i was previously looking on the we site to buy a new car and the one that had stood out to me was the Toyota Camry TRD 2024!! Benjamin Lineback contacted me and began helping me with the process of finding the vehicle. it is a hard car to come by and he did it! he was ableto get me one and i only had to wait 3 weeks for it! he was very respectful, kind, and professional. he responded quickly to any questions I had and made sure that I knew as much as i could about the car! overall I love my brand new car :) and the salesmen and people who helped get everything in order were amazing. Benjamin deserves a raise! yes a very good salesmen.

The keyless locking mechanism on my tailgate went out and was covered under warranty, so I took it to Jim Norton to have the warranty work done. They ordered the wrong part the first time and were supposed to call me within a few days when the correct part came in. They did not call me and it was right around Christmas and New Year s time so I was busy and didn t have time to contact them to see if the part had come in. I called them a few weeks into January and left a message with my name and number to give me a call back to see if the part was in and I never received a call. I had to call back another week later and finally got a hold of my service rep that could actually tell me the part was in and I got scheduled to have it fixed. when I brought my truck to have the part replaced under warranty I did not check it when I had it picked up which was a mistake. When I got home and looked at it, they had put the screw that holds the locking mechanism through the tailgate handle cover and didn t tell me and I know that they had to see it because it was blatantly obvious. I called them and told them what had happened and I did not get an apology. I didn t get much of anything except for they will order the part and replace it which I did not want them to to do because I didn t trust them not to damage my truck again. The service rep told me that either him or the supervisor would be calling me Tuesday when the part came in and I never received a call from either one. I had to make a call Friday evening to talk to someone to make sure that the part was in so I could go pick it up. When I picked it up, the supervisor was there, but did not even come over and talk to me did not offer an apology did not offer me a free service or anything to try to rectify it. Also, the times I took my truck there for the Toyota care for the first two years there was a couple of times when I picked up my truck that they had left the hood open slightly where I had to go push it down to fully close it. I just don t understand how the technician didn t notice it before he pulled the car out and I don t know how the person that pulled the truck around when I came to pick it up didn t notice it

Today we bought a used car here and had a fantastic experience. Kareem was our dealer and we enjoyed the whole experience that he gave us. He gave us space when we needed space he answered questions from answer questions, and it felt like a very honest transaction.Once we got home we realized the price we paid was about a couple 1000$ more than the day before on Car Gurus. So when we came in the day before showing interest they increased the price and when we asked for them to go lower the next day they said they couldn t, which was a lie. Just make sure you see the lowest price on the car gurus and make sure that is the price they are quoting you. I got a little to wrapped up in the mess of buying the car to notice the price. It took me relooking after we had already purchased to realize what had happened.We also had our child with us and it didn t seem to love anyone that she was there. They made her a part of the experience. Knuckles all around. Thanks so much for a great car. Buying experience from a family who hates buying cars.

I am moving for work, and I needed a new car to get me to and from. I walked in and Brian helped me check out a few different vehicles I had in mind. I had issues fitting in some of them so he showed me other options that would fit my height better, and by the end of it, I had decided on the Camry Hybrid XSE. Love it! I really appreciated him and the additional help I received there.

I Purchased my 2024 Terra Trd pro from this dealer. My sales person Benjamin, was super polite, and answered all my questions while I was waiting on my 4runner! Best of all, no markups, add ons, just msrp and awesome customer service! I will purchase through you guys again! The customer service manager was friendly and relied on the information from the mechanic who stated I would need to replace my entire overhead console (sunglass door wouldn t close and was not aligned). After finding out their prognosis and that it would cost $1000, and the warranty I bought from them which was supposed to cover everything didn t cover it, I took it off myself where the plastic tab had just been pushed out. I put the tab back and it worked good as new.If you don t need them for warranty work I d definitely get a second opinion before giving them any money.

I drove 150 miles to pick up my perfect 2024 Toyota Tundra. Jose Landeros met me at the dealership. He brought out the great truck and showed me all the details, although I was to awe struck to pay a lot of attention due to the awesomeness of the experience. Had to wait awhile and he got me a slice of pizza. The Finance Manager, Bobby Jolin was kind and helpful. I saved a lot of dollars from what I was quoted from multiple dealerships in Kansas. Oklahoma has a diamond here. I will be doing my future purchases of vehicles from here. Although I don t see another vehicle for me forever.

I had a wonderful experience at the Jim Norton Toyota dealership and especially from the service representative, David Holmes, who was not only very professional but polite and an interesting conversationalist!Routine preventative service and B/G treatments can seem boring but David gave me a reason to continue to come back to the Jim Norton service center.Trust your Toyota to this team of professionals and you will be pleasantly surprised!

Overall my satisfaction with this dealership has been mediocre. Frank, my sales guy, was amazing and quite knowledgeable on the Tundra I had bought. Debbie, the front desk lady, was quite sweet and patient with me. However, the financial department was abysmal, they were one of the worst group of people to deal with. If it weren t for the help of Chad, I would not be writing this mid level review. I truly believe the people in the financial department need to humble themselves and not be pushy or disrespectful towards customers who are willing to buy $60,000+ vehicles from them.I will say definitely check Jim Norton out but do be careful when it comes to dealing with the finance department and be willing to get up and leave if they are disrespectful towards you too.

Great experience! In and out in 5 hours to do a trade and purchase my new 2024 Camry. The went down on cost by several thousand dollars. Wilford Friday is the man to see! He will do the best he can for you!

Tried to buy a plain company truck for 5 months and was giving the run around after every promise. Gave them money to get started and had to make them mad after 5 months of unfulfilled promises to get my money back. I really believe the Toyota would have been a good company truck but I will never enter the dealership again. Had a truck found of a different brand for a really good deal and Jim Norton promised me I would get a truck in less than 3 months that day so I waited 5 month to not get a truck and cost the company about $8000 more than if I would have never entered the dealership. I would pick negative stars if possible. You can t believe anything they tell you.

Auston Foster is the man! I had a rare and memorable series of unfortunate automotive events to start 2024. Thankfully, I purchased a service warranty when I bought my used Ford Escape from Jim Norton Toyota several years ago. I was assigned to Auston by chance when calamity hit the first time, requiring a new tire. Auston got the job done. I didn t pay a dime for the tire. Six weeks, four visits, two more events, and two more tires later, Auston championed me. And when I would have been convinced I was trying to scam the system, Auston fought the system on my behalf, and again, I never paid dime for the tires the warranty promised, even when I came crawling back three days after a previous install to replace the very brand new tire that had lost a battle with a pot hole just south of 61st on Sheridan. Jim Norton Toyota customer service has remained true to me. And Auston is now a friend. 5 Stars for integrity. 5 Stars for customer loyalty. 5 Stars for Auston Foster, a champion of those fortunate enough to be assigned to such a man as he.

Where do I even begin? I purchased a new Camry on 3/11/24. The whole process has been an ordeal. I wanted certain things on my car that is an upgrade so to speak, so I put a payment down to reserve the car and the spec sheet that was sent to me about this car said one price. When the car came in they increased the price of it $5,000 more than what the original spec sheet said. We told them we didn't want to pay over a certain amount and the salesman said super snarky, so you are wanting an additional $5,000 off and we said no we are only asking for $3,000 off since the spec sheet said something else. Mind you, this is the third Camry that I have purchased from this dealer. I also told them that I didn't want the windows tinted and that I would just get them tinted myself since they never tint them dark enough for my liking. Of course they tinted them anyways. I asked them to remove the tint and they said they wouldn't. The salesman told me to just get a heat gun and use some elbow grease to take it off. Who says that to a customer?? When I went to the back to do the financing the person doing my paperwork went to sell me warranties and told me that the only way I can get the interest rate they were offering was to accept them. An additional almost $6,000 later.....Come to find out that is completely ILLEGAL and they are not supposed to tell customers that. I called to cancel and sent the signed paperwork to them. I have emailed and called to verify that they received the paperwork so I can get the refunded warranties amount sent to my lender to decrease the balance on my car note. Still haven't heard back. I have also called and left messages about where the paperwork to get my tag is and never get a return call. Thank God the temporary tags in Oklahoma are now 60-day tags. I am over this dealership and will most likely NEVER use them again. I will take my business elsewhere. Also while I was there the salespeople met with their managers I am assuming and got the biggest butt chewing I have seen. This happened both times I was there. They disciplined their staff in front of God and everybody. You are supposed to discipline in private and praise in public. I was so embarrassed for them. They kept talking about their numbers and what they needed to do to sell more cars. Try being a little nicer once in awhile. Hopefully this helps other people chose a different dealership to take their business to!

DO NOT PURCHASE TIRES HERE! Purchased tires here on multiple cars for the convenience and free rotations advertised. Have had multiple rotations in the past and today I was charged for balancing. The whole reason I used Jim Norton Toyota for tires was for the free rotation and balancing. COSTCO offers free balancing and rotation, don t be fooled by Jim Norton Toyota s misleading advertisements for purchasing tires here. Now every time I need tires rotated for free I am stuck with a $30 balancing fee that I was never told I would be charged. My three Toyotas will now be serviced elsewhere.

This review is quite challenging to write. As loyal auto buyers, we have mostly purchased from two dealerships in the past 35 years. However, this time my husband decided to buy a Tundra truck which led us to Jim Norton. The salesperson was wonderful and we were quite happy with the deal we got.However, things got complicated when we had to deal with the finance department. Even though the truck was not being financed, the finance manager made it difficult for us and almost jeopardized the deal for reasons that were not clear to us. It was frustrating to deal with his confusing demands and unnecessary delays.The deal finally went through, but the whole experience was more stressful than it should have been, because of the finance manager.** UPDATE ** Car was paid in cash and it took them three weeks and several calls to pay off the trade. Again, the deal we received was great. Finance department is horrible.

I have not had a car buying purchase like this in many years. Frank is 100000% the best salesman I ve ever worked with. Kind and genuine. Paid attention to details on cars that I ve owned before to find my perfect fit. I can not thank him enough for outstanding customer service he provided. Loving my new Crown! Thanks for letting me love shopping for a new car again. Will be back in the far future and send many friends and family to Frank!Oh and thanks to the finance group as well they showed me the benefits of all add ons even though I don t normally purchase them it was nice to have them break it down for me. I ended up purchasing Gap. They also fought to get me the lowest rate and even beat my banks rate they could do for me. Which knowing the current rates right now was great!

I m 70 years old and I wouldn t trust my 2012 Camry to anyone else except Hunter Allen at Jim Norton. I ve never been treated so well! He s the most professional and honest service advisor I have ever dealt with. He will treat you with respect and makes sure you understand what needs to be done now and what can wait. If you want the best service he s the one!

Found a car online and texted the dealer within minutes I was connected with Thomas at the dealership. The online ad didn t have any pictures, so after providing the VIN#, he texted all the pictures and was super vigilant & efficient with his responses. I told him, I was out of State and that we d have to come pick up the car once negotiation was over. Communication from beginning to end was very clear which was super appreciated. He made it super easy and positive especially coming from out of state. Super cooperative and responsive! What a huge asset to the Jim Norton Toyota for hiring ppl like him who understand and is in concern of his customers! Thank you Thomas for making a smooth sale! I love my car! I highly recommend seeing Thomas at Jim Norton Toyota!! What a great experience!

I rented a car from Jim Norton. I arrived about 45 minutes before I was supposed to pick up the rental, and they were ready for me. I was out of there with my rental car in less than 5 minutes. That was by far the most efficient rental car process I've ever encountered.

I bought my Rava 4 from Jim Norton in Tulsa. I bought an extended warranty. I was told during the sale that cracks in the windshield would be covered. I have a crack and have left numerous message with someone always saying they will call me back . Two months have gone by with no response. Be careful from buying an automobile from them. After the sale costumer service is not up to par for a $40,000 sale. Just beware and look elsewhere. Brenda

This was my first Jim Norton experience. I have heard nothing but good about this stealership, unfortunately mine wasn't like the others. I requested to speak with management, either my request was ignored by my salesman or management is to busy to meet with customers. The finance person was very pushy trying high pressure tactics, he couldn't take no for an answer. I was wanting to add heated seats and it would all be done when I come to get. When I got the call to let me know it was ready I was told the paperwork will be ready and I would be in and out in less than 30 minutes, that was another untrue statement. When I arrived it took over 2.5 hours (just to sign paperwork) and found out at that time the heated seats were not added. I'm not sure where the communication failed but I'm nor a satisfied customer. I'll be very surprised if this review is read and taken seriously. There was a problem that the finance person made and ill explain further in detail if interested, to much to put in this comment.I gave a 1 because it will not allow me to choose less.

Auston Foster, at Jim Norton, has provided outstanding customer service. He takes the time to listen and understand the problem and helps see it through to the end. He goes above and beyond what I've experienced at other places. I had one unique experience where he put on a repaired tire after my ticket fell through the cracks and the service department had left for the day. Excellent customer service really makes a difference to me.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because 0 stars wasn't an option. My experience from top to bottom has been horrendous. Bought a new car and while signing the paperwork they locked the keys in the car, at which point they damaged the paint and scratched the interior trying to get it unlocked. The dealer said they'd fix it at their sister body shop at no cost if I called and made an appointment. After 2.5 months of calling numerous people and getting the runaround, I was finally able to get my car in to get fixed. Went to pick it up only to find out they didn't fix the scratched interior, but they said they'd order the parts and call me in a week to schedule another appointment. Several weeks go by, so I call to get an update only to find out they claim to have no idea what I'm talking about, and they don't have anything else to fix on my car. After more arguing, they finally relent, and I get my car fixed a week later (this entire process took a little over 3 months from the day I bought my car).The other fun thing about this dealership is the finance people mislead pricing of their packages. Ours told us their service package (includes several oil changes and others odds/ends) was $5 per month, but when I got all my final paperwork it was actually $10 per month. No problem, as they assured us throughout the signing process that if we changed our mind, we could simply get a refund. However, the refund process they said would take 3-4 weeks is now on week 12 with no refund and they are once again non-responsive. So I get to keep hounding them until they actually do what they said they would.The last fun thing about this dealership is anytime you call for help resolving issues like this the people that answer the phones are extremely rude and not helpful at all, which makes the entire process that much more "fun."This is the first and last Toyota I will ever purchase (and Lexus for that matter too), and I'm going to get rid of this car at the first available opportunity. If you're in the market for a new or used vehicle, I would strongly urge you to consider literally any option other than Jim Norton Toyota or any Jim Norton owned dealership. If this is how he runs his businesses, you'd be better off going elsewhere.

Purchased a vehicle here & got approved. Come to find out, I was not approved. I received a letter in the mail stating I was denied for the car loan. I later find out that the finance manager, Cole, who approved me was fired & nobody thought to look at his paperwork to make sure every customer was taken care of. I get denied because he failed to mail the paperwork to my co-signer, which is my dad. I come back to the dealership to figure out what s going on & they re trying to put me in a different loan, but I decline because I was already approved. They had absolutely no idea that I was denied & I had the car in my possession for a whole month already. I leave. I come back less than a week later to see a car. Same car, different trim. I m approved AGAIN. I take the car home, this time I m cautious because I m worried they ll screw something up again. Everything goes smoothly, until my car payment due date is coming up & again haven t received the paperwork to even register my car. I call the dealership & I m being told that I need to resubmit paperwork. Sent it, but I m furious now because here I am yet again in the same situation. I have no car loan & driving a car that s not mine again. Nobody cared to inform me that I needed to do this either, so had I not called, I wouldn t know until it would be too late. I M DENIED NOW BECAUSE THEY DON T SEND THE PAPERWORK WHEN THEY NEED TO. Now I have to worry about finding another car if they can t figure it out. Not only is my credit getting spammed with inquiries, but my dad s as well. I guess I should ve taken a hint the first time I got a car & this happened. I ve been paying for car insurance on a car that doesn t even belong to me. I positively DO NOT recommend anyone coming here for a vehicle. They ve screwed me twice now & I ll be damned if they do it again.

Extremely frustrated with my experience in service. I had an appointment at 5:00, I showed up got my oil change and left. Nobody told me anything was wrong with the car. I received an email 2 weeks later saying I declined service. I thought to myself no I didn t, and I opened the attachment. It showed my rear tires showing cords on the inside of each tire. It was so bad I left my car at work and ordered tires.I called back and left a message for the service manager. He called me 24 hours later and said he was sorry. They offered me nothing to help fix the car, help out in an alignment or anything. Seemed like he just wanted to get off the phone.I am very disappointed in the service and management in the service department. My family could have been seriously hurt or killed by an accident from blowing tires on the highway.

Bought a 2024 Highlander. Excellent salesmen. I had 2 salesmen take care of me. One was brand new. I was his first sale. His mentor was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all of my questions. The newbie was also friendly and very helpful considering he has only been in car sales for one week. My second time buying from Jim Norton. I highly recommend them.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Jim Norton Toyota. I bought my Tacoma here in Oct 2020. The JNT Service Department does an awesome job keeping my truck in great mechanical shape. I brought my truck in for its 75k service today and couldn't be happier with the experience. They sent me a link to video made by my mechanic, Skyler Wadkins, showing the condition of my truck during the multi-point inspection. My Service Manager, Austin Foster, reviewed the maintenance history and made sure that all recommended scheduled maintenance items were discussed and he gave me very accurate cost estimates for each item up front so that i was able to make a well informed on what maintenance needed to be performed. This shop has earned my business.

Traded in my 2019 Camry for a 2024 Camry! It was the most pleasant experience! I worked with Cody Eby. They gave me the perfect value on my trade, and a perfect price on the new car! The whole process was super smooth, no last minute price changes or any complications. Everyone was so personable and kind. I definitely recommend Jim Norton Toyota to everyone, specifically Cody Eby for when you re buying a new car! He s the best!

Would have been 5 stars but...1. The positive - Good deal on price,2. The Negative - The Toyota App is buggy, only has a 2.7out of 5 rating on the app store, sometime it works and then it doesn't - dealer needs to show programming audio and other functions without the app -3. Waited over an hour to get into to see finance person, shouldn't have that long of a wait if paying cash - Also there was confusion about paperwork, never was told about manufacturers certificate of origin or when it will be mailed out - found out about that when I showed up at our sates DMV to register the vehicle and then had to call salesman
