Their power went out in the servicedepartment right after they took my car into the shop. We had to do my car rental through my phone. Was a new experience for me. Without electricity almost everything came to a halt. 3 hours later when I returned to the dealership the power was still off. They couldn't give me an invoice because the computers were down. I really didn't need one. They gave me my key and we were finished.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with the Jim Norton service department. They kept me updated throughout the process. I really appreciated that they take extra care of the car they will be working on. They not only place a paper floor mat to protect the carpet, but they place plastic over the driver's seat too. That's above and beyond in my book. I highly recommend taking your Toyota to Jim Norton Toyota for service.

Outstanding service and top shelf staff. David Holmes was my Service Advisor and was the best SA that I've ever worked with. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Jim Norton is among the service companies I've ever experienced and I highly recommend them.

Excellent service visit. The Service Advisor was very competent and the entire maintenance took right at one hour to be completed. That has to be a record! In and out with no issues, they appear to have made some changes to their process.

Have bought my vehicles and had them serviced at Jim Norton since 2012. They are a great dealership with a great service department. I like the fact that several employees, in all departments, still work there. It's nice to be waited on my familiar happy faces.

Recently purchased a used Toyota and took it to Jim Norton for an issue. They were able to get me in with very little wait time, and handled the issue in just a few hours. Auston was extremely helpful in explaining everything.

With only 3315 miles on my 2024 Camry, my vehicle stopped dead on a Sunday morning immediately after a warning light came on about impending brake failure. Fortunately, I was able to get to a safe stop on a toll exit ramp and eventually towed to the Toyota dealer it came from. After two working days without my vehicle, I picked up the car (apparently a wire had come loose to the hybrid battery due to an untightened nut from the factory). After the car was fixed, I was disappointed that I didn t even get an apology for the inconvenience and what could have been a disaster on the open road but also, in the past, Jim Norton Toyota would return the repaired vehicle with an exterior wash. Perhaps they ve changed policies or they forgot. Either way, my car was not washed!

Took my car to get repaired here after I had been in a wreck. The people at Jim Norton collision center took care of everything for me, and kept me up to date the entire time! I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Jim Norton needs to fix his telephone system. I ve been getting emails for Cassandra for months and I and NOT Cassandra. The last three times I took my car in for service, I was never notified my car was finished, despite leaving my phone number with the person who checked me in. I had to chase someone down to find out if my car was done. Fix it and stop sending the emails to Cassandra in my phone!!

Took my Sienna in immediately after a wreck in December and everyone was so wonderful. I couldn t have imagined an easier process after something so stressful. Lynden kept me informed every step of the way. Due to supply chain issues from the pandemic the parts needed hadn t even been manufactured yet. Insurance tried to get them to use after market parts but they maintained their standards and waited patiently for them to come in 6 months later!! I got my Sienna back today (June) and it looks better than when I took it in. Immaculately clean, beautiful inside and out and I am so grateful for their customer service-everyone was great but Lynden & Jerry went above and beyond for us. It was a long process, at no fault of their own, but they were so great I won t ever go anywhere else!Service: Body & Trim

Jim Norton goes above and beyond. I was rear ended at a stop light. They fixed my car, dealt with the insurance company, and even cleaned my car!!! My car looks brand new!!! Staff is friendly, helpful, and very professional. I ve also dealt with the Jim Norton Chevrolet collision center and received the same top notch service. I also purchased from Jim Norton Chevrolet. I have not had any bad experiences with them!!

My customized 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD PRO is my pride and joy. A deer ran in front of me while I was doing almost 60 mph, causing just under $10,000 worth of damage. I have a car that was damaged and in the shop and it's nothing you want to deal with. HOWEVER...Jerry is my rep and he is awesome. A guy named Hawk is great as well he text me pictures of my car so I could send it to a 3rd party. The whole staff is amazing and nice. Jerry answered every question quickly and made me feel as though he was sitting on my side of the table. I have a wrapped vehicle and 3rd parties are involved so it's a pain. These guys are awesome. Thank you and I will not go any where else!!!
