Best Jiffy Lube or quick oil change facility I ve ever been to. Been coming here since we moved to Tulsa 6 years ago. Always get great service and very quick. Love that there are always a diverse group of staff working too including women and people of color, which feels so rare at this type of business. Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for those anywhere in the Tulsa metro!

Love them. Fast, friendly, thorough, and they go the extra mile. They fixed a rattle on my elderly Honda without even being asked. No other mechanic had bothered. I'm a customer for LIFE.

Was the best experience I have ever had getting my oil changed, from the gentleman opening my car door for me, to the free popcorn and drinks, to them vacuuming my car out, washing my windows, and then showing me the level of oil my car had when they finished. 10/10 they deserve a raise!!! 2/19/24 was when I went!!

I went to three different places and all of them said that they couldn t pop my hood open. I ended up googling how to pop it and then took it here. They didn't turn me away at all! I saw them figure out how to pop it and actually try. Amazing customer service, this is the only place I ll ever bring my car from now on!

They are always so nice and give you great service we got here 40 mins before closing and they all still had smiles on their faces! They have great snacks and drinks why you wait and communicate everything with you before they do it! I just love the energy in this jiffy lube! I will always come here every single time!

Got an oil change while I ran some errands nearby. Service was good and they even showed me fresh oil on the dipstick. The cost is extremely high, but it was fast ish and they didn t break anything.

Been satisfied for years. Today I locked the keys in the van; they unlocked it and refused to charge me extra. Outstanding people! Go here for excellent service.

I had this location change my oil. They checked my cabin air filter; and I declined to purchase a replacement. I noticed my HVAC sounded different so I checked the filter. They did not follow the ford instructions and had instead taken an easier path to removing the filter cover and filter. This resulted in a broken cover and their inability to reinsert the filter correctly.So instead of doing the check correctly, they took a lazy approach and broke my vehicle. Instead of telling me about it, they just shoved the cover back up and figured I'd never check.I went back and showed them what happened and they offered to buy a replacement cover. After 3 weeks of this location not answering their phone or calling me back; I went into the store. They had no record of ordering the part. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION.

It's petty good service, just a bit higher than some of the other quick lubes.EDITED: I recently went to trade in my truck and found out that this place does NOT report services! I pride myself on getting my vehicles serviced and the missing services from the CarFax, hurts my credibility when I told them that I had it serviced regularly by service center.DO NOT USE if you value history of services for your vehicle. I will not use a Jiffy Lube again for any of my vehicles.

The only thing I didn't like was that it wasn't a full service shop. The only mechanic shop I've ever been to where I was offered snacks, drinks, and asked if the temperature was comfortable. Great customer service and clean facilities, competent mechanics... all of them women! It made me very happy to see a shop with all female mechanics.

Will go out of my way to go here for everything.I wish every Jiffy Lube has service like this.Blown away at every step.So considerate.Soda, snacks, and Halloween decorations in the waiting area. The doors were left ajar so the wonderful fall air flowed through.Their inspection was so thorough and they did a great job with all services.10/10

Technician cracked the bug shield on the hood of my vehicle, then argued that as that it was a rock or something. Obvious greasy hand prints over broken part. Kicker was a huge oil stain of fresh oil on my driveway, assuming fresh oil had pooled on the skid plate then dumped out when parked on a slope. Wheel well fall snap on was removed l, apparently it was easier to take the assembly apart then properly access the oil filter. My OEM Toyota oil cap was replaced with some junk generic one. Highly disappointed, wish I had the time to come argue about these issues or this wasn't my 20 year old tacoma farm truck.. very frustrating.

Avoid this DEI rainbow clown show at all costs. Not one of them look like they have any experience turning a wrench. They cost me an overpriced oil change and a new engine.

Be careful when using their oil change service. They accidentally killed my car battery today.I ve used them before and it s been fine, but today was different. I came in for a routine oil change and was with my two young children in the waiting room. The attendant came in and casually told my battery had died during the oil change and then tried to leave without any other explanation or help. I was told by the manager that they could rule out the alternator as a cause and find the age of the battery. Neither of these things happened and the attendant came back ready to cash me out (!) with a car that THEY had killed!They jumped my car and told me (after I repeatedly asked) that Hibdon had my battery. Once I got to Hibdon, they said they did NOT have my battery. However, my car had recharged itself and Hibdon said the battery must have been drained during the oil change.There was no apology and barely any communication from the staff. Jiffy Lube is fine, just be careful of this at this location.

Don t use this location. They have damaged this part on multiple occasions and multiple vehicles of mine. They treat them as an annoyance and think they aren t important

Stopped at a jiffy lube across town. They recommended i come here for the right oil . called and they confirmed they had the oil and got me right over and into the service bay. Had some popcorn and coke while i waited. Was a great experience.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
