Service the way it should be.Had to bring my Discovery 5 in for the recall and Land Rover Tulsa went above and beyond (get it!) to take care of this item along with a couple of other things and even worked with my 3rd party Extended Warranty to ensure everything was taken care of. They also know how to properly wash a car too! They are not the closest to me but I shall be back and may even take a peak at some 110s they may have also :)

Rafael and Daniel were amazing! This was the BEST vehicle buying experience we have ever had! From ordering, to making final changes, to financing, to delivery everyone was great! Daniel the finance manager & Jack the salesman wrote one of the worst deals when I purchased the Range Rover. I traded in my Mercedes,they gave me auction price but then sold it on the lot for full price leaving me 20K in the RED.Daniel never explained the deal to me correctly,he pushed it through quickly with a 11.9 interest rate.Also charged me 23K MORE THAN THE RANGE ROVER WAS WORTH.BE CAREFUL IF YOU VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.I suggest not visiting.

My check in was great, felt very taken care of and felt like the gentleman who took in my vehicle ( this was the 1st time having my new car serviced) heard me and the issues that I felt like I was having. When I came back to pick up my car, I was not as impressed. I did not get the same service rep who was so nice. I was asked if I could be helped by someone else and told them I was there to get my car and he began to get everything together but told me they couldn t make or duplicate any of the problems I was having because he put his phone in their and had someone else and it works fine, and made me feel very dismissed. This is my first Range Rover and would he have spoken to me like that if my husband had brought it in?, I don t think so, but I was made to feel like I was somewhat stupid without him saying it. My car is still experiencing the same issues as before I brought it to the dealership, so obviously something is going on with connectivity. 3 stars only cause the guy who checked me in was great to me!

Not happy with service at all. I was told i needed a software update. Waited 3 weeks for a simple software update. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning. Was told by Corey they would contact me by the end of the day. No call at all until the next evening and was told they couldn't do it. Still charged 205 dollars

Had some trouble with roadside assistance that was completely unacceptable! Called Tulsa Land Rover and they took care of me and my car. Fixed the situation very quickly and professionally. Sales and service are both top notch!

I had an unbelievably bad experience with this dealership. After being offered a vehicle for trade and AFTER the finance department running my credit .. the manager who was not even there called and notifies the dealership I was not going to be allowed to purchase the vehicle.BUYER BEWARE!!!!!this would have been my fourth deal with this dealership in 18 months.This dealership is not trustworthy. proceed with caution

Land Rover Tulsa has the best customer service. They worked on my car full service in less than 2 hours below the estimated time. Free snacks and soft drink in the Lobby. Staffs are comforting and helpful.

He listened attentively to my concerns about my vehicle and took the time to explain the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand.Throughout the process, Corey kept me updated on the progress of the repairs and made sure that I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my vehicle. His professionalism and attention to detail were truly impressive, and I felt confident that my vehicle was in good hands.In addition to his technical expertise, Corey's customer service skills were outstanding. He was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Range Rover service was a positive one. My wife and I have been range rover shopping for her all year, looked at a few cars here, jack was great in sales. This review is for the SERVICE department. After finding a year old certified pre owned in a different state because the selection at Tulsa sucks, we had an issue with the electric fan on a disco sport with 17k miles on it a few days after getting the vehicle. Called the Tulsa location, they said they could look at it Oct 4, this was August 14th! Took the car to them August 15 to see if they could work it in because who pays out the nose for a new car and the AC don't work when its 100 degrees out! Of course they are all out of loaner cars too! They probably save them for all the jaguar and defender owners! So they finished the car August 30th. The car had 30 more miles on it then when we brought it in, was almost out of gas, dirty inside, floorboard, seat etc, radio was half way up, even had a grease stain on the new leather seat! Looks as if the mechanic took it for a joy ride, not a test drive!!! Bad experience for a new first time Land rover customer! beware of the service department!The only good part of the experience was Andy and his communication, the rest of the service department needs work!Reply to owner: 9/6/23. hello brian thanks for the prompt reply.I have jacks number and have numerous text messages ranging from may 17th to June 7th from him if you would like to see them. We test drove 2 cars the day we met him, an evoque and a discovery sport and your selection was very limited. Since your a top ten dealership you must have had to many customers for your salesmen to remember us then. By the looks of the service reviews I am not the only one who was not happy with your service. I get that parts delays are a frustrating issue but that seems like something a top ten dealership could do something about, with expedited shipping, factory assistance etc. And as to the condition of the car it was spotless when we received it and drove it for 4 days before the fan issue and definitely appreciate you working it in. We would have definitely preferred to buy local unfortunately you didn't have what we were looking for. There used to be some dealers that used paper floor mats, seat covers etc, guess that's a thing of the past. Maybe you should consider using the paper protectors again since it takes two 15 mile trips to get a vehicle up to operating temperature.

Land Rover of Tulsa sold me a Range Rover Sport that is CPO'd and that underwent a 165 point inspection. I wired them the funds a week before picking up the car and I was assured that the car was operating properly. Upon flying to Tulsa and picking up the car, it has come to my attention that the car is shaking badly when applying the breaks.Rafael, the salesperson tried to convince me that this shaking was normal at high speeds. Then, Tim, the sales manager, assured me that the issue is a bent wheel and he offered to give me $500 to fix it at a later date. As it turned out, the issue is not a bent wheel and requires much more substantial repairs that the dealership claims I need to take care of.Land Rover of Tulsa misrepresented the condition of the car in order to get me to purchase it. They will not take any responsibility.They have completely taken advantage of me and for that reason, I do not recommend anyone doing business with them.

Had some recall service work done for the day. John took great care of me, provided a great courtesy Jaguar, and allowed me to work from their customer lounge for the afternoon. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, fixed my vehicle up, cleaned the interior, and topped me off with a fresh tank of gas. Good people and product.

From sales to finance to the delivery & handover, my experience was great! Rupy & Mr. Honnold took care of me! They both have a lot of patience & no pressure. And I love my new car! LR Tulsa makes you want to be a repeat customer!
