I took my car to him and he lied and said that it would cost too much to find the oil leak. I paid him $125 and he told me to come in every 3 months and he would check to see if my transmission fluid was low. Three months later I took it to another shop and they quickly found the transmission leak and charged me $125. Women beware.

Very kind staff took me in on a day they were closed for snow. I brought it in to get checked for damage after hitting a curb and he told me they didn t have the alignment equipment to do precise measurements, but he d be happy to take a look for damage. he looked it over and couldn t find anything wrong and didn t want to charge me, which I appreciate. I ll definitely be coming back

I have had a helluva time finding a mechanic in Tulsa that even wants to touch my WRX. I had some major engine work that needed done and Interparts was the fourth shop I called. Not only did Robert agree to do the work, he knew what he was talking about, they got it in and completed the work in a week, and charged me WAY less than other shops were trying to gouge me for. Robert even did a follow up with it a month later for no charge to make sure all was well.Words cannot express what a blessing finding Interparts has been. Will take all my vehicles there from now on. Thank you so much for your hard work and being patient with me, my quirky car, and my many phone calls!!

I've been bringing my cars and trucks to Robert and George down at Interparts for going on twenty years now. Started going to Interparts when I drove cars that were hardly worth spending money on to fix - but they always treated me respectfully and were honest with their diagnostics and assessments. Even helped me alter a part once when the part I needed had been prematurely discontinued by the manufacturer. That was nearly twenty years ago, but their willingness to help and go above and beyond to get me back on the road earned Interparts a lifetime customer. Fast, friendly, honest, reliable, and fair - can't ask for more than that when it comes to mechanical work.

Started taking our vehicles to Interparts around 2006. Everything repaired stayed fixed. Surprisingly reasonable and Robert will not rake you over the coals. Upfront about whether or not it's worth it to repair. Won't suggest unnecessary work. First time using Interparts, Robert was really friendly when we spoke intially. Got me in the next day, and was able to troubleshoot my issue really fast and fix my car within the hour. The level of integrity, great service, and expertise was some of the best i've seen. Robert (Interparts) will definately be my go to mechanic going forward.Service: Wiper blade installation

My experience here was a waste. It seemed promising at first, as I got to speak with a mechanic and tell them the issues I was having. They were completed with the car a few days later. I went to pick it up and drove it to the Quiktrip up the street and proceeded to put gas in my car, (an issue that I told them I ve been having) after filling it up with gas I was unable to start my car. Again, an issue that I certainly communicated when I dropped my car off. Then the battery died and I couldn t even turn on my car. This all happened 5 minutes after picking up my car. Long story short, they completely ignored the issues that I told them I was having and didn t even bother checking any of the concerns I voiced about. They changed my oil and charged me over $100 to do so. I will not be referring this place to anybody or utilizing their services again. Better luck to you!

These guys are great! I've been taking my automobiles here for several years and never disappointed. Super honest and trustworthy! Very reasonably priced too. I remember my wife taking one of our cars to a local dealer several years ago for an oil change. They told her she needed several things done to this 3 year old car with low miles. I took it to Interparts (Robert) the same day and he looked at the issues and needless to say these things weren't really an issue. I'm a customer for life! Just had my Audi valve gaskets replaced yesterday. Thanks guys!

If I could've hugged Robert, I would've - and I never feel this way about car repair shops! My AC stopped blowing cool air, so prior to coming to Interparts, I was told I needed a new compressor. With that "pre-dianosis," I called Interparts and scheduled for my car to be looked at for a compressor replacement...and you all know how expensive that can be!!! Turns out, it wasn't even the compressor! The entire time, Robert was honest, transparent, communicative and saved me from spending $1000+ on a repair I didn't even need. Wonderful job! Very friendly and helpful! They took a look at my car instantly... They were able to take a look and fix it right then and there! I was in and out within 45 minutes or less. I will absolutely be using Interparts of Tulsa in the very near future and any time I need any other services done on my car. Very happy I found them. Thank you guys!

While traveling home to Edmond, OK on a Sunday night from Arkansas with my wife and two young grandchildren, our car failed, leaving the four of us on the side of the road. A friend suggested we have AAA haul the car to Interparts of Tulsa. Robert provided instructions to the driver who left the car on Interparts lot overnight. On a Monday morning phone call, Robert explained what had happened to the car and what the repairs would involve and cost. A 13 year old Toyota Camry with 209,000 miles on it, the repairs would cost more than the value of the car. Being from out of town, Robert could have done repairs, charged me the price, and sent me on my way to later find out I had been taken advantage of. However, Robert did not take advantage of the situation or of me. Not only did he not take advantage of me, he did not charge me for diagnostics, his time, or for allowing my car to sit on his lot five nights until I could arrange to do something with it. I appreciate his honesty and the way he handled someone whose car engine burned up. Two thumbs up, five stars, kudos, and sincere appreciation to Robert and Interparts of Tulsa for helping my family and me.

There is no other repair shop in town that I trust like Interparts! My car is 21 years old, so it has it's share of problems. Robert at Interparts is always 100% above board with me. He explains the problem, gets the work done quickly, and doesn't charge an arm and a leg! When you talk to Robert about your repairs, you will feel like you are talking to a trusted friend, not someone trying to take your hard earned money. I won't go anywhere else.

Robert is awesome! He was so friendly and helpful from the beginning. He even offered to have someone give me a ride home if I neeeded or after leaving my car there. I dropped my car off thinking I might have transmission problems and asked about some tire related things. Even though he let me know they don t do tires, he still went out and inspected my tires and determined I had a coupe of bad ones and recommended I have them replaced ASAP. While he had my car he did a full diagnostic and called to go over everything with me before beginning work. Turns out, it wasn t my transmission, but a few not-so-major things, all of which Robert took care of both quickly AND at a fair price. I will certainly be back!

Great customer service! Robert has taken great care of us and our "new" car. He made sure we got a reliable vehicle, after the last one turned into a lemon. I just wish we had known him before we had gotten the lemon, it would have saved a lot of trouble.

This shop has earned my trust as my go to for repairs. A year or two ago they did great work on my wifes nissan altima. This week we took my daughters nissan versa in and they did everything they could to try and fix it. Sadly the issue has to be handled by the dealership. But I will say that Robert was very honest and straightforward and was extremely fair in how he took care of us. He did not try and stick us with extra parts like a lot of places would do. I will recommend Interparts to anyone that asks for a repair shop. They are one of the most fair and ethical companies I have ever used.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I called Robert this morning to see if he could replace my alternator. Once he got all the information about my vehicle he needed he told me if I brought it in he could have it ready today. He had the parts in stock needed to repair my vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off about 10 am and he had it ready before end of business today! Plus he told me about a few other issues my vehicle had and gave me pricing for this future fixes. He also charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone.

WARNING! SCAMMER! Robert lied to me and destroyed my engine. Dealer said his poor work was to blame. Expensive and bad. Scrap, junk, used, liar, salvage parts, broken, rude, bad, amateur, loose bolts, blown head gasket, clueless, common issue

Funky little repair shop on Route 66 in Tulsa. They've been in business for over 20 years. Friendly folk. It's where my son-in-law takes his foreign cars. Both a parts store and garage.

Robert and his crew are the best in Tulsa! No one could find out this issue with my car and then I took it to Interparts and they found it their first try! Super friendly and extremely helpful I highly recommend this place! Reasonable prices as well!
