I brought my car to get an estimate for a small repair. They were able to take my car back right then and fix it. While we waited, they gave my two young kids crayons and papers to use. They were all so friendly and they ve secured me as a returning customer should I need any body or paint repairs.

We are very pleased with the outcome of repairs and body work on our truck! Not only did they give us our truck back much better than we dropped it off (thanks to whoever rear ended us), they took the time to detail our truck too. After being ghosted by the first body shop that I had an appointment with, I was referred to Karoll Martin by another shop who couldn t get to me. They did an amazing job on my car. They also fought with my insurance company at least twice and won. My car came back like new and I m so thankful that I ended up with them. Shannon, Ryan and everyone else were open, honest and great to communicate with. I would give them a 10 if I could!!Services: Full body wash, Electrical, Body & Trim

My car was side swiped. When I came to pick up my car, it was back too new!! I was so happy. They cleaned it inside. Looked and smelt new. They also waxed and polished my car. In the 2023 straight wind storm, a tree fell on my F150 Platinum. Damaging the roof, hood, windshield, dash, two quarterpanels and a roof post. One shop said there was to damage for their capabilities. Karoll Martin took the truck and handed it back to me looking like it did off the showroom floor. The owner walked me out to inspect the truck and made sure I approved. Thanks again to the team at Karoll Martin!

Karoll Martin Paint and Body was recommended to me by no less than 3 completely unrelated friends. So much better than the bigger shops that herd you in and herd you out. Doug, Shannon, and the others there treat you and your car as an individual. The auto body work goes without saying professionals in all that they do. But what I really appreciate about them? How they helped me with the insurance company. The adjuster took one look at the photos and said "totaled". Karoll Martin took the time to send the insurance company an exhaustive list of all the extras on my car - a true and complete list and helped so much with the "formula" that insurance companies use to try and cover less than "full" cost of repair. (usually around 60%). With Karoll Martin's help, the insurance company did pay enough to cover all of the repairs - and my car is looks great! (Other people asked me who did the work - they know what it looked like after the accident) They did so much more than other paint and body shops I've worked with. Honest, hard-workng, professional people. They are the ONLY shop in Tulsa from where I sit.Services: Body & Trim, Auto detailing, Paint repair

I HIGHLY recommend Karoll Martin Paint and Body. I am very particular about my Lexus and when a lady backed into me I was devastated. Shawn assured me that he would make my car look new again. The paint on my car is hard to match and Shawn went above and beyond to make it perfect for me. I got my car back and he of course exceeded my expectations. Had a fender bender and had to have my bumper repaired. Karoll Martin Paint and Body made my bumper look brand new!!! Also an unexpected surprise was a full detail of my truck when I picked it up...so clean I almost didn't recognize it. Top notch and will HIGHLY recommend!!! Couldn't be happier. Both times I've used Karoll Martin to repair my car, they've done a fantastic job. I liked that they dealt with the insurance company to get the repairs done. They were very professional and timely. The body work is outstanding and they detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up. Very impressed with them both times. Would highly recommend.

Karoll Martin was recommended by 2 different people in that industry, we took our mercedes there to have a repair completed from an accident. When i picked up the car i inspected the work and it looked great. As i was driving home i thought to myself "I should have had them fix the chip in the front panel while they had the paint color" When i parked in the garage i happened to look at the chip and they fixed it without me asking. They really do deserve a 5 star review and we will use them again if the need arises, everything was perfect!

The best repair shop I ve ever visited!! I m so pleased with the level of caring, honesty, and treatment toward customers.I have 2 old cars (16 years) with bender fender. Other shops estimation were over the top!! However, when I brought to Karoll Martin Paint&Body, they took a look and fixed for me free of charge.. wow!! Shocking is an understatement.I know Karoll Martin Paint&Body will be my mechanic for life.Anyway, highly highly recommend!!Service: Body & Trim

I do not usually brag on a business but I took my car in with a dented fender and they did everything they said they would. They did not try to raise their estimated quote and got it back to me when promised. They even had it so clean that I think I might just keep it. Great friendly, excellent service. Karoll Martin did an excellent job on my Nissan Rogue. My car was hit in a rear-end collision and required repairs. Karoll Martin was referred to me by a friend, and they did not disappoint. Shawn is the best in the business. He found damage that other bodyshops did not find, and was able to get everything approved through the other party's insurance. They always provided updates and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend!!

Recently had them repair our brand new Honda Odyssey that had a minor accident. They did a top notch job replacing the entire back lift gate and bumper and the paint matching is spot on. Someone at church accidently backed into my car and left a small chip in the paint after we wiped off the scratch marks. I took it into Karoll Martin to see if it could be fixed. They looked at it right away and gave me an option to make it look like new but also offered an option to just touch it up and make the area barely noticeable. I had them touch it up and they did it right away in 20 minutes and wouldn't let me pay them anything for it! I would highly recommend them for any paint repair needs. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and kind!Service: Paint repair
