Just bought a car from them yesterday.. Sales guy, Van, is the best!! Everyone I worked with there was great. Highly recommend this dealership. This is my third Lexus so I am totally sold on them. They are great cars.

My vehicle purchase through Lexus of Tulsa was simply outstanding. Van is a true professional, and made the entire purchase process very smooth. Even though I was an out of state buyer, his attention to detail from the very first email, to the final hand shake, was a true example of his commitment to excellence. I have purchased multiple Lexus models throughout the years, from many different dealerships, from across the country, and I can say that without hesitation, Lexus of Tulsa without a doubt has the most beautiful dealership by far! Top Notch! If you are looking for that Lexus experience, and you want a smooth and straight forward buying process, Lexus of Tulsa should be at the top of your list. My husband and I just purchased a Lexus RX350 from Lexus of Tulsa and it was the best car buying experience I ve had. From the time I walked through the doors the ladies at the desk were very welcoming Zach the manager was very personable as well Cierra who helped us sign our papers. But I want to really brag on the customer service I received from Van Cutsinger. He was pleasant and understanding from start to finish. He was considerate of our needs and desires in our car needs. He was transparent, honest and straightforward, but did not pressure our decision but was in fact patient. Van is very knowledgeable of the Lexus brand and was instrumental in helping learn my vehicle. I am so happy to be a part of the Lexus family. I would recommend and refer all to do business with Lexus of Tulsa for your next vehicle purchase.

Aaron with Lexus of Tulsa was amazing during our sales experience. He was patient and understanding as we worked through the needs of our family and plans for the future. We have purchased three vehicles from Lexus of Tulsa (two from Aaron). We will be returning in 3 years for our next vehicle and in 5 years for our daughter s first vehicle.

Cole, the person who initially introduced himself to me on the lot was great. I told him that I have just started looking and he asked me what I was looking for in a car. He listened, showed me Lexus options. He encouraged me to check out the remainder of potential cars on my list. I went to the other dealerships, but I ended back at Lexus of Tulsa. No pressure, Cole found me the right car. I now have a beautiful car that s smarter than I am! I have some technology to learn, but I am so happy with my car. The dealerships service department was a big factor in buying at this Lexus, they have gotten great reviews. All in all I would recommend this dealership and Cole to anyone looking for a great car.

Took a while to write this review. Our experience is that we bought a brand new Lexus RX last May was awful. The sales manager in particular was very rude. My wife s experience was that Lexus tried to low ball the trade in value of our vehicle and while they claim they use multiple sources includes Kelley Blue Book . The offer was way low and the sales manager had the audacity to even say let us know if you don t want the car you ordered. There will be other customers that will buy it. We were ready to walk away. Overall, you know it s bad when your customer starts crying over the bullying sales method. I understand with supply and demand, Lexus had the advantage but people remember the events during this time and will only come to bite them when the buyers have the advantage. Lexus eventually sold our traded in vehicle with a couple grand profit but just FYI, the initial Lexus trade in value compared to their sale value had an offset of $10,000.We as a family had spent a substantial amount of money with Lexus but guess our loyalty didn t matter. Wife and I decided that we will buy from other Lexus dealer or even other brands and no longer buy from Lexus of Tulsa.Service wise, they still have our business and they do a good job. I just acquired my 7th Lexus, all from Lexus of Tulsa. I have worked with Aaron and Joel for all of my cars. I cannot begin to express how amazing it is to work with these guys! My 4th purchase from Lexus of Tulsa , 2nd time dealing with Randall Horton. He is a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about Lexus vehicles. I would recommend him to any of my family and friends. The 2024 RX350 has many updates from the 2017 I traded in. Efforts to make this vehicle safer to drive are noticeable. Beautiful SUV.

Steve at Lexus of Tulsa was awesome to work with. I found the vehicle I wanted online, but it didn t have pictures yet, when I called the dealership he was very friendly and answered all my questions right away. I went in for a test drive and he was very nice to work with, not pushy at all. I decided on the vehicle a week later and he had been in communication back and forth and was very easy to contact. The buying process was very quick and Steve had the vehicle ready for me just as I had requested. The finance team was also very pleasant to work with. I would recommend Steve and Lexus of Tulsa to anyone. Thank you for being so friendly and making my purchase easy.

This was an excellent car buying experience! Our salesman Colton was awesome and went out of his way to make sure we got the car we wanted. He was patient, kind and helpful! The finance department was very professional and went through everything that we had questions about. We even received a follow up from the tech guy to see if we had any questions about the car.We highly recommend that you shop Lexus of Tulsa for your next vehicle!

I had an excellent experience with Randall and the team at Lexus of Tulsa. I was able to take my time looking at all of the available options and never felt pressure to make one decision vs another. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Plus they have plenty of excellent perks available to Lexus owners!

Hi I give the dealer a five star only because after talking to them for about a a month on a truck they had for sale.Also going throw two different sale people and having to talk to the general sale manger about the price of the truck. the GSM finally agree on a price.The general sale guy Todd was real nice. Also Steve my sale guy was super nice compared to the last guy. They are also working with me to get a couple thing for the truck that was missing also. Love the truck. If you want to buy a used vehicle or new vehicle from them. talk to Steve Wolfe or Todd Morrison the GSM. Both real nice people.

This is the first time at the Lexus Of Tulsa dealership also was very happy with finance Zach Pinney, he was my guy wasn t pushy explain everything on my satisfaction only detail before delivery on my new 2023 Lexus GX 460 inside the back door was scuffed and dust all over Was getting too late my wife don t like to drive in the dark. My salesman went through the process quickly he said have another delivery we was ready to leave. He had to call someone to put the gas in the vehicle. I wasn t too happy about that overall so so process After the sale my salesperson Randall Horton no follow up call to see everything s OK or have any kind of questions about the new vehicle overall could be better. My wife is very happy with her new Lexus GX 460.

I've been using the Lexus Service Department ever since I bought my LS460 about 6 years ago. Service and repairs have always been reasonably affordable and hassle-free with no shortage of convenient services and professionalism. We recently chose to buy my husband a Lexus also for the sole reason that service and repairs on my Lexus have been so convenient and hassle-free. My sister who owns a new Cadillac Escalade is having major issues getting service scheduled at a reasonable time, and, they won't allow her to reserve a loaner car. Listening to the issues she's having made me have a new appreciation for my Lexus Service Department. They really do go above and beyond even compared to other long-standing premium dealerships. Thanks Lexus, maybe I'll get my sister out that Cadillac soon enough!

Actually, my wife and I drove to Lexus of Tulsa just to look after work with no intention of making a purchase. We drove our 1999 Ford Explorer to ensure no salesperson would waste their time with us. To our surprise, Karen, the nicest, most professional and humble person ever, came out, asked us a few questions, showed us a vehicle which we took for a test drive. Somewhere on the test drive we lost our mind, returned to the dealership and bought it on the spot!First class folks, operation and customer service! From this day forward we won t purchase another vehicle anywhere else!

After our local Lexus dealership couldn t find us what we wanted we tried Lexus of Tulsa and Thomas was on it! He was able to find us the RZ we wanted and Joel in finance was great too. Will definitely be keeping them in mind for future car purchases.

I m very excited by my experience to work with Lexus! In these hard time when you cannot buy a car just whenever you come, and have to wait for sometime, the team provided me a car in a very short time! I like that the process from the very beginning was very clear and understandable. From the first time I came into the dealership I was met by chief manager. The financial specialist Zach is a professional of his job. I am driving and enjoying my new car! The company has a special person who is just explaining you options in a your vehicle and how to handle with all options of the computer and everything else.If they would include ceramic coating option into the loan that would be great.

I love my new car!!! But most importantly, I will never again hate the thought of going to a car dealership again. Van and Zach opened my eyes to a whole new experience with buying a car. From the time I walked in until I drove off the lot. I went in with my own financing and didn t even use it. I got a better deal than with my Credit Union. I will never go anywhere else.
