If you live, I went to on Harvard and 51st used to be a good one but when I pulled in I just saw me go inside and sit down. They used to ask me what I wanted and check me in then when I was leaving. I asked them if my fluids were full and they said yes, they were not full because my windshield wiper was still empty. It was empty before I went in so the one in Harvard and 51st I will not recommend I was not pleased with the service.

Way overpriced. They need to cut it out. TAKE5 will give you an oil change for 36$ with coupon, 51$ without!!An Oil change consist of removing a lug nut, draining the dirty oil and refilling with new oil. Not like this isn t valuable but all mechanics know when an oil change is OVERPRICED. At Jiff its 69.99$ basically 70$ for a change but oil carts cost 5-10$You really could do it yourself

My grandson's car stalled at 51st and Harvard yesterday 10/11/23. The traffic at 5 pm is a nightmare. His car started smoking and we thought he was losing oil. We managed to get it to the Jiffy Lube. Alisha and Kyle diagnosed the problem immediately. They were so kind and patient, going the extra mile to help educate us and showed him important things to know. They made the whole process a very positive experience of an otherwise very stressful situation. Recommend this location without reservation.Service: Oil change

Oh my goodness what a team!! They had to deal with my unexpected damage to my oil pan and plug..they worked with extra effort and time without any negativity. They were so nice and completely thorough and had to get extra parts delivered to fix my van. Such a great attitude by the whole team and fixed me up and the price was less than $50..so I bought them all some lunch!! They deserved that and they deserve your business!! ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SEVICE EVER!!!

Knowledgeable team, they checked that they had the parts needed before pulling me in. Listened to them chatting with another customer about services and was overall impressed by the customer service.My company also uses them for our fleet vehicles and I have always received great service whether personal or company cars. They did a thorough inspection of my fluids, lights and tires. Communicated clearly what all my car needed but was understanding if I denied any further help. I went for an oil change and they saw my tag lights were out so I was able to get them replaced there at the same time. Fast and absolutely excellent service. Helpful staff explained everything clearly but didn t make me feel pressured to purchase anything beyond what I went in for, which I really appreciate. They truly went above and beyond in servicing my vehicle, and I plan on only going to this Jiffy Lube location from now on!

I have been to this jiffy lube multiple times and the service is excellent. The staff is kind, not pushy, knowledgeable, and walks you through everything you're paying for. I had a wonderful experience at Jiffy Lube. It was so quick I didn t get through addressing cards that I brought with me - I was in and out in no time. The mechanic kept me informed about each issue and offered suggestions. The price was reasonable- at the end they showed me exactly on the car what they had done and how to keep it running well. I will definitely go back and refer friends.Services: Electrical, Oil change

Had a great experience getting my car fully serviced. Staff was great and friendly. Even though they were short staffed, they still got it done in a timely manner. It is now my new go to place to get my oil changed at. Thanks for the great work today fellas! Much appreciated!

his location is busier than most because the service is exceptional and the customer service is outstanding! I pulled in for windshield chip repair after visiting 2 other locations and getting excuses. Robert assured me that he could handle the problem, held the door for me, offered snacks and soft drinks while I waited. The entire staff was friendly, and professional. In the end, I got my windshield repaired for a great low price, a discount for my next oil change, a handful of air fresheners, popcorn and a pop! Talk about full service!

I use this Jiffy Lube all the time! I can t say enough about how well I m treated when I m there.I had a problem with my windshield wiper during the last snow storm and I pulled in there last minute before going out of town and they took care of me right away. Very professional and friendly! Definitely recommend!

The crew at this location is by far the best in town!! We always come to this store because we know our vehicles are in great hands!! I appreciate how informative they are. They make recommendations as well as advise on upcoming services that may be needed in the future...but they are never pushy!Most of all...I appreciate how kind and welcoming they are!! They never make us feel like we re an imposition or inconvenience...no matter the task or the extreme hot and cold weather!

The guys here at this Jiffy Lube took good care of my vehicle and were very courteous even though I came in just 20 minutes before they closed which caused them to have to work 15 min overtime. I didn't want to be "that guy" who shows up right before closing but that's what the day dealt me and they didn't appear put off by it. Robert did a fantastic job explaining what work needed to be done now as well as which services I need to budget for in near future.

Earned a client for life! They were all so friendly, provided quick and efficient service, and never tried to sell me on anything. I was able to get my oil changed in half my lunch break so I still had time to grab something on the way back to the office. They even did a full check with me before I left to ensure everything was done properly and in place. Thank you!!
