Found QX80 on -line and dealership reached out immediately. Hooked up wit Carlos , I let him know I was a out of town buyer. He took care of everything from that point. Communication was great, ran into a couple snags but overall a great experience. Week later QX80 Sitting in my driveway. Would definitely recommend Jackie Cooper Nissian.

Michael Gray did an amazing job helping us find the perfect car for our daughter. He is very professional and courteous so if you re looking for a car please reach out to Michael! Even though we started with Jessica which she was no help at all (rude and unprofessional), we ended the day with Michael and Eric which they did a great job in helping us.

Car has overspray all over it when I got home. Could not see it while I was at the dealership because it was extremely dirty When I test drove it. and no one explained anything to me about the VC TURBO engine until I ll I got home and realized it s a new concept engine only to find out the reviews are not good. Saying how the timing chain is thin and going to need to be replaced at 80,000 and 120,000 miles and being a variable compression ratio engine. There s a lot more things to go wrong with it. Also, seeing how I need to take an in at 50,000 miles and 100,000 miles to have the valves adjusted. I did not realize this engine was a new different engine. I would think that would be the job of the salesman to explain all this to me when I m buying a car now I m stuck with the car. The car has 66,000 miles and none of this stuff has been done to it and car and driver says the mechanics are not know what to do to work on it because it s such a different engine . Leave it to a car dealership to not explain anything to me to give me option to figure out whether I wanna buy the car or not now I m stuck with the car and now I m gonna have to resell it because I m not gonna get stuck with a bunch of engine costs because it s a new engine and nobody has figured it out yet. make sure you do your homework when you re buying a car.

Purchased a Titan. I adore the Titan. Service has been a challenge but hopefully they will take care of us.*UPDATE *Our truck has been in service for well over a month. We lost all our free services. We purchased this in place of our beloved Avalanche. Best truck ever built! We haven't been able to use it during the bad months and we can tell we are not at all important enough for them to get it back to us. Never have I ever been treated so badly by a dealership. Here I was in hopes of finding a local business to use and purchase another vehicle. I will update this if we ever get any satisfaction.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Salesman was okay and nice but there service department is atrocious. They sold me a vehicle with an oil leak and a torn axle shaft, horrendous experience. Had to spend thousands immediately after buying.

Edit*I have been trying for 2 years to get Jackie Cooper Nissan to uphold the promises made to me by the salesman and service center. The salesman no longer works there and the manager that promised to cover repairs needed at time of purchase, no longer works there. I have had my vehicle looked at by their service department three times and I was told the strut assembly, that I proposed was the issue, was not an issue. I FINALLY got them to look at my vehicle again, and today, I m told the strut assembly needs to be replaced. My car is sitting in the bay with an estimated repair bill of over $2000 and I m still getting the run around. They waited out the warranty successfully. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from Jackie Cooper Nissan. A report has been filed with BBB.I worked with Julian and he was honest, patient, and extremely helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Second, I was looking for a spec that was rather particular and they executed with complete finesse. Third, they were not pushy about a thing. My salesman D Waylon was professional, patient, friendly and NOT pushy at all. Listened to what I was looking for and provided excellent knowledge to each vehicle I looked at. His manager Eric was friendly, professional, and found the right vehicle for me that included my favorite color and the bells and whistles that I wanted on a vehicle. Hands down the best experience I ve had in buying a vehicle. I absolutely recommend this dealership as well as D Waylon and Eric to buy a vehicle from. They definitely earned my business now and in the future.

I drove from out of state to purchase a Mercedes from Jackie Cooper Nissan in Tulsa. It was one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership in 77 years. The car presented was better than expected, price as agreed and the sales (Jim Simmons) and service personnel were outstanding. Their detailed inspection of the car resulted in several repairs, none charged to me but surely to my benefit. All teams came to bat to make my experience as good as it gets. I used Tyrone at Jackie Cooper Nissan to purchase my 2023 Nissan Rogue. He was very informative, polite, and personable. This was by far the best car buying experience I have had. We bought a 2013 Toyota Prius a few months. We took it to Jackie Cooper Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. Loved the price. Loved the way they treated us. Just loved it all way round I suppose. Well as much as love getting an oil change. It was pretty pleasant as far as that goes and I was very pleased with the job they did.

Sales was not list. I bought a new truck here. Kelly Wood was the BEST salesman I have EVER experienced. He was calm, cool, and collected. I was ready to walk away, but he was upfront with all of the costs! It was 180� from what I was expecting! WOW, what a sales experience that I had not expected!

I have had the BEST experience ever with Jackie Cooper Nissan. I was referred to them by family. I had the greatest car buying experience with Ian Sevier as my sales person. And MJ as the financial person. We had a good experience with the staff in buying a car. Service did clean it up before we left with it and it was in good condition and very clean. We appreciate all the staff at Jackie Cooper and we would go back to buy another car there. The experience was "no pressure" type people and getting to know them was very nice. Friendly and "care about the customer" service is what we experienced which can be hard to find at dealerships.
