Went in to get an oil change the lady said it would be about 5 minutes before she d get to me it took 20. Then they charged me for filling up my coolant without asking or telling me about the charge or that it needed it. Didn t give me a break down or check of my vehicle to show what they did and when I brought up that they charged me with out asking the lady just said oh well I didn t think you d care very rude very unprofessional and I will not be going back to jiffy lube for any service and recommend every one go to a dealership where it will be better priced and better quality or just do it yourself if you have the space to do so

They were quick with the oil change. My only complaint would be that I asked if I could use a coupon and they said they already put a discount on there for me. There was no discount. I had them change 2 filters for $50 that they quoted and the "discount" was just adjusting the price of the filters to $50 from $65. IMO, That's not a discount, because that's how much I was told it was for both filters anyways.

I had a great experience with this location. They not only provided quality service, but also diagnosed my truck with a broken U joint on my truck. They saved me from breaking down on the interstate. DALE IS THE MAN. He is new, but he provided great service and help. Impressive teamhere.

Thank you for fixing the rock chip/star crack in my windshield. I showed up last minute on Friday. They close at 6. I got there at 5:20 and they didn't turn me away. Took care of my needs and had me out at 5:45. That's what I call service.

Paiton was quick to help me out when I pulled up to 2/3 cars in the bay. I decided to go inside and wait and the lobby is chill and they have a tv and beverages available! I wasn t there for even 30 minutes and she had my car ready!! Highly impressed with the time, service, and kindness of everyone.

I live nowhere near this location, and continue to take my car in for Payton and her staff s AMAZING top notch and professional service! I will only go to the one on Union and 51st in Tulsa. Chris and Melissa gave the best customer service ever. I didn't know my car had a cabin filter till they let me know. No other Jiffy Lube told me this. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. My husband just went go get an oil change on his truck here and when they were done with the oil change the guy who did the oil change drove the truck up to the front and left the steering wheel, door and center console dirty with oil!! My husband forgot to take pictures but this is so disrespectful! My husband always keeps his truck clean! That just shows how much of a good job they probably did on the oil change! Never again!We always go to jiffy lubes in Texas and never have a problem! This is a first! If they're damages to the leather we will contact corporate!Service: Oil change

Yesterday we brought our vehicle in for an oil change. Got it all the way home and noticed it was leaking profusely. We literally followed our oil leak from home back to your location. Your techs are rushing cars in and out so fast that they obviously aren't qc'ing their work.Our expectation was that you would do the job you were compensated for. However, as you can see from the attached video, that was not the case.In hindsight, if this was someone who didn't know anything about cars and they continued to drive with the oil spewing like that it, could have quickly done permanent damage.We wound up having to go buy parts and correct the issue ourselves; which we didn't have time for, but had no other choice. Again not something someone without automative experience could achieve.Would NOT recommend.Service: Oil change

This is the only Jiffy lube I go to. I drive from a crossed town to visit because the service is always everything I need. They are polite. They are quick. They are efficient. They always offer a smile!! Because of the services they provide i will continue to be a regular client!! Thank you guys for all you do!!!

Love the welcoming atmosphere here. Paiton is so knowledgeable and efficient! She does an amazing job and makes sure I am satisfied every time I come in. I would highly recommend this jiffy lube.

I will always go to the Jiffy Lube on Union. I drive a distance to use them. Was in town had an issue pulled in Pations promptly figure out our problems took great care of us. Great lady with a wonderful attitude so therefore we'll always go there

The manager has road rage she was going approximately 100 miles an hour down the turning lane of union to go to work. She nearly side swiped me. I noticed she pulled into jiffy lube so went to get a picture of the license plate when I noticed she was a employee. She then confronted me to fight me. She then hit my vehicle and nearly ran me over in the parking lot. Beware of this business. Also to the owner all was caught on your security cameras so be sure to check them out. Also the cops had to be called.

I'm not normally a review writer, however, after my experience here today, I just have to let everyone know how great it was. Before I arrived, I called to ask if my dog could come into the waiting area with me while my oil was changed. They let me know of course I could bring him along. When I arrived, I was greeted professionally and friendly. They all greeted my dog as well. Once inside they offered my dog a treat and had fresh popcorn made. The oil change was super quick and I was very satisfied with the service. All three of the employees that I encountered were so nice, helpful, and friendly. I love that this was a good experience for me as well as my dog. Most people wouldn't think of Jiffy Lube being a dog-friendly place, but I'm happy to say, this location definitely is :)Service: Oil change

I was having a hectic day and had absolutely no time to do a oil change let alone a oil flush! However I was incredibly lucky to stop into this store the staff here are incredibly accommodating, friendly, and understanding of my situation. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in the area!

Amazing customer service! Alisha and Paiton Mills actually cared about my needs. Friendly atmosphere! Great work on my car. They actually take their time out to check everything I asked for.
