed, picked it up, repaired the car, and had me out in under an hour! Talk about amazing service, Mastercraft is the best I have experienced for body work. They did an outstanding job earlier in the year when someone ran into the back of my car at a light. So nice and helpful and have kept the new car looking perfect; I highly recommend Mastercraft.

I took my car to Mastercraft for some ding repairs on my brand new Honda Civic. Bill assured me that they would repair the dings and paint the bumper where the dings were and make it look like brand new again. He was soo right. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it and it looks brand new again. They are very professional and obviously a master at the work that they do. They are also very reasonable.. This is the absolute best place I ve been to for collision or auto repair. We got there, we met a terrific guy named bill, he looked at the car immediately, and he made the decision he can fix what was needed on our car without any trouble and without even any payment. While we were waiting the staff inside talked to us and even got us drinks while we waited. After I wanna say 20 minutes he came back in said it s done, and the car was pretty much fixed to what we needed and he didn t ask for anything in return. Bill was an answer to prayer for an emergency situation and this place is on my 10/10 would always recommend list.Service: Body & Trim

I went due to Google reviews. I just needed an estimate at this point. My vehicle was drivable and just minor repairs needed, but they got me right in and out and the price quote is very competitive. Just be prepared. People that do the best work are the busiest. I am sure if your vehicle isn't drivable they will work you in more quickly. I will let you know more after the work is done.

Came here since I obviously can t drive correctly (and because I had a rather large dent in my new car). Bill was great. I left on vacation and was able to drop my car off for repairs. Unfortunately due to some miscommunication some of the repairs were not done within my allotted time. Bill told me to come back Monday and then the next day the rest of the repairs were taken care of! Amazing experience overall and I cannot tell at all that my car was damaged. It s insane the quality of work these guys have. The pricing is also unbeatable - another place was trying to charge me $4000+ for one repair whereas Bill s team charged me $1500 FOR ALL THE REPAIRS! You cannot beat this place! Don t waste your time going to other companies.

Our family has used Master Craft Collision Repair several times and have been extremely pleased with the work they have done. Bill is great to work with, takes great care of us and always does exactly what he says he ll do! He gives you a fair quote, then gets your vehicle into the shop in a timely manner, and they finish the car when they promise. Their craftsman are the fantastic and the car looks like brand new when you get it back with paint colors match perfectly. These guys, whom I don t know by name except for Caleb, were so professional and skilled, including the front desk guys. I needed a paint job for my 11-year-old Prius that was losing large swathes with every car wash. Not only does the paint job look like new, but they took the time to polish headlight covers and detail the interior. Their estimate was half of what another place offered. Truck is currently here. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Drop off is highly convenient. Bill is always helpful. My family has steadily used this business anytime someone has damaged our vehicles. Quality work for reasonable prices. They do the leg work with insurance companies.

I cannot express enough how amazing this place is! Always without a doubt the best price, the best quality and the BEST customer service. Bill is amazing to work with and will get the job done. He and his team know what they are doing. I'm needy when it comes to my cars and he takes care of me no matter what. You simply cannot beat the old fashioned type customer service you get here. Everyone in need of having body/paint work done on their car should come here.
