Mike & Kyle, Manager & Mechanic - best I've ever been to. Honest, helpful, direct, comminicative, detailed, and customer oriented. Can't get any better than that. Bless them both.

Got transmission flushed, great service. Couldn't change filter because they didn't have a mechanic, not great but a good temporary fix for my problem at a good price. The woman on duty was amazing, running the desk and did the transmission! Kudo's to you ma'am.

Sarah m. And Shanice s. Those two made my day and earned my future business. Plus service on my vehicle was fast and good. They prolly need to change the fluid they wash windows with... But other than that A1 service. Raises across the board..

Very unprofessional mechanic services left a piece of my batt compartment. Brakes still squeak after paying a large amount . Oil changes are great though and affordable!Made several appt and on the day of the appts the location no longer offered services for my vehicle! I would have appreciated a call ahead so I could have made arrangements somewhere else.After posting this review the owner pretended to reach out to resolve the issue it never happened

Couldn t recommend any company over this one! They go above and beyond and are nice and polite! They pulled my vehicle into the bay for me, vacuumed my floor boards, did my oil, and even gave me free air fresheners before I left, mango scented Jiffy Lube air fresheners! Whaaaaat!! 10/10 recommend that you go there. They even have you sit in a very nice, AIR CONDITIONED, clean waiting area while they service your vehicle, all for a VERY fair price. Took maybe 5 minutes tops and they even show you the work they did before you leave. Tried to leave a tip for them but they couldn t process a tip from a card payment. So if you decide to tip, bring cash! thanks so much to the team at Jiffy Lube on 31st, you guys are the absolute best in the business!

Since moving to the area, I've been hesitant about finding a new place to get an oil change. I decided to try out Jiffy Lube due to the closeness and reviews.Pros: The girl at the register/front desk was super friendly and even gave me some complimentary air fresheners. Plus, they were quick with the oil change.Cons: The other employees weren't very talkative. Seemed more focused on getting me in and out. Didn't inform me about the change or if there were any issues, or even give me a chance to ask potential questions.Another con was the cost. My car takes synthetic, which I do know can be pricey. But at other places I've been to, the cost for my car to get an oil change ranged anywhere from $50-$70. I was charged $90+ at Jiffy Lube. Looking over my receipt, I did not understand why I was charged so much. I'm not sure if I will be back, but bear in mind before you go here: It may be costly.

I feel horrible for forgetting her name, but the female technician was phenomenal! She had great customer service and helped show me my cabin, which I never knew existed that others had not checked or showed me needed changed. I feel like I'm finally breathing clean air in my car now and the oil change was done within an hour, no appointment needed!

The jiffy lube on 31st between garnett and 129th is the best Jiffy Lube ever I refuse to go anywhere else the females are awesome and the guys are phenomenal that is the best they take care of me and my jeep always!!! Richard has let me know when I needed my oil leak fixed and he fixed it the old man which I call Boss Man is super awesome has always spoken with me and helped me that is the best place to get your vehicle oil change I love this placeService: Oil change

As I m checking what all services these guys have done for us the list is kinda crazy! Oil changes, brakes, diagnostics, AC work, electrical work, ETC! I have always had OUTSTANDING things to say about this place and thought of it very highly. But boy, it s hard to express how grateful I am today. On the day we re leaving for vacation, as we re packing, a shirt got stuck in our window and pulled something off track. We pulled up and these guys fixed us up in 15 min flat to hold us over until we get back!! Man. So much gratitude. thank you!!!!! It s been hard to find reasonable resources since we moved from a small town. But here, they are: REASONABLE, QUICK, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONAL, & INFORMATIVE. this is your place!!! Check it out. Very nice Staff popcorn and coffee fresh...but they didn't know anything about cars... They couldn't figure out what was wrong with my car over $500 dollars later! They kept taking stabs and chances with parts hoping to fix the problem. The finally told me at the end they didn't have a machine extensive enough to fix my car after leaving it In worse condition. Allen pretended he wanted to help me after I requested a refund but it's been 3 weeks and he has quit responding to emails or trying to help. Highway robbery at it's finest. I took my car to another mechanic and it was up and going the very same day! Jiffy Lube wasted my time and money! They should only stick to changing oil! Period. Leave the other car issues to a real mechanic. They lost a good customer. The reply claims they want to help but that's simply not true as I've emailed both the email below and corporate and they responsed but went MIA when I explained my situation to both the manager and Owners. They have been ignoring me every since so don't be fooled by the fake response below they DO NOT CARE

My car broke down in the Advance Auto Parts shop, needing a new alternator. This was within 15 minutes of Jiffy Lube closing down for the night. I called and talked to Mike, the manager. He was helpful, told me if I could get the car there, they could fix it for me next day. It was well past 6 by the time I got the care toes to the location, picked up and alternator, but Mike was so nice and waited on me. Got my car done faster than I expected and they even charged up my battery for me.

I ve been going here for about four years now and I was satisfied with the oil change itself but disappointed with how one of the workers found it so amusing that a tool had been left under the hood of my car and I had to return to the shop for them to retrieve it. I m glad my car and no other cars were damaged however the customer service was poor with this situation.

What an awesome experience! I went on Veterans day and was pleasently surprised by how efficient and respectful the staff were at managing such a long line. My oil was changed expertly and my fluids were topped off perfectly. The best part about the whole experience was the staff!

Great service from the beginning to end! Very welcoming with a great positive attitude throughout the shop, very understanding when additional services are recommended upon making a desicion. Friendly staff with a positive attitude. Service done securely and fast. Donna is awesome as always. I've had the pleasure of working with her in the past and she's absolutely the right person for a leadership role here. She's got a great crew who makes sure the experience is a awesome also. Really glad to see what's been done with this store. I'll absolutely be coming here for my automotive services and will recommend this shop to all my friends and family

I got my services done on June 16th, 2022 I have a 2006 Chevy impala. I couldn t stand the heat any longer and need help right away! Honestly they were life savors! They told me exactly what the issue was and fixed it correctly right away! The best part was I was able to finance it and not have to pay out of pocket up front with snap finance! My air blows so cold and I haven t had an issue since! They were very informative and helpful and I would definitely recommend to the next person thank you so much again guys!Service: Air conditioning

They did an absolutely great job with my vehicle! They were able to replace my break pads and rotors at an efficient rate and would definitely recommend this location! They also provided a very detailed inspection and told me exactly what was wrong and why. Thanks Jiffy Lube for a great service and experience!Also a special thanks to Mike and his crew who work at this location!

I thought I had written more on my previous review. I actually went two days in a row because the staff did such an awesome job on my first car that I took my 2nd car the next morning. Very professional, clean, friendly, and efficient. Everyone was nice and I m very thankful for the work done! I have been to many Jiffy Lube locations in the Tulsa area and this location is by far the best!!The Manager (Mike) and all of the staff are always courteous and professional. They are very honest and do not try to pressure you to buy things you do not necessarily need. They genuinely care for your safety and will go the extra mile in order to satisfy their customers. I know they won me over and I will bring all of my vehicles here as long as this staff is here!

This place is great. They did a fantastic job with my vehicle. I will for sure be going back here. They were very open and honest with me about what was going on with my car at all times. When they found that they couldn't replace my transmission filter they explained to me very clearly why. I have a whole new respect for this jiffy lube and jiffy lube in general. Thank you jiffy lube crew. My car runs better now than when I bought it!
