I was referred to come visit Beau Blackwell from my parents who have been loyal customers of his for years and I am so glad I listened to them!He was so patient, kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and answered Allllll the 100s of questions I had. He Was willing to test drive any car and listened really well to the things I did and did not like and directed me straight to where I would find interest.He had all the best qualities for a sales rep!I will refer all my family and friends to Beau from now on!Thank you so much Beau for a great Jim Glover experience!Oh! And you get the opportunity to shoot a basketball in hopes the dealership will cover your TT&L!How cool! I missed, but others may be more fortunate Check out my new car!

Great customer service and made purchasing a new vehicle super easy even from 6 hours away. Worked mostly with salesman Logan and he was great in sending additional video and photos. Also worked with me to deliver the vehicle as requested which was an awesome experience in itself! Thank you to all! Love my new 2024 Suburban!

Let me start off by saying a huge thank you to my salesman Michael Winters! Your patience and huge dedication to helping others is admirable in the sales industry. Also Emily in finance who s got such a heart of gold! She definitely made me feel at such ease while signing all my paperwork.Me and my family were made to feel at home from the moment of arrival. They have a play area for children while you wait for everything to be finalized (as a parent this was a lifesaving feature.) I walked in with hopes of leaving in a specific vehicle and they managed to get me exactly what I wanted with such a low APR%.Jim Glover Chevrolet thank you so much for this experience! Needless to say this is my place for all future purchases.

Been buying cars for over 30 years. Hands down the best experience I have ever had. I had good credit but negative equity in my trade in. Good, friendly & prompt reception. The service center has clean & comfortable customer waiting area. Very professional diagnostics & communication. My repair was extensive & done in a timely manner. I would have given them a 5 star rating if they hadn t put a scratch in the paint & poorly tried to color it over with touch up color & didn t tell me.

You all were so helpful, and Joe is the one that showed us around the different cars and explained everything so well. We ended up buying a 2024 equinox RS fully loaded. We absolutely love the car. Spent 4 1/2 hours at the riverside store trying to buy a car at this dealer a lot of back and forth. They try to wear you down. We finally purchased a car. Picked it up on Friday, we were told it had been inspected and it was mechanically sound. The AC did not work. Took it back Monday and was told on Tuesday the condenser had a hole in it. I tried contacting the manager Chris Taft I worked with, left several messages and no reply. It is Wednesday and still haven't heard from him. I finally got in touch with Trish who actually empathized with the situation and actually let me know what is going on with my vehicle. Don't expect an easy car buying experience. I felt like I was in one of those sleazy used car salesmen movies of the 80's. I thought the Glover family really meant what they say in their commercials.

So far everyone of my visits for diesel maintenance on my truck has been great. The JG service team are courteous and welcoming. The service team helped to coordinate my truck being brought in during the freeze a while back. So far so good!

Logan was absolutely amazing!! He helped me so much! He did everything in his power to make sure I was able to afford a new car! Being a college student and needing a reliable car is hard to find at a reasonable price! But he helped me get a 2024 for less than $400 a month and that s what blew my mind! The help I received was outstanding and I highly recommend Jim Glover! I will definitely be coming back!

Beau, our salesman, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly and that we got everything we were looking for. I love the salesman we had Nick, but when we did the financial part they added a service warranty about $3450 so we bought two together and other was $995.00,on our 17,300 car which should need to have one with that low of miles of Buick Encore. we put $ 7500 cash down and had a 815 credit score and still had a little high interest rate also.Theodore Smith

It was my first time buying a car from Jim Glover and I had an amazing experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly from the moment I got there. Joe was great and so patient with me throughout the whole process. He made sure to get me into a safe vehicle that also included the features that I was wanting. My first time getting service at Jim Glover near the River. I have had my car for over 5 years but it has very very low mileage on it. My extended warranty had run out simply due to time. I needed a new alternator and my new extended warranty company refused to pay. Russell in service went OVER AND ABOVE the call of duty to help me out spending a great deal of time on the phone that he could ill-afford due to their very busy department. But everything turned out great!!! And I am so grateful for the excellent service I received! They are not lying when they advertise that Jim Glover cares for their customers.

Great experience. Cale the sales guy was very helpful. He made sure the price and interest rates where right where they needed to be. While he was doing that his manager Chad was keeping a lively and fun morale. Great guy. Finally off to finance. Kevin did a great job at reading the room and getting me the coverage that I needed.
