I have been a customer of this upstanding dealership group for years. I loved them so much I went to work for them. The culture here is one of family and respect. Not only do I buy cars here, I service them here because I know that the work will be done correctly and the staff will treat me and my vehicle with the best care. This dealership is family-owned and operated and has been for 33 years. They give back to the community and they believe in employing only the best people. You can trust everyone, from the sales department to the service department, to do what is right. No person or company is perfect. But at Jackie Cooper Imports you know that they will do everything with integrity and good intent. Too often, you will see only negative reviews published, and unfortunately, most are stories embellished and then pushed to family and friends to reiterate that message, without warrant. The majority of customers at any business are happy customers and they appropriately express their content in positive, fruitful ways. I am doing that now. You can 100% trust Jackie Cooper Imports. They will treat you like family. And if you ever want to become a part of our work family, we'd love to have you!

Friendly employees, free shuttle, nice waiting area with good drinks ( excellent coffee machine) and snacks, classy and clean restrooms. Big screen TV. Oil and oil filter change plus new windshield wipers was $109.99 for parts. Fair price but add $205 for labor. Not bad for a Mercedes dealer. New spark plugs, $257.94, plus $861 labor - ouch! New air filter, $83.99 plus $143.50 labor. Routine A Service plus spark plugs was $1734.91 total which includes $1209.50 labor and $451.92 parts. Balance was service charge and taxes. Four hour wait for all this, so no complaints about the time required. We love our Mercedes but it is expensive to maintain.

All:I have been a customer of Jackie Cooper Mercedes Benz for over 20 years. During this period of time I have found their service department to be top notch--especially Senior Master Technician Brandon Bebout.I have owned 5 Mercedes Benz automobiles during the part 30 years. During that time I never purchased a "new" automobile so I cannot comment on their sales department other than to say that everyone there has always been helpful and open to my questions when I peek at the cars in the showroom.The organization has a very family owned and operated business feel. I have received service questionaires after each service and honestly reported by satisfaction as 5 stars. There was 1 time where I was not happy and they followed up with me to correct the situation. Mercedes Benz owners are not unlike any other customers when it comes to their cars. They expect the work to be accurately diagnosed, communicated to you promptly, and priced fairly. I have been very satisfied with all of my dealings with this organization.My daughter purchased a preowned Mercedes Benz from Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands TX-an Auto Nation dealership and her experience was terrible....corporate store with people who cared little about answering her questions or listening to her.This organization cares about its customers and its employees.

They made it super easy for me. Didn't waste my time, they worked with me on price extremely fairly which most dealerships are not doing given the current market. You can tell they truly care about their reputation, which in turn gives the customer peace of mind. Danny was great thanks for the beautiful Highlander!

Second time here ,Mario & Josh was very helpful and provided excellent service is what keeps me coming back. Mario is a huge part of that. In a city as small as Tulsa, it's rare to find a place where the staff actually remembers your face,what you got .let alone your name. Here, Mario does. He's the best, friendly, knowledgeable, and--believe it or not--actually makes bringing my car in a pleasant experience.They really do make it feel like home.Thank you guys,will be back !

I would NOT recommend doing business with this company. At Jackie Cooper Imports it s apparently normal for employees to steal from customers. If you take the gamble and get a loaner car from them make sure you do not leave anything in the vehicle. My sister forgot her AirPods in her loaner car she got from them and even tho they are pinging and the location shows Jackie Cooper Imports and their address they are denying that one of their employees has them.

The service and hospitality shown from the first visit has been outstanding. If we could place ten stars on this rating we definitely would!!!! Jackie Cooper Imports at 9393 S Memorial Drive has more than earned our business they have earned our respect for the integrity and professionalism of EVERYONE that we came into contact with while considering the trading of our 2019 Ram Big Horn. Our representative Blayne not only stayed after close the night before to start a dialog instead of most places that would just tell you they are closed, but he also went more than a mile further through out the entire process the very next evening. I am not one who gives written recommendations very often; however, this is by far the best experience my wife and I have ever had while buying a vehicle. They truly give you a luxury experience while working for your business. The professional service that Blayne, Mario, Jared, Chuck, and Kendall all provided has won over our future vehicle acquisitions.The whole team made you feel like family - we are very happy with our overall experience and the quality of vehicle we received in the trade. If you want the typical used car dealership hassle don't come here, but if you are looking for a stress free, friendly place that makes you feel like family - Jackie Cooper is your next and last place you'll ever want to or need to go!Thank you to everyone at Jackie Cooper Imports including even the detail guy that stayed late almost until 10:30 to ensure we had a clean car leaving after they officially closed that night!

This place is run like a joke. It was pulling teeth to order a vehicle and the sales people would not follow up about order status. Finally got the vehicle in and they didnt even call to say they received it. After purchase, less than one month after owning it the windshield delaminates and cracks. They have to order a windshield but never actually put the order into their system. 4 months later and constant phone calls they finally order the windshield and receive it. 4 straight days of phone calls to setup an appointment with no answer leaving multiple voicemails. Finally get a call back only to be transferred to somebody who also doesnt answer the phone and had to leave a voicemail. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANOTHER PENNY UNTIL THEY GET RID OF THE PROBLEM PEOPLE. Spending 70+ thousand on a vehicle to be ignored by their service department. If you're going to buy a Mercedes, i'd suggest buy it out of Dallas or go to BMW or Audi, which have been superb with their service of my other vehicles.Edit: I would love to talk to whoever is in charge more in depth about my experience if you would really like to.My sprinter was never actually being allocated by the salesman and told by porsche manager there was no allocation actually put into the system by the salesman even though i gave my credit card information to lock it in.The sprinter on the lot had everything I wanted to order minus the leatherette seats and was never told it was on the lot after calling every few weeks for 9 straight months.My windshield cracking 3 weeks into ownership and the 4 months it took to order the windshield.I requested allocation Feb 2023, when i called in Nov 2023 due to a car wreck on one of my fleet vehicles i was told a sprinter that had everything but the seats i ordered was on the lot.Dec 1 2023 the windshield cracks and come in to be told it delaminated and was under warranty and would be replaced.I called every few weeks for months and was told there were no windhields available.I called the first week of april 2024, almost exactly 4 months after the crack and was told the windshield was never actually ordered and it was sitting in stock in alabama and was delivered in 2 days.Cut to calling over a dozen times over the past 10 days leaving a dozen voicemails about getting scheduled only to never receive a call back.When i finally was able to talk about scheduling, i was told that you wont give out loaner vehicles to sprinter owners. This is after the nightmare of an experience ive already had with the sprinter windhield failing with less than 1000 miles on the van.After coming in and speaking with your service manager again i was finally told i could be at least given a ride to my other vehicle since you'll have the van most of the morning but still wont give me a loaner because i own a sprinter....I also tried to buy an E class a week after i purchased the sprinter and that sales manager wouldnt budge on price and then was condescending about "market driven pricing" meaning you are overpriced on it and want to get more than its actually worth when i offered 1500 less than your asking which was in line with national blue book for a vehicle that had been on the lot for 6+ weeks. I literally drove to Dallas and bought an Audi the very next day.

I have always had great service with Jackie Cooper Mercedes-Benz since I became a customer with my SLK350 4 years ago. John Taylor and Connie Harrill have been great. Master Mercedes-Benz technician Brandon Bebout always performs above and beyond. Good communication. This is the easiest 5 review I have ever left.I just purchased a car for my daughter. Since I was just buying a 2014 Mazda 3 from a Mercedes - High class import dealer, I didn't have very high expectations. The value of this car is probably less than 20% of the average car on the lot and in the showroom, so why would they really care about the service for this sale?Well, for the service received, you would have thought I was spending 100k. I sent an inquiry at night, and by about 8:32 the next morning I not only had a response, but a personalized video walk through of the car, and it was obvious the car had just been washed. I spoke with Mikey Molina via email and texted that day and set up a time to go test drive the next day.When I arrived at the dealership, the car was sitting up on their outdoor show area as if it were a Porsche, with a welcome sign next to it with my name on it. I was greeting with a friendly smile and asked if I would like anything to drink. When I said I was there for Mikey, I was taken to him immediately without waiting.Mikey explained the car to me and what I was getting and then took me outside to look at it. They had put all new brakes, new rear tires (front already looked new), new wipers, and replaced some other items that were coming close to their suggested milage limit. I was allowed to take the car off the lot without a chaperone and encouraged to take my time with it and take it to show anyone I needed to, etc. I was gone for over an hour. I texted to apologize for the delay and was told it was no worry.When I returned, we quickly did the salesman's paperwork and waited for the finance department to finalize the sale. It is at this point that I have often been shown to a waiting room, but not with Mikey. I offered to step out of his office so he could take care of something else. Instead, he suggested a tour of the Mercedes and Porsche show rooms and seemed genuinely excited to show me what they had.The final processing was completed quickly, and on the way out Mikey told me he had loaned me the huge bow (like in commercials) to surprise my daughter with. While going through all the paperwork part, the car had been freshly cleaned and fueled.100% all-around amazing service for a guy spending less than 15k at a Mercedes dealer.Simply put, I was amazed. Mikey, you are a great Salesman. I appreciate how enjoyable you made the process.

Do NOT leave anything in your car when you leave it for service or in a loaner that you want back. Please remove ALL valuables as they will disappear and you will not get the item back. A Google review is the only way I could get someone to look into the situation. Due to the dealership being dishonest in their reply I have added the situation in screenshots along with the dealerships response. To this day no one except the service advisor (who originally did nothing to fix the situation) has attempted to make contact with me which explains the misinformation in their response. Overall, do not trust the Mercedes Benz service center with valuables left behind. If they can misplace a pair of AirPods, what else are they misplacing and getting away with?

Almost two weeks ago, I came in and purchased a beautiful, perfect, certified Mercedes! The trade was great, the service before I arrived with Jesus was great. Then Danny finished off the excellent service when I got there. Annette in finance is such a sweet lady. It was worth my time and the short drive to get this type of excellence! I was traveling through Tulsa with my Sprinter van and had a speed sensor ripped out due to ice. The service department got the parts and repair done very prompt. I was so impressed by the service department and people I met in the dealership that I will be back when I'm in the market to buy a new vehicle. I highly recommend Jackie Cooper. It is a first rate dealership that sells first rate cars!

If you buy brand new cars from them for years and then suddenly buy one from another Mercedes Benz dealership expect a belligerent call FROM them about how they won t service the car that you bought elsewhere because they couldn t find the car for you.Also they are supposed to give you a bottle of wine when you buy a new Mercedes but they don t. Maybe they were drinking the wine when they called.I am talking about Jackie Cooper Imports in Tulsa. You know the one that moved from the cramped spot on 11th Street. I wrote the review for someone I know because you have already retaliated. My ego doesn t require me to buy overpriced cars so I am not the customer in question.

I would give Jackie Cooper 5 stars, but you know their maintenance services are overpriced, just like any other Import dealerships service department. It's to be expected. Having said that, they do provide excellent care of my car and are so helpful. They know how to keep people coming back for more services and eventually a buying experience. I've been to other dealers in town to service my previous vehicles like Ford and Toyota, but they don't treat me as well as Jackie Cooper. That's sad because I like Ford and Toyota products, but I avoid buying them because of their lack of good service and customer care experience.

JERRID made my transaction today so SIMPLE and FAST. I was online looking, saw the vehicle, emailed and he immediately responded. I was only able to text for a while but I let him know exactly what I needed all while being a couple hours away from dealership. We exchanged all important info and from the time I saw the vehicle online to it being delivered to me over 2 hours away and me sitting behind the wheel took about 6 1/2 hrs. No sitting in a dealership all day wasting time. Thank you to the Sales Team at Jackie Cooper for working so swiftly and making this so easy for me.I LOVE MY CAR!!!

I have left numerous messages for Greg Kach to contact me. Your email status is "Out of Office until July". I understand that the business loan required a actual human signer. The point is: I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF THIS WOULD BE REFLECTED ON MY PERSONAL CREDIT. I WAS TOLD NO, ONLY IF THE LOAN WAS DEFAULTED. The loan has 100% on time payments. There is nothing in my payment history on anything that has changed (auto draft on everything) so this should not be an issue. The issue is that my decision to purchase the vehicle was based on the above statement from the sales manager. The reason for the drop in credit score is the debt to income ratio. When I came in I was under 30%DTI. Add a $70,000.00 vehicle to that and see what percentage that eats up! As I stated before. The initial downpayment was to be $40,000.00 and the sales manager advised against it. I have text messages and recorded conversation in reference to this issue. It is still not resolved and your response to my previous review is basic at best. This needs to be resolved as your sales manager 100% misrepresented your company.

This is our fourth time buying from Jackie Cooper and every time the staff has been first class. However, be aware that this is still just a car dealership. We ended up overpaying by a considerable amount for warranty add-on products in my opinion. I don t put this on the sales staff but rather the finance department. When you listen to the whole pitch and choose not to purchase, you will get Do you not see the value in this? followed by long awkward silence. You can continue to decline but they will just keep pushing until you are too tired to put up a fight anymore and you end up with an additional $8,000 on your contract. Luckily, we got a great car and won t have to go through this process again for a long time.

Memorial Dr.Tulsa, Ok. 74133Dear Mr. Kach,I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of great concern regarding my purchase of a 2020 Lincoln Aviator from Mercedes Benz of Tulsa on July 26th, 2022. My experience at your dealership has left me deeply dissatisfied and has had severe consequences on my personal and business financial standing.During the purchase process, I entered the dealership with the intention of buying a vehicle under my business name, On the Spot Delivery. My intention was to put a down payment of $40,000.00 on the vehicle in order to have lower payments and lower interest rates. While in the process of signing the contract, I was informed by the sales manager that the finance company, Ally Financial, required a cosigner on the contract. I specifically asked if cosigning on the loan would affect my credit score. I knew that if it would have, I would have walked away from the deal. The sales manager assured me that this cosigner requirement would not impact my personal credit score. He also said that the only time there could be a possibility of that is if the "company" defaults on the loan.However, to my dismay, when I checked my credit two months later, I discovered that my credit score (680) had taken a significant one hundred point drop. This was in direct contradiction to the assurance given by the sales manager that my personal credit would not be affected. As a small business owner, my credit score holds immense importance in both my daily life and any potential interactions with financial institutions.I have been in communication with various representatives at Mercedes Benz of Tulsa since November 2022, seeking a resolution to this matter. The misinformation provided by your sales manager has not only caused a considerable negative impact on my credit score but has also led to a snowball effect affecting both my personal and family life.As a customer who expected transparency and honesty during the purchase process, I find it disheartening to have been misled, resulting in significant financial consequences. I urge you to investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to rectify the misinformation provided during the sales process.I believe that it is in the best interest of both parties to resolve this issue amicably and restore my credit score to its previous standing. I trust that Mercedes Benz of Tulsa values its customers and their satisfaction and will take the appropriate actions to address and rectify this situation.

The absolute best car experience I've ever had. Danny Ochoa provided white glove service from inquiry to delivery, customized videos of the car, pictures upon request to ensure I felt comfortable, it was absolutely amazing. Dealer gave fair pricing for the vehicle I purchased and for my trade in, I would definitely buy from Jackie Cooper Imports again. I am 3 states away and never once felt unheard, again the absolute best experience ever and I've purchased over 10 cars in my lifetime.

What an experience with the service department here at JCI. As new Mercedes owners, we didn t know what to expect from the service department, however, from the initial contact via phone to the handshake when picking up, IT WAS STELLAR! Max, in the service department, was knowledgeable, patient and well spoken when connecting with us and their text communication is spot on for customer service. Thank you for staying committed to your customers and realizing that customer service is the way you GROW and MAINTAIN a service industry business!

My husband and I had the BEST experience at Jackie Cooper Mercedes!! We will ONLY buy and lease through Jackie Cooper going forward. Chuck Griffith and Jason Van Ball are just two awesome people, that you just don't come across anymore. Chuck was super fair and just so pleasant to work with. We never felt pressured or that "usual" car sales experience. We made the plunge and went with a new EQS 450+ and we couldn't be happier with our decision. Their knowledge and expertise were spot on and follow up was outstanding!! We will be back and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Jackie Cooper Imports. If you want the best experience....GO SEE CHUCK and JASON!!

Mustaq is Amazing I wasn't going to settle for a car I didn't love. He was so informative with all the cars he showed me. He didn't quit running back and forth and keys everywhere he helped us for hours. The last one I drove was the one. I was so happy The customer service was like sitting with an old friend. These people trusted me with their vehicle with no money bcuz the bank was closed. They really went out of their way for me. They could have just put me in a loaner and said come back with the money but they didn't. I got a loaded 80,000$ BMW SUV for 30,000$ pre-owned. These people went out of their way to make my dreams a reality. KTaylor back in Financing omg He works those fingers to get you the best deal he can get you! Love this place!

I asked to the owner to test drive the Porche Taycan in Turbo mode and WAS IGNORED. At the time a year ago I drove into the dealer lot with a 2017 Tesla Model S P100D. Well I do appreciate the rude behavior, as I just bought 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid! I bet that car is still sitting there! Snobs you need to take the right people seriously.

Jesus Franco by far was absolutely fantastic! I purchased my Dodge Charger SRT from Jackie Cooper Imports over the weekend, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service from Jesus! After many purchases from other dealerships in the past, he has been hands-down the most respectful, polite, positive, and knowledgeable sales associate I've ever worked with. He even reached out after the sale to make sure I was enjoying my car, and to ask if I had any additional questions he could help me with. "Hat's off" to you Jesus and to Jackie Cooper Imports for your excellent customer service - what a great experience with this large purchase! Keep doing what you're doing - Jesus!
