Good place I guess they could do better . Took my bike to get a coolant flush done and now I have 2 missing bolts to my fairing and also have bolts falling out now also. Could have told me about the missing bolts unless they fell out to without time knowing but still . That s should have been an easy well done job . Other then that no complaints. Hopefully they do better .

Amazing customer service, these people had the best price on Yamaha in state of Oklahoma. No gimmicks I will recommend this place also this is my first time buying a motorcycle and they explained everything. And they loaded the motorcycle to the trailer too

Awsome service department. Needed a tire mounted and I was in and out quickly.I had called another shop in town and they Said it might be the following day before 6pm.K&N came through for me thanks Nic for helping me out

They have a Dyno and a Dyno Technician. Floor staff was friendly, and Travis in Service was very helpful and actually called/text to keep me informed on my position on the waiting list. Then called when they were ready for my bike K&N did a great job and solved my poor running issue. Its like a new bike with the new map they built for it. They charge fair prices for Dyno time. Bike Runs great now. Thank You

I've never dealt with service or sales. I only go for parts but the customer service in the parts department is phenomenal. Friendly, knowledge, and always a great attitudes. It's always the same 2 guys.

I purchased a Yamaha Stryker over the weekend. If you need a bike, this is the place you need to go. The staff is amazing! They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and know there stuff. Service department is the best around. Its a mistake to buy anywhere else!

These people are so nice and honest. I flew in to buy a new bike from them & drove it over 600 miles home the same day. It was that much cheaper! Melissa has the patience of Job, answering all of my unending questions. If you have the chance to buy from them, they will do you right.

Best experience ever! I bought a new Yamaha FJR1300 from them. They didn't gouge on the price, and were perfectly up-front about everything. The bike needed some touching up to repair some shipping damage from Yamaha, and we arranged a date/time; they were ready, prioritized it, and got it all done perfectly quickly. Great people!

Pat and nick are great and always willing to help, great customer service experience all around. Only thing I could say is depending on where your parts are ordered from it may take a couple weeks to get them in, if they dont have them on hand. But I will definitely be back in the future if I need some advice or help.

Had tire mounted a few months ago on cbr600f4 charged 50 dollars and they scratched the wheel up that was in perfect condition. Won't ever go there again.

Kyle was very professional and personable . He got us in and out with our TW200 purchase and made sure we knew all about the motorcycle before we left. Not only that, he found some straps to sell us when my husband forgot our's 2 hours from home! Thanks Kyle and K&N !!

Took in a wheel and purchased a new tire. I was surprised that I was charged an extra 40 for mount and balance after purchasing the tire from them. I called several places looking for that specific tire. Seems like the other places I called were willing to waive the mount and balance fee if I purchased the tire through them. However. K & N was the only place that had my tire in stock!

Kyle has been great to work with! This has been the best experience buying a vehicle I have had in a long time. I live south of OKC and worked with all of the dealers in the area and as far south as Dallas. I was happy to drive 2 hours to give them my business. I highly recommend doing business with them if at all possible!

I had a great experience. I wish we had folks like the folks at K&N in my hometown.Kyle was upfront, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions about the bike I was interested in. Now that I've ridden it a few days, it is living up to all he told me.I had a long trip to pick up the bike and I ran late. Kyle and Pat stayed a little while after closing to close out the sale and give me the bike. But more than that they lent me a ramp to load it up, helped me tie it down better than I could have done and even sold me the straps I needed to do it.Pat and Kyle are awesome and If I ever move to Tulsa, I know who I'm going to do business with.

They had the needle float valve for my Yamaha. Since they sale only Yamaha products and accessories. Parts dept was fantastic and very knowledgeable on any Yamaha product. Thank you for being a very helpful store ladies.

Great customer service and awesome pricing! I recently purchased a new motorcycle with K&N that had to be shipped and they were able to answer all of my questions and had great communication. I had positive interactions with each of the staff members I met, highly recommend!

What has happened to customer service?I have called 3 different times and talked to 3 different sales people in an attempt to buy a new bike and not one of the 3 has returned my call. I know, shame on me for calling back the 2nd time no less the 3rd. Off to OKC.

You never know how a shop will do after going through a new ownership and I m happy to say that this shop is flourishing. They still have the same reliable crew with Pat running the parts department and josh running service. Mellissa is the new owner and she will great you at the door with knowledge and a smile just like Lucy did for all those years.

Being the closest Yamaha dealer to my location, I didnt have a lot of other options other than some of the 3rd party ATV repair places. To my surprise, the staff was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable when it came down to the YFZ450 I purchased recently. I knew it didn't run when I made the purchase but I couldn't pass up the price. Unlike other dealers I've visited prior, they didn't just tell me to "bring it in". They spent the time with me to answer all my questions and give me some great guidance on this ATV that had been in some water and hasn't run in who knows how long. Even the service department which has a waitlist spent more than ample time on the phone and in person with me to help me out. I did end up taking the bottom end to them for a semi-seized rod bearing which will hopefully be completed soon. Definitely going to start here when I decide to stop buying the non running ones and step my game up.

Took my old farm Kawasaki 'mule' in. It no longer ran and wouldn't shift.These people were extremely helpful , and very knowledgeable . They didn't just repair it. They did it CHEAPER than I thought. It runs and shifts better than it EVER DID! Thank you K & N. Not many places offer your kind of terrific service any more.
