I am a big believer in a picture is worth a thousand words. You guys said you fixed the problem, twice. If that were true I wouldn't see this. I'll take it to a real mechanic.

Had some body work done as part of an insurance claim. Customer service was great, quality was great & the work was done a week early! There was one small issue I noticed a week after getting my car back. The service manager said bring it in next week, & we'll get it fixed same day. They did just that! Very happy with my experience.

I was just in the service department, but they are the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They take responsibility and get things done and/or make it right.

Not sure where to begin. Everything from the beginning to the end takes 1 week minimum. 1 week out for scheduling for drop off. Takes 1 week for them to actually get to look at the car. Takes a week to order parts. So Far its been 2 weeks, and they are still painting a new bumper and fender. If you didn't get to it, just be honest and say that. Poor service and poor communication. Overall if I could give zero it would be a zero.And this happens eventide I need service.

The ladies in the office are so sweet and helpful. Chris was so nice, he went out of his way to keep me updated on what had to be done and when my car would be ready. He did a great job, you can t tell my car ever had any damage!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Collision Repair for all makes and models. Repairs done as per vehicle manufacturer procedures. Oldest Buick GMC certified collision shop in the area. Family owned and operated

I took my car in for overheating. It turned out to be a water pump. I had them do it. They worked to get it covered by the warranty and ended up saving me $500. I was so impressed how they went above and beyond for customer service. I'll go there again.

Set an appointment. Was met with a cantankerous (on the verge of hostile) man named Chris.I couldn t even get a question in to be answered!All he was telling me was everything he CANT do!I don t get why he was so worked up. It was completely unnecessary. He was agitated and NOT wearing a mask while he stood less than six feet away. I asked him to wear a mask, he became even more agitated!Never again will I attempt to use your service.You wasted my time and exposed me to risk!You lost out on work and money on several claims I have through my insurance because you couldn t control your temper nor did you offer any type of cordial communication.
