A friend highly recommended Lazar, and I'm so glad they did. Despite being busy, the team at Lazar was kind and helpful. They changed the oil of my Honda and provided me with a list of repairs that my car needs, along with a recommended timeline. I appreciated that they did not pressure me to get any repairs done, nor did they use scare tactics to convince me. On the contrary, Jerry provided exceptional customer service, and the mechanic who checked my car took the time to show me directly in the car what he was referring to. Thank you Lazar Imports!

Currently my favorite mechanic. I service all 3 of my vehicles with them. I even bought a vehicle they were selling on behalf of another customer of theirs.A trustworthy mechanic is worth their weight on gold. Lazar Imports is just such a mechanic.

The folks at Lazar are very professional and do good work. The only reason I gave four stars is because they couldn't find the root cause of a transmission failure we encountered, but they did find an unhooked connector for our cooling fan which we're grateful for. (Another shop later found an intermittent transmission code that indicated an internal failure.) Lazar's mechanic also found another shop didn't fully torque new motor mounts when they were replaced, and they addressed that.If you live nearby and have a Japanese vehicle, they'll treat it right. Their prices are fair, too.

Wowowow. Superb first experience today. Called on a whim this morning around 9:00 and they said bring it on over. They had my car diagnosed, fixed, and ready to head out the door by 1:00. Sway bar link replacements and a transmission flush. True hospitality from the front desk and the mechanics, and very honest. Glad I'm able to find a Tulsa mechanic that specializes in Subaru, as they truly know their stuff. I will be back for all routine maintenance and non-routine fixes.

Have been a customer here for years. I returned this morning for an evaluation of a recurring problem with a previous repair at this shop. Briefly, I was told untruthfully that I had been informed that this previous repair would probably not work. If true, I would not have spent over $600 to authorize the repair . In summary, I was told to return to the dealer and rudely dismissed.

Overall great shop if you wanna try to work on your own car though just make sure you let them know any they are usually really good at accommodating you and setting you up to fix your own car or take over if you get in over your heAd

This place seems very honest and quick repairs! The woman that works at the desk is very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable.I went somewhere else (don carlton honda) and they quoted me 3600 for a repair and then I went here to Lazar and they quoted me only 1800 if they decided they diagnoses was the same. it turned out it didn't even need the repairs that the other shop told me. I ended up walking out only paying 700 and that included the brakes I've been needing for a while now.Now my car runs smoothly and I don't have to worry about it anymore and they told me about my back tires being old and I was already aware about it.I will definitely be back here one day!

Update (9/2022)- Sad to have to update this review, but I've called on two recent occasions now and the guy who picks up tries to diagnose my car over the phone and this time was sort of condescending about it. I asked for a pretty routine service and was questioned why I *thought* I needed it, then told me they don't have time for it anyway. Last time I called about a light on my dash and he fully convinced me (over the phone) my engine was going to fail that and I should not drive my 2017 vehicle anywhere. I'm glad he scared me off that time, because all I had to do was replace a $90 sensor.Wanted to find a good mechanic for my first Subaru and I'm so glad I called this place. I first spoke with them at 7:30 am, and by 3:30 pm that same day my car was ready to be picked up. Great customer service. Wish I'd known about Lazar Imports when I had my Toyota! They are my family Mechanic. Truly honest people who really go the extra mile to help out. Their prices really reflect the kind of service you will receive from them. I really appreciate that. Its best to pay a little extra but know you are being treated fear and honest.

Lazar is filled with knowledgeable people who go out of their way to help you understand the repairs needed to get you car on the road and if some repairs can wait. I have been going here for over 10 years and have always been extremely happy with my service. You will not be dissatisfied.

Had a faulty EMS box and needed an oil change, $522 for it all which isn t bad!!Everyone is amazing, respectful, and helpful!Very cute dog who likes banana chips as well!!

I went to the dealership for an airbag light and was shocked at how much they quoted ($8,000). Lazar was able to work with me to obtain a used seat which worked perfectly and cost way less. Fantastic service, honest and reliable people. If they don't service your specific car or problem, they'll recommend those they trust to get the job done right. Professionally ran operation. We'll been taking our cars them for years. No other place I'd go. Highly recommended.

The most honest and helpful repair shop I've ever been to. The woman at the front desk gives good advice and has confidently identified most issues I've encountered on my Honda. And since they keep their pets at the shop this is obviously a quality business

I appreciate Lazar very much. Great customer service and knowledgable staff. They get my vehicle in and when diagnosed they call me to discuss, repaired and back to me as soon as possible. Very fair. Very honest.

They may have improved since 2015 but then they put used bearings in the wheel of my sister's Honda I ended up having too fix it

I have taken my Honda/Toyota to them since moving here in 2002. They have always taken EXCELLENT care of me & my cars. I love them. I trust them. They always tell me if something is a must do or if it can wait (money is sometimes tight).

Friendly people, with heavy work load. Even doing a temporary repair until they can get my car scheduled in for permanent repair. I've been satisfied with them for years. Wouldn't go elsewhere.
