I stumbled upon Lalo s after trying to get my tired service from 4 other shops, but everyone quoted me a 1-2 hour wait time. Finally, I asked the gentleman at Jiffy Lube what other shop he would recommend, and he directed me to Lalos. I went in and was taken care of immediately, in and out, within 30 minutes, with affordable pricing. Lalo s more of a smaller business but the quality and service is better than these more prominent corporate companies.

Very easy website laid out very nice I think if you re looking for custom wheels, this is probably the place I am ready to get my new rims and this is where I m going to get them from lalos custom wheels

BUYER BEWARE!!! Horrible quality tires!! Just bought a set of wheels and tires that were supposedly quiet we took the girls word for it and they were completely opposite. EXTREMELY LOUD TIRE and they refuse to give us our money back or make it right.the worst customer service I have ever had from this place! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY

They had a great deal on some decent tires and last minute I decided to go down and check them out and replace two tires that were needing attention. I was promptly greeted and not much longer they were installing tires on my rims. The price was right and no complaints with service. I am actually here now 2 months later replacing the other two tires that I didn't originally replace, and the service was just as good as last time. I'll definitely be back when I need more 245/35r20's.

I bought a set of tires they were so bad they went flat first day, they are nice until you ask for a refund. Find a better place to get tires.

I felt they where very helpful.Im not that happy with the tire. Buts it's all they had. I was in a bind. Rolling 24 inch and plus it's well costly and you better be ready to get dirty when it comes to cleaning your wheels. But God bless Lalos and family. I have more tires ordered so we shall see what further business brings.

Really great guys who know their stuff. Very quick in and out tire replacement. New and used tires. Very affordably priced. And they can speak English also. High-end rims available also.

Great place to get a good set of tires and rims, I was looking for something nice for my truck and the staff was very helpful and gave me a good price. was in and out within a hour, and they loaded my old set on ti my truck. Great place!

Needed a tire plugged(it was 2:46p they closed at 3) I called and asked if they would stay open just 10 mins past and that I was on my way. She agreed. (I was thankful!) I had run over a nail, had great thread still but it was and had been some time FLAAAT! A plug cost $7 @ Lalo's in Tulsa. Fast work too!! Love this place, Thanks P.J.

What they did today with me, I would have given them 0 stars if I could. I bought a spare tire and my front right tires from them 2 weeks ago. And these guys first of all sold me the wrong size spare tire and then never told me there returning policies that day. On top of that, she was trying to tell me that I am wrong and it's being more than 4 weeks now. I tried to prove her that but she did not agree. Recently, I found the right size tire and I went to return that but she said she never gave me deal and that day her wording was as follows " whenever you will bring my spare tire back, I will refund your money" but today she is like I don't remember it! On top of that, she did not even find me on her register and she was not able to pull up the work which was performed that day. I went there with someone recommendation but I DO NOT recommend this place at all because they don't even know how to deal with their new customers!

Review pending out come for reimbursetment to repairs of front end damage. Caused from improper tightening of the lug nuts. Resulting in loss of wheel while driving. Very fortunate no one was hurt. However the same cannot be said for my vehicle. Awaiting a decision from the owner. As to whether or not I call my Attorney, Channel 2 News works for you, the Better Busniess Bureau, and the Oklahoma Corporation Commision. All in all my experience with them was not bad. Fair pricing, from arrival to out the door took less than thirty minutes. They were professional at the time of instal.

Rolled in with a bolt in my tire which was almost completely deflated. 15 mins later they had be back on the road with a used tire. I was on a break from work so I definitely appreciate the speedy service!
