I needed an oil change on my car and they did it. They didn't take all day to do it. It only took like 20 minutes. The hospitality was great. And the environment experienced definitley makes me wanna return again to get my car fixed if it has any future issues. And the other advantage is they have food there so you will have refreshments while you are waiting to get the car fixed.

Brandon Was Absolutely So Friendly And Helpful ! He Actually Showed Me And My Boyfriend Under The Hood And Showed Us What They Did On The Vehicle. Never Had That Done Before . They Even Vacuumed The Car For Us ! Overall 10/10 Will Go Back Again !

The tech there are very professional and thorough. I really appreciate the quality check at the end. I've taken my vehicle to other places in the past and they've forgotten caps and didn't change my air filter when I paid for it. I'm confident that wouldn't happen here. I have always experienced great customer service from other Jiffys, but I just left and had the rudest experience from a older gentleman. He didn't even greet me. Just said they couldn't do my oil change because my car was knocking a bit. He was very rude. Then told me my sticker was expired and just walked away. I will never come back to this location.

Horrible came in for a basic oil change told the guy how my day was going great cause I paid off my car 2018 chrysler 300 he jokingly said better becareful that's when something goes wrong with the vehicle so sure enough next day the cars running rough and through a check engine light with a misfire code never had this issue before hand car went in with no lights in the dash now my car is running rough tool it back they said we'll we don't mess with the transmission like I didn't ask that it's all good tho now I'm looking at close too 700 bucks for repairs this place is a joke along with all the employees the guy who ran the scanner after he told me what it was I asked a question he said idk I'm not a mechanic

Easy convenient and fast. Friendly service.. reasonable prices. Also love that you can come back after the oil change and get fluids checked and topped off, if need be. Got my front brakes on about 5 months ago And then last week got my back brakes. Same guy did it both times. Excellent job! I love the courtesy popcorn and the drinks.

Just got an oil change, air filter replaced and fuel filter for my Ford F-250. Zero pressure to do anything extra! These guys are fast, efficient and follow up with you with a walk down at the end. Highly recommend them.

Yesterday I took my other car to Tulsa Hills. I was told 35 minutes and I was there 90 minutes. Today I came to the one at 66 & Lewis and I was done in 15 minutes. Great customer service here also.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

These guys are awesome. Went in for a quick oil change and they vacuumed the floors, cleaned the windows, check the air in the tires, all the extra care really matters

This location and the guys who help me were great. They are Quick, Efficient, and the Customer service was a good experience all in all I would definitely come back to have my car maintenance again 10/10

I went here to check out a coolant leak. The guy said it's "normal" for my Chevy Cruze to lose coolant quickly and that I should be checking it every week. I took it to a different shop and they found several things wrong. Thanks for the bad advice. Wish I could rate 0 stars

Pulled in to the garage lines just off of the driveway. Turning in from Lewis. It seemed as if its the back of the place, but it is where they motion in the cars for service. One car was pulling in as I was pulling up.I called inside the jiffy lube to see if I was to come in first or wait my turn in line. The attendant said the guys in the garage will instruct me.He asked if I had been serviced there before. And I said no. He told me the computer was down and he wasn't sure when it would come back up. He said he could make a way if I had been serviced there before but since the computer he couldn't process me. 5 stars for attendant customer care.I decided to go to the next one I knew of on Lewis closer towards 71st. and lucky me... No cars in the bay. And a attendant greeted me at my window. Ready and very welcoming.

This is my favorite Jiffy Lube of all time. I don't even live near this one, and I still drive the extra distance so I can make sure they're the ones messing with my car. The greatest aspect of this location is the customer service. I have never met such friendly, kind-hearted people. They genuinely care how you're doing, are upfront about how much things will cost, and help you figure out what needs to be done and what can wait. They're also super fast! The lobby area is always cleaned and stocked with drinks and popcorn! They're not pushy--and I appreciate that because it's hard these days to find someone that isn't trying to just sell you something. They've always got specials and coupons going. I highly recommend, and I send everyone I know to this specific location! Keep up the great work, guys!

Came here for an oil change. It s a company truck and they have a fleet account. This is my first time getting work done with a fleet account. They were fast and courteous, polite and professional! I will definitely be coming here from now on to get any work done on my company truck and my personal vehicle. They even cleaned my windows and vacuumed the inside of the truck. Thank you gentlemen!

Kenneth and Katrina are the best! I dropped my car off early on a rainy Sat morning and they got the oil changed, cabin filters replaced, and fuel treated before noon. Katrina was really kind to me on the phone, I highly appreciate them taking the time to explain what issues my car was showing up as. They were very friendly, accommodating and fast too. I went in looking for an oil change but when they showed me my air filter I decided it probably could use a change out also. but with adding the air filter onto the price I didn't have quite enough $ on me, but they gave me a discount that brought it down enough that I could afford it. Like I said great service, keep it up!

Went in for an oil change and crew was efficient and did a great job! Shout out to the nice woman at the counter that helped me greatly. Shop and lobby are very clean and was a comfortable place to wait. It was done very quickly . Thanks, see ya in 4000 miles.

I just came by here because I m going on a road trip tomorrow and wanted to make sure I was good to go. The wonderful staff topped off my fluids, checked my tires, and talked to me about what to look for for worn tires. I feel much better about taking my car out of town now. And I was in and out in 10 minutes. Amazing.Service was incredible. Special thanks to Scoop and Kenny who helped me today!!
